Three Biblical-Historical Types of the End-Times Anti-Christ, [Part 2].

The key with exactly 19 years after Israel became a nation in 1948: with the 1967, Six-Day War, is 19 years–also known as the Metonic cycle, has been in use long before its namesake; Meton of Athens, by at least 1000 years. It also aligns with Ezekiel’s Temple-vision in 573 BC, 2520 years before Israel’s Reformation as a Nation, or 1260 + 1260 years. Thus, 2520 + 19 more years from 1948 to 1967 equals 2539. So, from 573 BC to 1967 AD are 2539 years.

This is an example of Bible Prophecy that fits for both days and years. We will see another example of this when we discuss the “70 Weeks Prophecy” in Dan. 9, as it relates to the ministry of Jesus Christ among other things. This pattern of Bible numbers is one we recognize, that was identified by E.W. Bullinger related to the period of Gentile occupation of Israel and Jerusalem linked to Sun, Moon & Stars, via the astronomical Saros cycle of eclipses. As Bullinger states;

“Saros cycles breakdown into two cycles, one of 666 years and the other of 594 years totaling 1260 years. Since 1260 years is a soli-lunar cycle, so exact that its epact or remainder is only 6 hours, Bullinger stressed not only these aspects of the 1260 year period but also its double-2520 years.”#19 He held these two–1260 year periods would foreshadow 2-1260 day periods in the end-times, as the last Abomination of Desolation to be fulfilled, leads to Tribulation, to reveal the Anti-Christ. [2 Thess. 2:1-3]. In other words, with Jerusalem under Gentile rule for 2520 years, Israel wouldn’t be a nation ruling their own land and city. With Comparison Chart #2 below we find a practical application of Saros cycles- Matching 1949-67 & 1950-68 Eclipse Tetrads.

What has escaped the notice of many about Luke 21:24-33 is Jesus’ prophecy relating to Jerusalem being over-run and controlled by the Gentiles, in verse 24 sets the immediate context of the celestial signs of the Sun, Moon & Stars, and the distress of nations in verses 11-25. This should direct our focus to the heavenly signs marking eclipses bracketing the 168-166 Blood Moon Tetrad, before Rome’s destruction of the Jerusalem Temple in 70 AD, in a key era as Jerusalem’s Temple was over-run, after Necuchadnezzar in 587-586 BC. As we uncover numerical patterns linked to 1260 and 2520 years and days, we find an alignment with the prophecies of Ezekiel.

Conversely, with Israel’s recapture of Jerusalem in 1967, and events pertaining to the Temple Mount, we find God’s early restoration stages of Israel over the city and State. Since Luni–solar eclipse cycles are part of heavenly signs in the Sun, Moon & Stars, including the Modern Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015, we have much to learn from further study in this recent Blood Moon Tetrad.

For example, the final Super Blood Moon of the 2014-15 Blood Moon Tetrad occurred after the opening of the Hebrew 50-year Jubilee  on Atonement Day, Sept. 23rd, 2015, exactly 2 years prior to the Rev. 12 sign on 9/23/2017. This is notable as the 9/28/15 Super Blood Moon was the 1st Blood Moon in the Tetrad, visible in Jerusalem, as the city of God was liberated by Israel for the first time in near 2000 years in a preceding Jubilee year-1967 marked too, by the previous Blood Moon Tetrad of 1967-68. As we consider lunar visibility traits of over Jerusalem, we find also with both the lunar triples framing the 2014-15 Blood Moon Tetrad, as the 2nd Blood Moon of each lunar triple was visible over Jerusalem. The direct link to a 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad with a 2016 Eclipse Quintet, and a 70 AD Jerusalem Temple razing, is Matched in Repeated Eclipse dates seen in Comparison Chart #2 below. The Chart not only Matches 2029 AD Repeating Eclipse dates with 475 BC dates in Queen Esther’s reign with Mordecai opposing Haman in ancient Persia, but also shows how these Repeating and Matching Eclipses align with 168-166 BC Eclipse dates when Antiochus IV desecrated the Temple with his Abomination, in red on said chart. We find blue Matched & Repeating Eclipse dates framed by Eclipses marking Nebuchadnezzar’s destruction of Jerusalem in 587-586 BC.

Once the Messiah’s Advent fulfilled his ministry, the Temple would be razed in AD. 70, as Jesus prophesied in [Matt. 24], but in 164 BC the temple had to be cleansed for God to fulfill His plan. An expanded part of the study compares solar and lunar eclipses marking the 70 AD Temple destruction with a Blood Moon Tetrad of 168-166 BC. Adding the Biblical Astronomy of Solar and Blood Moon Lunar eclipse data, supplies levels of scientific verification to historical data of this period not yet seen. We have also included the Eclipse Brackets apparent in these sequences, that fills in celestial details of these events. Much of Daniel’s prophecy has come to pass, but the complete story has not yet been fulfilled. Our efforts to piece together the details of the luni-solar eclipses, including their barckets within the related Blood Moon Tetrads of the type’s of the anti-christ, shed added light on current events, in light of what’s coming. This also puts a sharper focus on current events leading to a 3rd Jerusalem Temple.

2. Comparison Chart for Repeating Eclipse Tetrads 2029 AD with 475 BC. #20

We have only seen a single Eclipse added to Matching dates in 2029 & 475 BC with 587-586 BC Eclipses during Nebuchadnezzar’s seige of Jerusalem, but this does not diminish a Matching relationship between 2029/475 to 587-586 BC Eclipses! The following Eclipse dates in 2029 show a Framing of 2029/475 BC Eclipses by 587-586 BC Eclipse dates. As seen in signs of i-iv below, 587-586 BC Eclipse dates frame the Eclipse dates of 2029/475 BC. This unifies a bond between all 3 Type’s of the End-times Antichrist, not only with Antiochus IV, in 168-166 BC, & Titus in 70 AD, but with Nebuchadnezzar in 587-586 BC, all  of who trampled-down Jerusalem and defiled the Temple, ahead of a future Anti-christ who embodies evil, opposed to True Christ. And even Haman in 475BC, who organized a genocide against the Jews of ancient Persia, shows traits of the End-Times AntiChrist differing from the other three.

This framing of 475 BC Eclipses in the times of Queen Esther and Mordecai in ancient Persia reminds us of a similar celestial bracketing that occurred with the recent 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad as seen in Fig. A below. This depicts a Jan. 31st, 2018 Blood Moon- visible in Israel as the Moon rose. As the first of 3 consecutive Blood Moons visible in Israel, the 2nd occurred July 27/28, 2018 with the 3rd on Jan. 20-21, 2019. This Blood Moon Lunar Triple of 2018-2019 came 7 years after the 2010-2011 Lunar Triple of Blood Moons, also visible in Israel. As we find below, these 2 sets of Blood Moon Lunar Triples framed the 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad, marking Hebrew Feast and Holy days in 2014-15. The Fig. A chart below also depicts the layers of Total Solar Eclipses, for example, 3 Total Solar Eclipses, all on the 1st of Av from 2008-2010, that preceded the 12/21/2010 Lunar Triple, which also matches the 12/20/2029 or #iv above as the 4th framed eclipse in 587-586 BC, within a day. This unifies all 3 conquering kings effectively with at least 1 Repeating, Matching Eclipse in this Chart.

As the 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad of the days of Av marked by Lunar Triples in 2010-11 and 2018-19, was centered between the saddest days          on the Hebrew Calendar, the end days commemorated the destruction of   the Jerusalem Temple on key occasions in their history, one which we have marked, in the 69-71 AD Luni-Solar Eclipses, as Roman Titus‘ Destroyed the
Jerusalem Temple.

The Four Beast Kingdoms in Nebuchadnezzar’s Dream

Putting this into perspective, I think it fitting that we quoted from the Witness of the Stars, by E.W Bullinger, in his discussion of the Saros: Bullinger shows the  periods of Jerusalem under the Gentiles in two 1260 yr. cycles, totaling 2520 years.#24 Both of these periods are calculated in eclipse cycles. He depicts the domain of Babylon, Medo-Persia and Greece as 594 years, with the Roman Empire’s dominion of Jerusalem at 666 years; totaling 1260 years. Babylon’s domain fell under Nebuchadnezzar, while Medo-Persian Achaemenid Empire came under King Cyrus the Great who conquered the Neo-Babylonian Empire by defeating Nabonidus at the Battle of Opis. The Greeks with Alexander the Great came next [Dan. 8:21-22] as one of the 4 kings that arose with Antiochus IV’s sacking of Jerusalem with the eclipses of 168-166BC. The 2nd 1260-year term consists of Mohammedan’s conquest of Jerusalem starting in 636-37 AD. #25 These historical king’s conquest of Jerusalem, are Types and forerunner’s   of the End-times Anti-Christ in his 4th Beast kingdom, with 10 horns as the “little horn” who displaces 3 of the first kings, in [Dan. 7:8-22, Rev. 13:1-2]. As the Beast Kingdom in Revelation is a composite of the Kingdoms & their King’s, in Nebuchadnezzar’s Babylonian dream, so the King’s Antiochus IV, Roman Titus with Babylon also form a composite of the Beast/Anti-Christ himself.

This composite form of Beast Kingdom’s from Nebuchadnezzar’s Dream form collectively the “Revived Roman Empire,” from which the End-times Anti-Christ will emerge. This fifth kingdom of the final Anti-Christ is seen in the Dream Statue above as the feet of iron and clay whereupon the image rests. [Daniel 2:34] Tells of a Stone cut out without hands, smiting the image upon his feet of iron and clay, braking them to pieces. [Dan. 2:41-42] shows feet and toes of the kingdom–image divided– with the strength of iron un-mixed with miry clay, exposing the clay’s weak link in this union. The word “mixed” in Dan. 2:41 is [H6151-from 6148 “arab“] in a key sense is trafficking in trade by barter or exchange.#25a Nations enter into political trade agreements can many times be controlled by the stronger nations in said treaty’s, but can also be a downfall to the stronger nation. History and the Bible are filled with these examples. [Ezek. 27:25-34]

Fittingly, its logical that seven years on the regular Jewish calendar also equals 2539 days in both 1948 and 1967. Thus, the 7th anniversary after Israel became a nation occurred exactly 2539 days later on a regular Jewish calendar, or (1948- 1955). And the same is true of the seventh anniversary of the 1967 War. (1967-1974). Hence, in God’s Celestial masterplan, 2539 days relates to the previous 2539 years back to Ezekiel’s prophecy in 573 BC!” #27

This is an example of a Biblical Prophecy with a dual significance that fits for both days and years. We will see another example of this when we discuss the “70 Weeks Prophecy” in Daniel 9, relating to Jesus’ ministry.

Since these 70 AD signs hold not only Rev. 12 signs of a triple union of Jupiter–Regulus, but also the Jupiter–Venus union in Leo as at Christ’s birth, the God points to relevant Celestial signs of Christ’s First Advent in light of his Return. Also, as Israel recaptured Jerusalem in 1967, followed by events around their control of the Temple Mount, we see the 1st stages of God’s restoration of Israel. Since the Luni-solar eclipse cycles are part of the heavenly signs of Sun, Moon & Stars, including the modern Blood Moon Tetrads, there is, as it should be, much we can glean from this study.

Jerusalem fell starting the week of Tammuz 9, matching the middle of the same week & month of God’s Call to Ezekiel exactly 1260 + 1260 days [7 years] earlier, [Dan. 9:24-27]. The date “9th of Tammuz,” the number nine symbolizes chaos as it links to the “abomination causing desolation.” This also relates to the Hebrew alphabetical acrostic of Lamentations, lamenting the fall of Jerusalem. Here the Jerusalem Temple burned on the 7th & 10th of Av. [Jer. 52:12, 2 Kgs. 25:8]

On the Jewish calendar, from the call of Ezekiel (Tammuz 5th, 593 BC), unto Tam 17th, 586 BC, 1290 + 1290 days elapse, or (430 x 6). Moreover, on the lunar calendar, from Ezek. 26:1; & 31:1 are 490, and 430 days to Tammuz 17, 586 BC, (Dan. 9:24-27). Tammuz 17th is also the anniversary of 40 days on Mt. Sinai when the stone tablets were broken by Moses, hence, 430 less 40 = 390, (Ezek. 4).#28  “Tammuz 17“ & 1290 + 1290 on a lunar calendar: Today, Tammuz 17 begins 3 weeks of mourning ending; Av 9th to remember Temple disasters   in 586 BC and AD 70. #28a

abomination that makes  desolate is set up, there shall be 1,290 days. 12 ^b   Blessed is he who waits and arrives at the 1,335 days.

1948 The Nation of Israel & 1967 The Liberation of Jerusalem

They will fall by the sword and will be taken as prisoners to all the nations. Jerusalem will be trampled on by the Gentiles until the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled. Luke 21:24

May 15, 1948 was Israel’s first full day as a nation, marking a key transition away from the “times of the Gentiles” The Arab-Israeli war opened near 3 am on May 15 with Egypt’s attack. In 1948, when Israel’s national rebirth, was timed perfectly on the prophetic clock of the Almighty, as was 1967, with Jerusalem’s liberation. Both 1948 and 1967 are major stages in the transition from “the times of the Gentiles” back to the Israel’s dominion.

The “times of the Gentiles” began in the days of Daniel, Ezekiel, & Jeremiah [47] when Jerusalem was taken by the Babylonians. After that, there was self-rule only on a partial basis from time to time, but in AD 70 Jerusalem fell to Titus and the Romans as predicted by Jesus. All control was lost until 1948. The Jerusalem Temple–the heart and soul of Israel—was retaken in 1967 to fulfill Jesus’ Prophecy in Luke 21:24.

In Ezekiel bearing Israel’s iniquity emphasized 430 days and years. In a most remarkable history, control of Israel transitioned back to the Jews in 2 stages: First from Ottoman Turks control after “400 years” then from British control after another 30 years,  for a total of “430 years”! Thus, God reminded Israel of His covenant with Abraham — Israel was “430 years” in Egypt from 1876 to 1446 BC. Gen. 17:19-27.

  Due to a leap month effect, both 1948 & 1967 fall on the anniversary of 7 days of God’s call to Ezekiel that preceded the 430 days Ezekiel lay on his side for Jerusalem’s siege symbolically, (Ezek. 4:6). This means 1948 & 1967 were also both on the anniversary of the fall of Jerusalem in 586 BC that took place 7 years after Ezekiel’s call (593 to 586 BC). We know the 430 days Ezekiel lay on his left-side symbolized 430 years. We know too that the seven days before Ezekiel’s 430 days also embodied seven years, because precisely seven years elapsed from his seven days unto Jerusalem’s fall, from a seven year cycle of  593 to 586 BC. (Ezek. 4:4-6; Dan. 9; Num. 14:34).

In the 400 years from 1517 to 1917 AD, what is today Israel, along with much of the Middle East, was ruled by the Ottoman Empire… As we correlate with two previous Jubilees in 1917 and 1967, we find an interesting history where in 1917, Jerusalem was liberated from the Ottoman Turks under General Allenby, just a few weeks after the Balfour Declaration promised Israel a homeland. Since this Dec. 1917 date embodies a prophetic time-span of Shemitah cycles, [360 x 7] totaling 2,520 years going back to 604 BC when King Nebuchadnezzar conquered Jerusalem, his first time leading Israel away into the Babylonian Captivity. During this campaign, General Allenby’s planes buzzed Jerusalem with numerous fly-overs, dropping surrender leaflets on the Ottoman forces, causing the Turks to “wave the white flag” without casualty.

When World War I ended in 1918 with an Allied victory, the Ottoman Empire 400-year rule ended, and the British took control for 30 years over what was  known as Palestine (modern-day Israel, Palestine and Jordan).

The prophetic impact of the Hebrew Jubilee system was established in the OT and later adopted in Juda Ben Samuel’s Jubilee Prophecies. This serves as added proof of God’s exquisite timing of the events of 1948 and 1967, as was revealed in the timing of these events according to the precision of Jubilee & Eclipse cycles. A synopsis of the Rabbi Judah Ben Samuel’s prophecies follows below-

“When the Ottoman (Turks) – who were already a power to be reckoned with on the Bosporus in Judah Ben Samuel’s time  – conquer Jerusalem they will rule over Jerusalem for eight Jubilees. Afterwards, Jerusalem will become
no-man’s land for one Jubilee, and then in the 9th Jubilee it will once again return into the authority of the Jewish nation – to signify the opening of the Messianic end time.”#29 Levi. 25, tells us every 50 year Jubilee, each person regains ownership of their lands. As Rabbi Judah Ben Samuel foretold, his predictions today seem to be very accurate. It was 3+ centuries following his death however, before his first prediction came to pass. A recent Jubilee of 5776/2016 is a special hybrid of Shemitah/Jubilee cycles coinciding with the conclusion of Judah Ben Samuel’s 10th Jubilee marking Messianic End Times.”

As June 5th (or 6th), 1967 on the regular Jewish (and Islamic Calendars) is the anniversary of when Jesus left Jerusalem for the Mount of Olives and there ascended up to heaven on Iyar 27. Jesus as first fruits of a heavenly harvest said that He would soon return from heaven back to the Mount of Olives “in like manner,” to gather an added harvest. (Acts 1:11-12; Zech 14:2-4).

This study has focused on various key destructions of the Jerusalem Temple by certain Historical Types of an End-times Anti-Christ figure, as seen in Titus, Antiochus IV and Nebuchadnezzar. To follow-up on Christ’s Matt. 24 prophecy regarding the Temple at Jerusalem, Jesus’ statement to Destroy this Temple in John 2:18-19 affords us a unique opportunity to apply some Biblical Research Principles to reveal the truth on allowing God’s Word to Speak for itself.

Destroy this Temple [John 2:18-19]

A focus of this study relates Bible research keys we can employ, to unlock some fascinating truths that have remained hidden for centuries, to verify many of the foundational truths of Biblical Astronomy on the Try-God web-site and blog. As Rev. Jon Nessle tells it in his Vol. IV; The Path into Eternity,

“the key to understand this prophecy is to realize that it is an Introversion.” This is a type of Biblical structure which orders Scripture like poetry, except that Hebrew Scripture rhymes in concept, not in sounds. “Daniel 9:24 contains six items which form a symmetric structure. Therefore, the opposite categories can be used to explain their counterparts.“ #30

²⁴ Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Jon continues: “There are six infinitives and phrases which are separated by “and’s.” This Figure of Speech is a Polysyndeton telling us that each of these items is important and merits consideration. As the A’s, B’s and C’s correspond, we can compare and contrast them to gain further insight.”31 The following is the structure of Introversion as seen in Dan. 9:24:

1A. to finish the transgression,
   1B. and to make [seal] an end of sins,
     1C. and to make reconciliation for iniquity,
     2C. and to bring in everlasting righteousness,
   2B. and to seal up the vision and prophecy,
2A.  and to anoint the most Holy. #32

“What does it mean to finish the Transgression in 1A? The answer is in the corresponding 2A.“33 A key of Biblical research is to allow the Word of God to speak for itself. When we follow this principle, it removes the guess-work and private interpretation from the equation [2 Pet. 1:20-21]. “When was the most holy Messiah anointed in 2A? When he received the spirit at his Baptism. The Phenomenal voice from heaven indicated this was a change of Bible Administrations.“34 John the Baptist was the last Prophet of the OT, and his baptism of Jesus anointed the key figure of the Christ Administration which ended the OT Law Administration. “So the Transgression that was finished was in the end of the Law Administration. The Baptism of Christ on Sunday, Shebat 20th, Feb. 16, 27 AD, was the beginning point of the 70 weeks. The “B” terms involve Jesus’ death and resurrection. God inserted a signal to make sure we saw the introversion with the repetition of the word seal, [chatham]. When Christ was raised from among the dead, that was the consummation of the ages as [Heb. 9:26] affirms.”#35 The “C“ terms taken together must be the Day of Pentecost June 20th 28 AD when reconciliation became possible and ever-lasting righteousness began. This constitued the end of the 70 weeks. #36

In John 2:18-19 

[19] Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. ²⁰ Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? ²¹ But he spake of the temple  of his body. ²² When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said.

Jesus’ use of “destroy this temple” in John 2:19, is worthy of a closer look. First, Jesus spoke the words of John 2:19 as he stood in the courts of the literal temple. The idea that Jesus made this statement in the temple, the center of spiritual and religious activity in Jerusalem, for all the nation of Israel was not by accident,  and contributed mightily to the impact of his words. Jesus did not refer alone to the literal temple, although it’s obvious reference to those present was at the top of their mind. This is evident in the Jew’s response of the 46 years to build the Temple in verse 20. According to research on our Try-God.com archive website and blog we have documented evidence of the birth of Christ on 9/11/3 BC. As  “Jesus was about 30 years old,” [Lk. 3:23] starting in 3 BC, 29 years hence from Tishri to Tishri brings us to the year 27 AD.

The word ‘temple,’ by a figure of speech for implication, is used to represent the people or nation of Israel. The term ‘tabernacle‘ is often used of a person’s  (Jesus Christ’s) physical body (1 Cor. 15:38-49, II Cor. 5:1,4, II Pet. 1:13-14). The word ‘temple‘ is also used to signify a group of people (I Cor. 3:16-17, 6:19, II Cor. 6:16, Eph. 2:21). When Jesus, recalled his body a temple in John 2:19, he noted his personal sacrifice for the nation of Israel, depicted him laying down his life for them, representing them as a group or body of people; the Church of the Bride. For the believing Jews, his ministry embodied both the Passover Lamb and High Priest, building his spiritual temple that he addressed the day in the Temple of stone. Also in cleansing the temple, Jesus provided essential services required for his perfect Passover sacrifice. 

In cleansing the temple, Jesus replaced the old way of worshiping God with a new way of coming to God through him. The Old Testament offerings in the temple were replaced, because Jesus’ sacrifice paid the price that Israel never could. This opened a new life in Christ and new fellowship with the Heavenly Father. The old stone temple was to be replaced by a new temple which was Christ himself. The way of access to God was opened after the resurrection & Day of Pentecost in 28 AD to all in the spiritual body of Christ, where God in Christ dwells among His people. This New Covenant, between God and His people was opened by the shedding of Christ’s sinless blood, and the sacrifice of his fleshly body.

In effect Jesus’ contrasted the physical Temple wherein he stood, to his own physical body, the embodiment of the true temple. Jesus Christ, the second Adam, as the consummate archetype, the finished model, and “chief cornerstone” not only for the nation of Israel as the Passover lamb and High Priest, but also  for the Church of his spiritual Body, opened at Pentecost, post Resurrection & Ascension. As the paragon of humanity, Jesus illustrated the highest standards of living spiritual principles in the prophetic illustrations of his life and ministry. Certainly, God did not record the symbolic dimensions of the Tabernacle’s plan or the Jerusalem Temple, wherein Jesus stood when he spoke the words of John 2:19, without purpose. This view of John 2:19, sees Jesus Christ prophesying in the Jerusalem Temple, typify this temple of stone as his bride of Israel in his physical body, that he laid down for Israel and all mankind with his perfect sacrifice for the Gentiles at Golgotha.

Jesus himself was not aware of the full details of his statement to “destroy this temple,” as the prophecy in John 2:19, was by revelation from God. In John 2:19 Jesus was aware of the implications of his death and sacrifice for Israel with his resurrection, but was unaware of the Great Mystery related to the New Testament Church of his spiritual body, which the Heavenly Father kept secret until it was revealed to the Apostle Paul, [I Cor. 2:4-10]. This aspect of Christ’s ministry was not revealed until the New Birth was available on the subsequent Day of Pentecost, [Acts 2:1ff].

Dan. 9:26
²⁶ And after threescore and two [62] weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

Rev. Nessle proceeds with his discourse on Dan. 9: “Verse 26; foretells that the Messiah will be cut off after the 62 weeks. Jesus died after the 62nd week. Then it says the people of a coming prince shall destroy the city and the sanctuary (Temple). That did happen in 70 AD and the prince was Titus who later became the Emperor of Rome. The end of the city did come with a flood, shahteph. It can mean a literal flood but it also is used figuratively of an invading army. [Jer. 47 :2, Isa. 59:19, Dan. 11:26, Jer. 8:6] Jeremiah’s literal prophecy of Roman Titus‘ invasion in 70 AD when he conquered the City and Temple. This “flood” or invasion included the Roman military’s rush to destroy the Temple & set up an abomination of desolation as both altar and temple were desecrated. Jesus predicted this in Matt. 24.” #37

Matt. 24:1-2 And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to shew him the buildings of the temple. ² And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

This prophecy accurately applies to what Jesus predicted with the Roman’s 70 AD destruction of the Jerusalem Temple, that was still future as Jesus declared it here in Matthew 24. This Matt. 24 Jesus’ prophecy on the Temple destruction was stated, also in agreement with Dan. 9:26 in reference to the “Flood” of Titus’ invading forces, to set up the abomination desolation. As seen in context of the other conquerors of Jerusalem pointed out by the eclipse activity in this study, we find both Nebuchadnezzar, & Antiochus IV specifically revealed in light of the Roman Titus with the Repeating Matching Eclipses of Chart #2, in the eclipse signs of 2029, with 70 AD. 

Dan. 9:27a
²⁷ And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,

“The one week was holy week from March 25th to May 1st in 28 AD. That was when the covenant was confirmed. The many is all of us that have been blessed thereby. Jesus was tortured, crucified, died and arose that week. In mid-week on a Wednesday, Jesus died at the same time the Passover Lamb was killed, and was the supreme sacrifice for sin as the book of Hebrews explains, making the daily sacrifices and the people’s offerings obsolete.”38 Rev. Nessle also notes that: “Nisan 14 fell on a Wednesday in the year that Jesus was crucified. That is the only way that the three days and three nights Jesus predicted he would be buried [Matt. 12:40], as well as other sequences involved, will work out.” #39

Dan. 9:27b
…and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

In Matt. 24:14-15 Jesus also prophesied on the future ‘abomination that makes  desolate.’

“The Second Temple has never been rebuilt. Daniel predicted that this desolation would last even to the time of consummation. This Temple is supposed to exist again in the future. It shall be the same Temple that the Anti-Christ will occupy: in which this man will proclaim to be God. [2 Thess. 2:4].”#40 

This depicts why Antiochus IV on 15 Kislev, 167 BC, adopted the title (God Manifest) “Epiphanes” and had an idol statue erected of the Greek god Zeus etched with his own face, on the holiest altar of Jerusalem’s Temple, (1 Macc. 1:54). Then on 25 Kislev, 167 BC he desecrated the Temple’s most holy place, with a sacrifice to himself, while destroying the holy scrolls. This too is why, not only the Repeating Eclipses of 2029 AD dates Match the 475 BC dates during Queen Esther’s reign with Mordecai, opposing Haman in ancient Persia, but proves also how these Repeating and Matching Eclipses align  in the 168-166 BC Eclipse dates as Antiochus IV desecrated the Temple in     his Abomination, seen in red in the #2. Comparison Chart above.

Despite these continuing efforts of the adversary to rule the world and usurp the throne of the Almighty and His Son, the enemy himself is dethroned with all his minions. Daniel was shown the conclusion of the matter in Dan. 2:44-45, below and even King Nebuchadnezzar confesses; “Of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets…“

Dan. 2:44-47

⁴⁴ And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

⁴⁵ Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

⁴⁶ Then the king Nebuchadnezzar fell upon his face, and worshipped Daniel, and commanded that they should offer an oblation and sweet odours unto him.

⁴⁷ The king answered unto Daniel, and said, Of a truth it is, that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing you could reveal this secret.
