Biblical Astronomy of the 2019 Mercury Transit and the Jupiter-Venus Unions

Birth of Jesus Christ
Biblical Astronomy of the 2019 Mercury Transit and the Jupiter-Venus Unions

We are in for some celestial treats this month not only with an upcoming Mercury Transit to open next week, but this also includes a notable union of Jupiter and Venus starting this weekend. Our most recent Mercury Transit took place in May of 2016 that we noted in our April 30th blog at the time. Mercury transits take place about 13 times per century, and the next Mercury Transit will not occur for another 13 years. 1 Mercury and Venus are the only planets that transit, or move in front of the Sun from Earth’s view, because their orbits are the only ones in our Solar System between the Sun and Earth’s orbit. According to Norton’s Star Atlas: “Mercury’s orbit rarely leads to a direct alignment, taking place an average of twice every 10 years, and only during the months of November or May. “the November variety is more common, repeating at intervals of 7, 13 and 46 years. May transits recur at intervals of 13 and 46 years. 2

In an excerpt from our April 2016 blog we noted that;

As the sky signs of 2016 including the Lunar Eclipse Sextet of 2014-2016 and the May 9th, Mercury Transit set the stage for a replay of the birth signs of Jesus Christ from Rev.12 in September of 2017. We should keep in mind that the replay of these Rev. 12 birth signs of Christ in 2017 including Jupiter the King Planet and Royal Sceptre being birthed in Virgo on 9/9/17, after spending a “gestation period” in retrograde motion in Virgo’s mid-section. This is interesting when we consider the retrograde motion of Mercury leading to this, because in Sept. 2015 during the culmination of the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015, we saw the [Sun clothing Virgo with the Moon at her feet] on Sept. 17th 2015, along with the Sept. 17th [Mercury-Spica triple union in Virgo]. This occurred 2 years prior to the Sept. 2017 replay of the birth signs of Christ which were followed by the Sept. 30th, 2017lowest point retrograde motion of Mercury in Virgo. On 10/29/15 Mercury was also birthed in Virgo after a gestation period of nearly six weeks. The following also shows the Mercury-Venus union series that resulted from Mercury’s retrograde in Virgo.

The Mercury-Venus Conjunctions of 2016-2017

1. May 13th, 2016 in Taurus relates to the April 28th, 2016 to May 22nd, 2016 Mercury Retrograde.

2. July 16th, 2016 in Leo

3. August 27th, 2016 in Leo takes place on the eve of the inception of Mercury moving into retrograde starting August 30th, 2016

4. March 16th, 2017

5. December 15th, 2017 relates to the retrograde motion of Mercury from Dec. 2nd 2017 to Dec. 22nd 2017.

Here we can see that these five Mercury-Venus Conjunctions, are bracketed by the first retrograde motion of Mercury in May of 2016 to the last retrograde motion ending on Dec. 22nd, 2017. These Mercury-Venus unions represent Mercury-Gabriel heralding the appearance of Venus the risen Bright and Morning Star, leading to replay of the Rev. 12 signs in the Fall of 2017. With the first of these Mercury-Venus Conjunctions in 2016 set in Taurus, the Morning Star is seen in the aspect of the Coming Judge returning quickly. This Mercury-Venus Conjunction is followed by two in Leo the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the last zodiac sign emphasizing the lion’s destruction of the serpent. This shows many ways in which Mercury as the Archangel Mercury-Gabriel is announcing the victorious return of the Lord Jesus Christ as seen in Rev. 19 below.

Figure 1. The Mercury Transit in May of 2016

2006 Mercury Transit

Rev. 19:1-5

19 After these things I heard as it were a great voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, Hallelujah; Salvation, and glory, and power, belong to our God: for true and righteous are his judgments; for he hath judged the great harlot, her that corrupted the earth with her fornication, and he hath avenged the blood of his [a]servants at her hand.

And a second time they [b]say, Hallelujah. And her smoke goes up[c]for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshipped God that sits on the throne, saying, Amen; Hallelujah. And a voice came forth from the throne, saying, Give praise to our God, all ye his [d]servants, ye that fear him, the small and the great.

This awesome audible Voice from Heaven announces the Lord Jesus Christ returning WITH his Saints to destroy the beast, false prophet and those who will follow them at the battle of Armageddon. This opens the Age of Christ with the destruction of the Anti-Christ and his kingdom.

Rev. 19:11-18

11 And I saw the heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon [g]called Faithful and True; and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 And his eyes are a flame of fire, and upon his head are many diadems; and he hath a name written which no one knoweth but he himself. 13 And he is arrayed in a garment [h]sprinkled with blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 14 And the armies which are in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and pure15 And out of his mouth proceedeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the [i]winepress of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty16 And he hath on his garment and on his thigh a name written, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords.

17 And I saw [j]an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the birds that fly in mid-heaven, Come and
be
gathered together unto the great supper of God; 18 that ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of [k]captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses and of them that sit thereon, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, and small and great.

Mercury Transits has been likened to verse 17 since the planet Mercury symbolizes the Messenger Archangel Gabriel. Mercury crossing the face of the Sun can be seen as this angel Gabriel “standing in the Sun” heralding the victorious return of the Light of the World and King of Kings, even as he announced the coming Promised Seed of Mary leading to his birth, [Lk. 1:26-38, Matt. 1:20-25]. This alignment osky signs including the Lunar Eclipse Sextet from 2014-2016 in the Jubilee Year of 5776 bookends the first Advent and return of the King of Kings at the right hand of God.

Another key aspect of the celestial signs of this month includes the Jupiter-Venus conjunction set for Nov. 24th, 2019. It is important to realize the celestial context of this union of Jupiter-Venus, to grasp the impact of what has occurred, not only at the birth of Christ in the signs of Rev. 12 in 3-2 BC, but also with the Celestial Sphinx signs leading to the 2017 rendition of these Rev. 12 signs.

In view of the current celestial showcase of heavenly signs surrounding to 9-23-17 replay of the Rev. 12 signs, there are matched sets of triple planetary conjunctions taking place. In past light of Jupiter’s role in the Celestial Prelude, the 2017 triple conjunction of Jupiter-Spica was heralded by two Mercury-Spica unions in 2015, within a 6-week period. The first conjunction occurred Sept. 17th, 2015, and the 2nd on October 29th, 2015Mercury-Gabriel, as messenger arch-angel gives two proclamations resulting from its retrograde motion, foreshadowing Jupiter’s 2017 retrograde motion in Virgo, forming a triple conjunction of Jupiter-Spica. This is part of the first set of planetary triple unions that held our focus in 2015Mercury-Gabriel established the triple union of Jupiter-Spica on Oct. 11th, 2016, that followed in a pre-dawn union with Jupiter, as Mercury passed within a degree of Jupiter in a Sunrise union. We could view this as Mercury establishing its announcement of the king planet Jupiter in the dawn’s early light, of the Mercury transit in May of 2016, five months later.

Remember that this takes place during the Jupiter-Venus conjunction series from 2015-2017, as part of the Celestial Sphinx signs in Virgo and Leo. This conjunction series includes 2 triple unions of Jupiter-Venus, one each in Leo then in Virgo, the head of the Woman united with the body of the Lion, as the two main components of the Great Sphinx, unifying the circle of the Hebrew zodiac in its alpha and omega signs. We find this manifested at the birth of Christ in a dazzling Jupiter-Venus conjunction in Leo on June 17th of 2 BC. It was also 2 Jupiter-Venus conjunctions that actually bracketed the majority of heavenly signs marking the birth of Christ in 3-1 BC.

A guiding principle of the study of the Celestial Sphinx dictates that we should be watchful of activity in the heavens related to both components of the Celestial SphinxFor instance, with Jupiter’s recent retrograde activity in Virgo, we also find important events in Leo around the king star Regulus-the heart of the Lion.

The 1st Jupiter-Venus Conjunction marking the birth of Christ took place on August 31st 3 BC, in Leo, with the last one occurring August 21st 1 BC, in Virgo. Here we find an interesting variation on a Celestial Sphinx sign directing us to the planetary unions of Jupiter-Venus, marking the initial fulfillment of the Rev12:1-2 prophecy relating to the sufferings of Christ in his ministry as the Passover Lamb. This alerts us that we should look for similar Celestial Sphinx signs as a precursor to the Lord’s Second Coming in glory.

Jupiter-Venus Conjunction

Keeping in mind the context of the triple conjunctions of Jupiter-Venus and the Celestial Sphinx signs, other triple planetary conjunctions related to the Celestial Sphinx will also arrest our attention. First, let’s document the recent activity of Jupiter and Venus related to the Celestial Sphinx. The following dates for signs of the Celestial Sphinx witnessed Jupiter-Venus conjunctions in Leo in the Hebrew Jubilee year of 2015-2016:

June 30th, 2015
August 25th, 2015
October 26th, 2015

The following dates saw Jupiter-Venus conjunctions in Virgo in 2016-17:

July 27th, 2016
Feb. 26th, 2017
Nov. 13th, 2017

However, before the final Jupiter-Venus union in VirgoJupiter started its 42-week retrograde motion in Virgo’s womb, during which time Jupiter completed another triple conjunction with Spica in Virgo! The precedent for this at the birth of Christ is seen in the coronation of God’s only begotten Son in the heavens with the triple conjunction of the King planet Jupiter with the King star Regulus in Leo in 3-2 BC, starting 3 days after Christ’s birth, based also on Jupiter’s retrograde motion. As we have seen regarding Jeremiah’s Messianic prophecy [Jer. 23:5], Jupiter the sedeq planet is linked with the MessiahJesus Christ the righteous zemach-branch, in one of 5 primary Old Testament prophecies regarding the Branch-Al Zemach, as Jesus Christ, the Coming Promised Seed.

This celestial activity surrounding the birth of Christ in 3-2 BC, including the impact of the Jupiter-Venus conjunctions has gotten recognition even from secular and scientific sources, which is great to see from astronomical authorities, not only like Dr. Earnest Martin but others, who have noted the presence of these Jupiter-Venus unions, but have still held back their opinions on the potential link to the birth of Christ. We can see this influence in the following quote from a recent Astronomy blog:

“Taken literally, the biblical account of the story of the Star of Bethlehem calls for not one, but two “stars.” One to be seen at the start of the Magi’s journey, while the other appearing to them upon their arrival in Bethlehem.

Interestingly, in August of 3 B.C., Venus and Jupiter were prominent in the predawn eastern sky, and on Aug. 12 they came within just 9 arc minutes (0.15 degrees) of each other as seen from the Middle East. Incidentally, this sign would have been seen by men “in the east,” explaining the phrase in the Book of Matthew.

Ten months later, Venus and Jupiter got together again for an even more spectacular encore on June 17, 2 B.C., when at sundown from Babylonia they were separated by just 4 arc minutes of each other, about 35 degrees above the western horizon. As the sky grew dark, the two brightest planets drew closer to each other until finally at 9:15 p.m. local time they drew to within 36 arc seconds (0.01 degree) equal to the mean apparent width of Jupiter as seen through a telescope, at an altitude of 15 degrees above the horizon. To most people, the two planets must have appeared to coalesce into a single “star” somewhat brighter than Venus alone. Eyeglasses were many centuries in the future, so only people with unusually acute vision would have seen the planets separated.

The fact that Jupiter and Venus had such a close conjunction at this time in history has led some people theorize that it could be an explanation for the Star of Bethlehem.” 3

However, once the details of the Jupiter-Venus unions are correlated to the signs surrounding Christ’s birth, the evidence becomes overwhelming.

Figure 2. Jupiter and Venus are due again for a repeat of their celestial rendezvous this month in Virgo on the evening of Nov. 24th as seen below. 4

To further put this celestial activity in context for 2019, I refer you to our Jan. 2019 blog which documents the first Jupiter-Venus union of 2019, linked to the lunar eclipse triads that framed the 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad. Here is an excerpt from this January’s Blog;

Generally, a conjunction of Venus and Jupiter happens once a year. But this year, in 2019Venus and Jupiter will not only rendezvous the day after the Super-Blood Moon, on Jan. 22nd as seen in Fig. 3 below, but also for a 2nd notable conjunction in 2019 on the evening of Nov. 24th, 2019.

Figure 3. Jupiter-Venus union aligned with Antares the Scorpion’s Heart Jan. 22nd, 2019.

There has been notable activity with the unions of Jupiter-Venus both at the birth of Christ and again linked to the 2014-15 Blood Moon Tetradtwo years ahead of the Sept. 23rd, 2017 Rev. 12 sign.

The following dates, also show elements of the Celestial Sphinx in the Regulus unions in Leo, while the Jupiter-Venus conjunctions took place in Virgo in 2016-2017:

July 30th, 2016 Mercury-Regulus Conjunction
Aug. 5th, 2016 Venus-Regulus Conjunction
Aug. 26-27th, 2016 Jupiter-Venus conjunction [Jupiter enters Virgo]
Feb. 26th, 2017 Jupiter-Venus conjunction
Sept. 23rd, 2017 [Virgo clothed
with the Sun/Moon @ feet]-Rev. 12:1-2
Nov. 13th, 2017 Jupiter-Venus conjunction

The two brightest planets –Venus and Jupiter –teamed up to provide the closest planetary conjunction of 2014, which had been the closest Venus- Jupiter conjunction during the 6 Lunar Eclipses of 2014-2016, until August 27, 2016, when Jupiter entered Virgo to eventually be “birthed” in 2017. This Venus-Jupiter union on August 27, saw these two planets three times closer than during their 2015 union when they were separated by only 1/3 of a degree.

As we continue ti investigate the notable celestial activity of the dual significance of the Rev. 12 signs leading to both the birth and return of Christ, the heavens will disclose what the Almighty wants us to be aware of in unity with His Will, written in His Word.

God Bless,

Agape’

Biblical Astronomy of the Seven Genesis Titles of Christ

Biblical Astronomy of the Seven Genesis Titles of Christ

There is a phrase in Bible Research that says; “Genesis is the book of Revelation concealed, and Revelation is the Book of Genesis revealed.” This month’s blog illustrates this truth in a number of interesting and enlightening ways. The impetus for this teaching came from one of Jon Nessle’s teachings where he mentioned “Seven Penteuech Titles of Christ” that he saw in a note from E.W. Bullinger”s Companion Bible, including the Seed, Star, Shiloh, Stone/Rock,
Shepherd, Scepter and Lawgiver.

In Genesis 3 we have the first prophecy of the Promised Seed [zera-2233] in the Bible.

14 So the Lord God said to the serpent: “Because you have done this, You are cursed more than all cattleAnd more than every beast of the field; On your belly you shall go, And you shall eat dust All the days of your life. 15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, And between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, And you shall bruise His heel.”

Contained in this initial prophecy of the Promised Seed, are also the first of seven Genesis titles pertaining to Christ. Surely the Promised Seed is the key to all human generations as Christ is Lord and Savior who provides the way of access back to God, which was lost in the serpent’s temptation of Eve. As the tempter was able to spread the seeds of destruction to all mankind by tempting Eve to break God’s Command, causing the loss of man’s spiritual link with the Heavenly Father, so the need for mankind’s Reedemer-Jesus Christ became a reality. But let us not forget the ruling principle of the seed at the basis of all the Kingdoms of Life, as seen in Genesis 1.

11 Then God said, “Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb that yields seedand the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth”; and it was so. 12 And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. 13 So the evening and the morning were the third day.

Much more than Maverick’s “need for speed” in the movie “Topgun,” mankind has a much bigger “need for seed” and the redemption only available in the perfect seed, Jesus Christ. The concept of this Genesis title is developed further in the line of Abraham in Genesis 15:2-7;

But Abram said, “Lord God, what will You give me, seeing[b]go childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?” Then Abram said, “Look, You have given me no offspring; indeed one[c] born in my house is my heir!”

And behold, the word of the Lord came to him, saying, “This one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir.” Then He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.” And He said to him, “So shall your descendants [seed] be.” And he believed in the Lord, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.

Then He said to him, “am the Lord, who brought you out of Ur of the Chaldeans, to give you this land to inherit it.”

In verse 5 above, God draws a direct comparison for Abraham between his seed and the stars of the celestial gospel.

The word for “seed” here in God’s promise to Abraham is (H2233zera), which has an interesting history of usage in both sacred and profane writings. In the Chaldean star religion, which had such a strong corrupting influence throughout the ancient world, he who was this “great seed” was also the Sun incarnate. Hislop tells us that:

“Symbolically the emblem for the sun was a circle, in reference to the sun’s ecliptical path.” 1 The true great seed prophetically is Jesus Christ, the promised redeemer of mankind referred to in Jeremiah 33.

Jer. 33:20-22

20 Thus saith the LORD; If ye can break My covenant of the day, and My covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season21Then may also My covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers. 22 As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured: so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me.

God inspires Jeremiah to make an inseparable connection between His “covenant of the dayand My covenant of the night,” and His “covenant with the seed of David my servant.” Why? One reason is the heavens tell of God’s Covenant with the seed of David with precision, corresponding with the regular observance of their Sabbatical and Jubilee years, in harmony with the Soli-lunar calendar of Israel. Jesus Christ the embodiment of the seed of David, came to fulfill the Scripture, and began his ministry in the Sabbatical Year of 27-28 AD, as part of the OT Hebrew Jubilee cycle. All 12 signs of the mazzaroth with each decan, tell a chapter of the struggle between the seed of the woman versus the serpent’s seed, as prophesied by God in Genesis 3:15. The Promised Seed Jesus Christ is the master key to unlocking the secrets of both the Celestial Gospel and the Scriptures, not to mention true Archaeo-Astronomy.

Hislop’s comments are relevant in that; “the hieroglyphical relation between zero, the circle, and zero, the seed, was easily established.”2 Hislop gives a nod to the correlation between The Promised Seed, in light of the mathematical implications of zero, and the geometric significance of the circle, and that these relations go far beyond their mere hieroglyphical associations. This also relates to how Christ as the Shepherd of Psalm 23 embodies the Jehovah-Names of God, as we will see below.

In Genesis 17:1-9 we find more on Abraham’s story;

When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am
[a]Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless. And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.” Then Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying: “As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of [b]many nations. No longer shall your name be called [c]Abram, but your name shall be [d]Abraham; for I have made you a father of [e]many nations. I will make you exceedingly fruitful; and I will make nations of you, and kings shall come from you. And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and your descendants [seed] after you. Also I give to you and your descendants after you the land in[f] which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, as an ever-lasting possession; and I will be their God.” And God said to Abraham: “As for you, you shall keep My covenant, you and your descendants after you throughout their generations.

The Faith of Abraham is the undeniable foundation of Christian faith today. [Rom. 4]

Figuratively, the Sun as a symbol of the promised seedJesus Christ, weaves his way through the circular path of the ecliptic and the 12 houses of the Hebrew Mazzaroth, showing us the basic relationship between God’s earthly seed and His heavenly seed.

Gen. 22:17-18

That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies. And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed My voice. [Num. 24:7]

The union of the Alpha-Omega signs of Leo the lion, with the woman Virgo in the female-headed Great Sphinx also depict the life of Jesus, from birth, starting in the Star-set of Spica on September 11th, 3 BC. This is depicted in Gen. 49:9 as his human maturation from lion’s whelp, where his prey is provided for him, to stalking his own prey, unto his ultimate victory casting down and rending the dragon. This is the three-fold theme that ties directly to the celestial wonders of Revelation 12, linking God’s Word together with His stellar revelation. We find this set for us at the canonical start and close of both the Biblical and stellar gospels, forming a parallel testimony of the Scriptures with the stars. We have seen powerful specific examples of this in the celestial triple coronation ceremony of the three unions of Jupiter and Regulus in Leo, marking the birth of Christ. We even see the influence of this theme surviving in the famed mythology of the “Riddle of the Sphinx.” In the Greek mythology surrounding the female-headed Sphinx, she asks Oedipus the riddle; What is the animal which goes on four legs in the morning, two legs at noon and three legs at night?

The Sphinx and Oedipus

Image may contain: one or more people

His reply is Man, crawling as an infant, walking erect in manhood and in old age with a staff. 3
This mirrors the celestial symbolism of the Jupiter-Regulus triple unions seen in Genesis 49:9 depicting the growth cycle of the lion from whelp, to adult lion, to the aged lion at rest. This is another example of the corrupting influence of myth that still retains elements of the truth it hides. This triple Conjunction of Jupiter and Regulus in Leo marking the birth of Christ, also exemplifies the narrative of the celestial gospel, the great stellar witness of the ages which embodies God’s first revelation to the Patriarchs, beginning with Adam. As the star names of the 12 Constellations of the zodiac along with each of their decans relate aspects of the nature, sufferings and glory of the Promised Seed, so this witness is summarized in the first and last zodiacal signs that compromise the Great Sphinx. All of this is established by the witness of Scripture, as we’ve seen in Gen. 49:8-10, for example among many others, setting the truth in stone.

In Genesis 49 we find important Messianic prophecies relating to Jesus Christ in context of Jacob’s blessings of his 12 sons, and the Genesis titles of ChristGen. 49:8-10 delineates God’s promises for the tribe of Judah;

Judah,[b] your brothers will praise you; your hand will be on the neck of your enemies; your father’s sons will bow down to youYou are a lion’s cub, Judahyou return from the prey, my son. Like a lion he crouches and lies downlike a lioness—who dares to rouse him?
10 The scepter will not depart from Judahnor the ruler’s staff from between his feet,[c]
until [Shiloh] he to whom it belongs[d] shall come and the obedience of the nations shall be his.

Verse 10 refers to the scepter and the “ruler’s staff” also translated as “Lawgiver” in the KJV, and Shiloh, all three of which are Genesis titles of Christ. As this cluster of Genesis Christ titles is an eye-opener, we should pay extra attention to the witness of Scripture in Genesis 49.

The “Lawgiver” [H2710] is a key Christ title, as one who decrees, ordains and inscribes laws. 4
As Proverbs 8 extolls the virtues of godly wisdom, we learn that it is by wisdom that Kings and Princes decree justice, [8:15]. A key aspect of the Lawgiver is found in Job, in reference to the Great Sphinx which embodies the decrees of God’s Word written in the stars for the Biblical Patriarchs.

Job 19:23-25
Oh that my words were now written! Oh that they were printed in a book! [24] That they were graven with an iron pen and lead in the rock forever! [25] For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

These verses are indicative not only of Job’s knowledge of his coming redeemer, but also of his faith that this redeemer would stand at a future latter day upon the earth. This knowledge directly corresponds both, in a witness that was engraved in the rock forever, remaining unto our day, and the witnesses of the celestial and written gospels. The word “For,” beginning verse 25, depicts the purpose of his words along with a monumental witness in stone, whose longevity has lasted into our day, as a witness to the redeemer that Job foresaw so long ago. Thus Job’s reference, in this majestic declaration of his redeemer, graven in rock forever, is easily associated with this enduring memorial on the Giza plateau, analogous to the prophecy written in the stars in Leo and Virgo. In the only Patriarchal book of the Bible, Job’s words certainly stand out as a reference to the witness of the stars and in stone, the witness God provided to the Biblical Patriarchs in the Bible’s first canonical book written by Job.

In all likelihood, a later derivation of the word “sphinx” is found in the Egyptian “shesep ankh,” meaning a living image. 5 However, instead of the living idol images of gods or pharaohs, our proposal is that the Great Sphinx was originally intended as an oracle of the promised seed and the Messiah, with its living aspects included in the changing astronomy surrounding the signs of Virgo and Leo. Both Lockyer and Rolleston state, the Great Sphinx symbolizes the Summer
Solstice 4000 years before Christ, sealed by the union of Virgo and Leo. Rolleston notes that this junction of Virgo and Leo is marked by the star Denebola, which is a name meaning “the Lord or Judge who comes quickly,” 6 thus representing the living image, of the Lord Jesus Christ coming in judgment. As Denebola is the star marking the union of Virgo and Leo, the alpha and omega signs of the Biblical zodiac, this prophetic message of the coming Messiah has endured as the largest, and most famous sculpture on the planet.

To further cement the link between the Great Sphinx and the Scriptures, let’s take a look at Psalm 19:

Psalm 19:1-5

1 The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth His handiwork. 2 Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. 4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath He set a tabernacle for the sun, 5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. 6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.

The word “line” in verse 4 refers to the ecliptic as the path in the Sun’s Tabernacle, at the end of the verse. These 12 houses or “Tabernacles of the Sun” refer to the 12 signs of the zodiac
and the 12 tribes of Israel, the Bride of the Bridegroom. Here, the Bible compares the Sun to a Bridegroom in verse 5, running a race-course through the circuit of heaven, the 12 signs of the ecliptic and their decans. The Great Sphinx elucidates the details of the 19th Psalm because it unifies these Tabernacles of the Sun, first with Virgo, the woman, the Bride-Israel and last with Leo, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Thus, all the tribes are presented to the Lord in preparation for the marriage supper of the Lamb, preserved in a great stone monument for the ages. As this magnificent monolith witnesses to the Astronomy of the Biblical Patriarchs, the Great Sphinx and the Great Pyramid preserved the principles of Biblical Astronomy
timelessly. The witness of Scripture continues in the Book of Job, which contains more overt astronomical references, with ancient Biblical star names than any other book in the Bible.

Job 38:31-33
Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion? [32] Canst thou bring forth Mazzaroth in his season? or canst thou guide Arcturus with his sons? [33] Knowest thou the ordinances of heaven? Canst thou set the dominion thereof in the earth?

From a Biblical view the Gospel in the Stars is central to the Book of Job, since this was where God gave the Patriarchs the stellar witness and celestial narrative of the promised redeemer of man. Job’s divine writings are the only Scripture recorded, that is addressed to the Patriarchal Age. When we consider the Hebrew word “mazzaroth,” we find a very early reference to the 12 signs of the zodiac, occurring only in Job. There are other later references to these 12 signs of the ecliptic in Scripture, but this gives us more evidence of the antiquity of this knowledge of the entire zodiac, in the context of the Biblical Patriarchs. When Job spoke these words however, the Bible, or even the Pentateuch was not written yet by Moses the lawgiver. Thus, we see in verse 23, Job’s desire that his book would be part of the sacred written oracles that would correspond to this bedrock truth in the Great Sphinx, engraved in stone as a testimony to his coming redeemer.

The word “graven” *H2710 [chaqaq] in Job 19:24 means: to cut, carve, hew, square, quarry, mason or engrave. 6 This is the same word translated as “lawgiver” in Gen. 49:10, and is the same root for the word “ordinances” in Job 38:33, in the sense that the ordinances or laws of God and nature, were many times engraved in stone, or carved in a tablet. As we say God’s Word is set in stone. An important point to realize regarding this word [chaqaq] is that it is translated as “Lawgiver” in Deut. 33:21. This relates to another ancient Egyptian name of the SphinxBel-hit, which also means the “Lord who cometh.” Deuteronomy 33, records the Song of Moses, and the fifth chapter of Judges contains the Song of Deborah, both of which list the Tribes of Israel. Another occurrence of “Lawgiver” is seen below in Genesis 49, also a listing of the Tribes of Israel, all of which refer to the Biblical zodiac, containing celestial and Scriptural links to each of the tribes. These Biblical lists of the 12 tribes of Israel are refined in the discussion of the breastplate of Israel’s High Priest, which models its zodiacal symbolism. Is there a more revealing context for this important element of the Great Sphinx to appear in?

Gen 49:10
The sceptre shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. [KJV]

The sceptre shall not depart from Judah“- “sceptre” is [H7626 shebet] 7 in the Hebrew, the same word used in Numbers 24:17; referring to the “star [H3556-kowkab] 8 out of Jacob and sceptre out of Israel.” This star out of Jacob is a clear reference to the planet
Jupiter-the King planet and the key role its triple union with Regulus played in the astronomy of the birth of Christ, in 3 BC.

lawgiver from between his feet“- Regulus the king star and the brightest star in Leo.  “The Arabic word “regel” means “foot” and is identical in meaning to the Aramaic word “regla”
and the Hebrew word “regel” tying in with “from between his feet” above. In this one verse the Lion of JudahLeo, intertwines with the lawgiver coming from between his feet, symbolizing the king star Regulus [see Psalm 60:7]. 9 This gives a clear Biblical picture of the stellar elements of the Jupiter-Regulus triple union in Leo the lion of the tribe of Judah, seen in the three stages of the lion’s growth in Genesis 49:9!

Lawgiver“- *H2710 [chaqaq10 meaning; to cut or engrave, inscribe, establish, ordain, to decree, to be a leader, a ruler, a lawgiver; a scepter. It occurs 19 times in the Hebrew O.T. The primary meaning is “writing or drawing in the sense of etching,” [Isa. 30:8; in a book] The root can mean to enact a decree [In Prov. 8:15 a governor decreeing justice with wisdom.] This word [chaqaq] attests to the power of the coordinated decrees of God’s Word first written in the stars, then later in stone and in the Scriptures, providing a precedent for the idea of all language being rooted in the celestial alphabet, penned by the finger of God. [Ex. 32:13-16].

Finally the Word (logos) was made flesh in Jesus Christ, and God’s Word incarnate dwelt with us. These manifold witnesses to God’s omnipotent glory and Grace, all incorporate the awesome beauty and mathematical Symmetry that unveil the accuracy of all His means of divine revelation, embodied in the spoken and written word, in the stars in stone and finally in the flesh. As the Red Thread and master key to the interpretation of God’s Word, Jesus is the lawgiver, after the form of Moses, the one decreeing righteous judgment as the embodiment of the Word made flesh.

Jer. 31:35-36
35 Thus saith the LORD, which giveth the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divideth the sea when the waves thereof roar; The LORD of hosts is his name: 36 If those ordinances depart from before me, saith the LORD, then the seed of Israel also shall cease from being a nation before me forever.

In Jer. 31:35 the root of this word [chaqaq] is used of the light of the celestial ordinances of the Sun by day, and the Moon and stars by night, [Gen.1:16-18]. The ordinances of God’s covenant with the seed of Abraham were written with the finger of God in the rock of His holy mount,  and given to Moses the lawgiver, [Ex. 24:12, 31:18, 32:16]. This establishes the stone witness of the Sphinx, and verifies the relation between God’s celestial witness and His word written in Scripture [Ps. 19]. It is a known historical and archaeological fact that the Great Sphinx was carved out of a rock formation on the Giza plateau, which is consistent with the testimony of God’s Word in Job 19:23, where the word “rock” [*H6697] means “cliff, sharp rock compressed,
or boulder.” We can see the intimate link between God’s stellar witness of His ordinances fulfilled in His covenant with the seed of Israel in verse 36 above. This promised seed was consummated in the Lord Jesus ChristJeremiah‘s point is that the celestial witness of God’s Covenant with Day and Night [Jer. 33:20-26], has not ceased and no one is able to halt these celestial cycles and seasons set in motion by the Creator, thus the surety of the return of His Promised Seed for his people is set in the firmament, in stone and embodied in the Man Christ Jesus!

The prominent stellar aspects of the Great Sphinx, are witnessed in the first of the three unions of Jupiter and Regulus, on 9-14-3 BC. This exhibits not only the link between the ordinances of the sun and stars in Jer. 31:35, 33:25, specifically in Genesis 49:8-10, in united testimony with the stellar wonders spoken of in Revelation 12, but also the monolithic witness of the Great Sphinx to the Lawgiver of the Ages.

Thus, the Great Sphinx stands as Giza’s defiant sentinel, having weathered hundreds of centuries as a witness and messenger of both the canon of the celestial scroll of God’s Word engraved in the heavens and a prophecy of the birth of the Son of God. Always facing east, the Great Sphinx anticipates the truth of the Son-rise of the ages, whose light is the long-awaited dawning of a new day for all Mankind. This is a theme that arises again in relation to The Celestial Symbolism of the Tabernacle and Temple of Israel. When viewed in context with the witness of the Great Sphinx, this sign on 9-14-3 BC takes on added meaning, indicated in the Sphinx’ two basic elements. These two elements are detailed in the movement of the King planet Jupiter entering Leo, the lion-body of the Great Sphinx, while the Sun was in Virgo, the female head of the Sphinx. As the stars are allowed to speak in harmony with this witness in stone, the solitary guardian of the Giza plateau anticipates the dawning of a new day for mankind, predicting the birth of Spica, Virgo’s promised seed. Thus, the Great Sphinx and the Great Pyramid stand, as oracles, monumental prophets of both the Alpha and Omega, the first and second advents of Jesus Christ, revealing both his sufferings and glory. These stellar aspects of the Sphinx, are reinforced by the picture of the eastern horizon during the early morning hours of September 14th, at the time of the first Jupiter-Regulus union. This distinct star picture of the Head of the woman Virgo rising above the horizon, with the body of the lion above, beginning the first of three Jupiter-Regulus unions, is definitive evidence for our thesis. It is key to realize that the signs of the Lord’s birth occured in Virgo, the alpha sign of the Biblical zodiac, but the signs of his return will occur in the omega sign-Leo, both including signs of the Celestial Sphinx. This is a clear example of the importance of the Great Sphinx as a monumental marker of the advent of God’s only begotten Son.

The Scepter in the context of the Lion of Judah refers to the King’s Scepter as the rod and staff or symbol of the King’s authority and power, as seen in the Psalms.

Psalm 45:2-7

My heart is overflowing with a good theme; I recite my composition concerning the King; My tongue is the pen of a [c]ready writer. You are fairer than the sons of men; Grace is poured upon Your lips; Therefore God has blessed You forever.[d]Gird Your sword upon Your thigh, O Mighty One, With Your glory and Your majestyAnd in Your majesty ride prosperously because of truth, humilityand righteousness; And Your right hand shall teach You awesome things. Your arrows are sharp in the heart of the King’s enemies; The peoples fall under You.

Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdomYou love righteousness and hate wickedness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness more than Your companions.

Isaiah 11 provides a great sense of how the Messiah employs and embodies the King’s Scepter; These verses represent a summary of the OT manifestations paired according to this biblical structure of the spirit [H7307 ruach] of Jehovah- God in relationship to His creation. The repetition of “Spiritat the start of these 7 OT categories is a figure of speech- anaphora, while the ”ands” pairing these manifestations are also the figure “polysyndeton,” emphasizing each category of these spiritual manifestations.

Isa. 11:1-5

There shall come forth a [a]Rod from the [b]stem of JesseAnd a Branch shall [c]grow out of his rootsThe Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon HimThe Spirit of wisdom and understandingThe Spirit of counsel and mightThe Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord.

His delight is in the fear of the LordAnd He shall not judge by the sight of His eyes,
Nor decide by the hearing of His earsBut with righteousness He shall judge the poor,
And decide with equity for the meek of the earth; He shall strike the earth with the rod of His mouth, And with the breath of His lips He shall slay the wicked. Righteousness shall be the belt of His loinsAnd faithfulness the belt of His waist.

The 3rd Genesis title of Genesis 49:10 is Shiloh [H7886] also known as the peacemaker. We find these traits exemplified in the High Priest of the Tabernacle and Temple in the OT, especially where once a year on the Day of Atonement, this Priest went into the holiest of all and sacrificed for Israel to cover their sins. Christ fulfilled this with his once and final sacrifice for all mankind, on the cross, [Heb. 2:17]. In the NT with God in Christ in us [Col. 1:27] we dwell in God with God in us through Christ, in true unity, which was not known in Shiloh in the OT, an early resting place for the Ark of the Covenant, symbolic of God’s presence, but is replaced by God’s throne and His actual presence in the greatness of the Mystery in Christ seated at the Father’s right hand with his church. Another key occurrence of the peacemaker is found in Isaiah.

Isa. 9:6-7
For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting FatherPrince of Peace.
7 Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.

Jesus in the Road to Emmaus teaching, [Lk. 24:13] reveals himself in all the books of the OT unveiling one of the greatest teachings ever-The Master Key to unfolding God’s Word. The master-titles of Christ in Isa. 9:6, reveal multiple sets of 4 titles, as seen in the Hebrew word “zemach”-branch. This word is used 12 times in the OT, but these four usages delineate the 4D Ministry of the Messiah, Jehovah’s Branch, each set forth in the 4 gospels as seen in the bottom row of the chart above.

The numbers in parenthesis (4->) indicate the Spiritual Administrations in which these Titles are active. [Material above on Isa. 9:6 is from The One God Seminar, J. Nessle]

Some of these titles are found in the Seven periods of Christ’s earthly ministry marked by Audible Words from heaven.

1. Temptation-His Righteousness was proved. [40 days]
2. Evangelist– As the Lamb of God, Chooses his Apostles
3. Pentecost-He officially opens his ministry reading Isa. 61/Luke 4 as an Apostle.
4. High Priest-Mount of Transfiguration; Tishri-30
5. Passover Lamb-Voice from Heaven-only one week before he was crucified.
6. Resurrection-New Body-[40 days] ending his ministry in his physical body.
7. Ascension-[10 days]-Sit thou on my Right Hand…[I go to My Father]

Another key occurrence of “Scepter” in Numbers is found in the context of an added title of Christ as the “Star; [H3556].”

 Num. 24:16-17

16 The utterance of him who hears the words of GodAnd has the knowledge of the Most High, Who sees the vision of the AlmightyWho falls down, with eyes wide open17 I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near; A Star shall come out of Jacob; A Scepter
shall rise out of Israel, And [b]batter the brow of Moab, And destroy all the sons of [c]tumult.

The “Star out of Jacob” is another Genesis title of Christ that refers not only to the Celestial Gospel references of the Lawgiver in the Great Sphinx, but also the Biblical Astronomy of the birth of Christ, in the King planet Jupiter.

Stellar Elements of the Great Sphinx

The original teaching of the celestial witness of the signs of the zodiac is encapsulated in the signs Virgo and Leo and preserved in this ancient monument of the Giza plateau, the Great Sphinx. An interesting astronomical truth in support of this lies the fact that the crowned head of Virgo actually bridges about 10 degrees into the sign Leo on the ecliptic. We have already made reference to this in connection with the star Denebola. The star Sarcam in Leo, is a Hebrew word meaning “the joining“, revealing this as the point where the two ends of the Zodiacal circle have their joining. This is borne out in the sign Corvus, the bird of prey devouring Cetus the sea-monster, a decan of Virgo. The bright star in the eye of Corvus the Raven, called Al Chibar in Arabic means “joining together,” referring also to the union of as these two ends of the true zodiac! This also fits with the start of the Hebrew calendar in Tishri, the equivalent of our September-October, the beginning of their civil year when the Sun was clothing Virgo.

Figure A. Hydra the Serpent trampled underfoot by Leo and devoured by the Raven-Corvus.

The heavens announced Jesus’ arrival with the setting of the star Spica, between the Moon and the setting Sun Clothing Virgo-as Virgo’s branch on September 11th, of 3 BC. This is firmly secured by the fifth axis evident in the Dendera zodiac, in the Egyptian temple of Esneh, subdividing the zodiac in the same way depicted on the ceiling of the Portico of that temple site; between Leo the Lion, and Virgo the woman. This idea is fully developed in The Denderah Zodiac poster, featured in the right margin of this blog. In addition to naming the start and close of the celestial canon, the Great Sphinx mirrors the binding of Scripture together in Genesis
to Revelation, as seen in the Red Thread references to Jesus as the Lion of the tribe of Judah in both Gen. 49:8-10 and Rev. 5:5, the first and last books of the Bible. Another indicator of the central importance of these stellar aspects of the Great Sphinx, is that our recognition of the Celestial Sphinx, pictured below, Virgo and Leo the lion provide the basis for the signs of the triple union of Jupiter-Regulus in Leo, in 3 BC related to Gen. 49:8-10

As we view the celestial context of this first union of Jupiter and Regulus, [Fig. B] we can see the head of Virgo rising above the eastern horizon just below the full body of Leo the Lion on the ecliptic. This is the view of what an observer standing near Palestine facing east would have seen on this date, providing a clear aspect of the astronomical symbolism of the Sphinx as a key marker and monumental prediction of Jesus’ birthday on September 11th. This serves as a monolithic marker to the prophecy provided in Rev. 12:1-5, in the sign of Virgo, further sets this truth.

Figure B. The Celestial Sphinx. The Head of the Woman and the Body of the Lion as seen on Sept. 14th, 3 BC, on the eastern horizon from Palestine, forming the Great Sphinx, and marking the first Jupiter-Regulus Conjunction in Leo.

Also in Genesis 49:22-26, we find the blessings of Jacob on the tribes of Joseph, with references to 2 more Genesis titles of Christ:

Genesis 49:22-26

Joseph is a fruitful vine, a fruitful vine near a springwhose branches climb over a wall.[k23 With bitterness archers attacked him; they shot at him with hostility. 24 But his bow remained steady, his strong arms stayed[l] limber, because of the hand of the Mighty One of Jacobbecause of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel25 Because of your father’s God, who helps you, because of the Almighty,[m] who blesses you with blessings of the skies above, blessings of the deep springs below, blessings of the breast and womb. 26 Your father’s blessings are greater than the blessings of the ancient mountainsthan[n] the bounty of the age-old hills. Let all these rest on the head of Josephon the brow of the prince among[o] his brothers.

Here we see the titles of the Stone [H68] or Rock of Israel, and The Shepherd [H7462].
Key aspects of the Shepherd are found in the 23rd Psalm in the Seven Jehovah Names in Christ and Moses. As Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord is the Provider for Israel in Moses as Manna from Heaven, and in Christ as the bread of life. As Jehovah-Rapha He heals in Moses in the Passover, and in Christ as the light of the world. As Jehovah-Nissi, the protection of God was seen in the Rod of Moses, with Christ as the door of the Sheep.
As Jehovah-Shalom the Lord was Peace for Israel in the Cloud Pillar, while in Christ he is the true way that leads to life. As Jehovah-Tsidkenu, the Lord is righteousness in the Mosaic Law, until Christ who fulfilled the Law. As Jehovah-Shammah, the Lord was Present in Moses’ Tabernacle, and in Christ, he is the true Vine. In Summary, as Jehovah-Raah, Moses was the Shepherd of Israel, while Christ is the Good Shepherd, who embodies all these traits.

The Stone [H680-Eben] or rock refers to a foundation stone, or chief cornerstone placed at the apex of the Great Pyramid completing its architecture, and unifying the corner-stones at its base. [Job 38:6, Ps. 118:22, Matt.21:42, Acts 4:11, Eph.2:20, 1 Pet.2:6-7]
E-ben also represents the Father building His house through His offspring or Son, and how God dwells among His people changes in each of the 7 spiritual Administrations, building towards the Mystery of the Church of the One body in Christ.

Isa. 28:16-17
16 Therefore thus says the Lord GodBehold, I lay in Zion [H68] a stone for a foundation,
A tried stone, a precious cornerstone, a sure foundation; Whoever believes will not act hastily. 17 Also I will make justice the measuring line, And righteousness the plummet;
The hail will sweep away the refuge of liesAnd the waters will overflow the hiding place.

It is in the Architecture of the Great Pyramid where we find a special revelation of Christ as the chief cornerstone that fulfills and unifies its structure. Even as these Genesis titles of Christ are also revealed in the Book of Revelation, Jon Nessle has taught, how the 7 Ascendant traits of Christ from [Rev. 5:5-12] correspond to these 7 Genesis titles. Verse 5 shows Jesus as the LionLeo of the tribe of Judah as seen in the head and body of the Sphinx, depicting these Genesis titles of Christ as they are revealed in the book of Revelation.

Rev. 5:5-12

And I saw in the right hand of Him who sat on the throne a scroll written inside and on the back, sealed with seven sealsThen I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll and to loose its seals?” And no one in heaven or on the earth or under the earth was able to open the scroll, or to look at it.

So I wept much, because no one was found worthy to open [a]and read the scroll, or to look at it. But one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has prevailed to open the scroll and [b]to loose its seven seals.”

And I looked, [c]and behold, in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as though it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent out into all the earth. Then He came and took the scroll out of the right hand of Him who sat on the throne.

Jesus Christ as the Lamb is described with 7 horns, 7 eyes, 7 spirits, of God. The Shiloh titles relate to our Prayers in Christ’s Name of the specific title as the “Lord of Daily Need;Daily Bread category of 7 aspects of the Lord’s PrayerHe alone is worthy [axios] to manifest [lambano] in practical application all 7 of these dimensions of spiritual power, the 7 Ascendant traits of Christ [13] listed here in Rev. 5.

1. Power; [G#1411-dunamis-unity] Natural, Inherent power both potential and active, signifying all modes of active power. [Matt. 28:18] Jesus has all power delegated to him by the Father in Heaven and Earth. [Eph. 1:21-23]. [seed]

2. Riches;[G4149-ploutos-est.] Wealth in abundance, the fullness of all things Christ has in store for the body of Christ. [Eph. 3:8, Phil. 4:19] The unsearchable riches of Christ! The Believers access these riches on 2 occasions; a. New Birth [Rom. 10:12] b. Rapture [Rev. 3:18, Rom. 15:13, I Cor. 1:4, enriched in utterance and knowledge,
[2 Cor. 8:7-8]-Faith, word, hope, diligence, love, grace.

3. Wisdom;[G#4678-Sophia-Spiritual Completion] expert, skill, godly wisdom, full intelligence and mental excellence in the highest and fullest degree. [I Cor. 1:30 this wisdom is a Sonship right, the wisdom from above in James, and the revelation manifestations given by God. “I can of my own self do nothing.” [peace]

4. Strength;[G#2479-ischus-World] health, prevailing strength and evidenced by overcoming deeds Lk. 3:16- JC mightier than John the Baptist. Phil. 4:13-We are infused with God’s power. [I Cor. 15:24] all rule, power and authority. [scepter]

5. Honor;[G#5092-precious valuables, [time-Grace] of great value, preeminent honor, a name above all names. [Js. 5:23]-we honor the Father via the Son. [Phil. 2:9-11] Atheism is a temporary condition because every knee shall bow and every tongue shall confess that JC is Lord. When they bow, they can’t stand against us. [Shepherd]

6. Glory;[G#1391-doxa-Man] manifested power, dignity, praise, worship [Man] [John 13:31-2, 17:1-5] Figure antanaclasis “word clashing;” differing word definitions used together. With=para-beside in the dative case=”glorify me beside Yourself.” What orthodox Trinitarians say was Preexistent Jesus with God, was actually God’s foreknowledge of Jesus at His Right Hand when Lucifer occupied this space in the 1st Heaven & Earth [Shiloh]

7. Blessing;[G#2129-eulogiaSpiritual perfection] Good Word or action from God. Jesus did many Praiseworthy acts but we are worshipping him as God for none of them. Praise=laud, as his victorious entry into Jerusalem on “Palm Sunday,” they proclaimedHosanna in the highest.” All Evangelism is praising Jesus for his accomplishments and godly work. Jesus as the Evangelist is one of his sevenfold ministries he fulfilled during the Acceptable Year of the Lord, [Lk. 4:16-19, Gen. 49:25-26 ]. [Star]

Through the reality of the redemptive works of Jesus Christ as the Good Shepherd, man’s redemption is complete. Access to the way of the tree of life has been fully restored with many more benefits added in Christ, the true way that leads to life. Man again has full access to his loving Heavenly Father fulfilling God’s purposes. As we continue to look forward to the fullness of our redemption in the Hope of Christ’s return, we rejoice in our immediate and ultimate victory in Eternal Glory!

God Bless!

Phi and Pi Ratios in the Jerusalem Temple and the Body of Christ

Phi and Pi Ratios in the Jerusalem Temple and the Body of Christ

The Human body was clearly created by our Heavenly Father, as not only the apex of physical earthly life, but also as a powerful illustration of the Jerusalem Temple and the Spiritual body of Christ, the Church. An example of this is found in John 2, where:

John 2:19

Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.”

When Jesus says “in three days I will raise it up” he was referring to being raised from the dead by God the Father [Gal. 1:1], along with many other references that God raised him from the dead; [Acts 3:15, 4:10, 5:30, 13:30, Rom. 10:9-10]. Here
Jesus used the word “Temple” figuratively by revelation to represent his physical body, which is readily seen in the immediate context of verse 21, where it plainly says that Jesus “spake of the temple of his body.” As the embodiment of the true temple, Jesus represented the body of the faithful in Israel, while speaking these words in the courts of the Stone Temple of Jerusalem. Since Jesus was speaking to the religious leaders of Israel, and with their subsequent rejection of Jesus as the Christ, this Stone temple was razed to the ground in 70 AD. Even though the Stone Temple of Jerusalem was only a transitory model of Christ, there is much we can learn from how the Temple modeled the man Jesus Christ. We should also be aware that in Jesus‘ statement here in the Temple, his remarks were not limited to reflecting the faithful bride of Israel, but in light of God’s foreknowledge this statement also has major applications for the Great Mystery and the Spiritual body of Christ, the consummate and perfect man, and Savior of all humanity, showing that this was beyond Jesus’ knowledge at the time he made this statement. This also carries specific implications for the unity of the Jews and Gentiles in the body of Christ [Eph. 2:11-22] that is summarized in Christ as the Cheif Corner-stone, and Capstone of the Great PyramidI Corinthians 12 is one of the most enlightening sections of Scripture, when it comes to understanding the Church and spiritual body of Christ. 1

I Cor. 12:12-27 Amplified Bible

12 For just as the body is one and yet has many parts, and all the parts, though many, form [only] one body, so [b]it is with Christ. 13 For by one [Holy] Spirit we were all baptized into one body, [spiritually transformed—united together] whether Jews or Greeks (Gentiles), slaves or free, and we were all made to drink of one [Holy] Spirit [since the same Holy Spirit fills each life].

14 For the [human] body does not consist of one part, but of many [limbs and organs]. 15 If the foot says, “Because I am not a hand, I am not a part of the body,” is it not on the contrary still a part of the body16 If the ear says, “Because I am not an eye, I am not a part of the body,” is it not on the contrary still a part of the body17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole [body] were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? 18 But now [as things really are], God has placed and arranged the parts in the body, each one of them, just as He willed and saw fit [with the best balance of function]. 19 If they all were a single organ, where would [the rest of] the body be? 20 But now [as things really are] there are many parts [different limbs and organs], but a single body21 The eye cannot say to the hand, “I have no need of you,” nor again the head to the feet, “I have no need of you.” 22 But quite the contrary, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are [absolutely] necessary; 23 and as for those parts of the body which we consider less honorable, these we treat with greater honor; and our less presentable parts are treated with greater modesty, 24 while our more presentable parts do not require it. But God has combined the [whole] body, giving greater honor to that part which lacks it, 25 so that there would be no division or discord in the body [that is, lack of adaptation of the parts to each other], but that the parts may have the same concern for one another. 26 And if one member suffers, all the parts share the suffering; if one member is honored, all rejoice with it.

27 Now you [collectively] are Christ’s body, and individually [you are] members of it [each with his own special purpose and function].

If God has truly placed each of the members of the body as it has pleased Him, we should be paying attention not only to how the members of the physical body work as a unit, but also how the nine manifestations are each essential, and incomplete without the other manifestations. As we are each individual members of the Spiritual body, being born again as new creations in Christ, each with unique importance in the body, God has tempered the body together forming more than what each believer was on their own, since the church body in Christ is much more than just the sum of its parts. As each member ministers in the body of Christ, the spiritual body of the church needs all the gift ministries operating in the body, same as the manifestations. But what about the specific members of the physical body that are cited in pairs above? Could there be added meaning here that may have been overlooked? When we consider how the Creator structured the human body based on the Phi Ratio, perhaps there is more to be learned that may not have been previously considered.

The human body is based on Phi and 5.

The human body illustrates the Golden Section or Divine Proportion. The colored lines below depict the various golden ratio building blocks upon which the human body was built as seen in both diagrams, of the Vitruvian Man below, and human male below:

Successive Golden Sections of a Line, based on phi, the golden ratio

"The Golden Ruler" a Golden Ratio Measuring Stick based on phi by Gary B. Meisner

Human body showing the Divine proportion, phi or golden ratio throughout its dimensionsThe Divine Proportion in the Body

  • The white line is the body’s height.
  • The blue line, a golden section of the white line, defines the distance from the head to the finger tips.
  • The yellow line, a golden section of the blue line, defines the distance from the head to the navel and the elbows, also marked in the Vitruvian Man.
  • The green line, a golden section of the yellow line, defines the distance from the head to the pectorals and inside top of the arms, the width of the shoulders, the length of the forearm and the shin bone.
  • The magenta line, a golden section of the green line, defines the distance from the head to the base of the skull and the width of the abdomen. The sectioned portions of the magenta line determine the position of the nose and the hairline.

Although not shown, the golden section of the magenta line (also the short section of the green line) defines the width of the head and half the width of the chest and the hips. Below are some added phi relationships seen in the human body;

*The length of the human face is equal to the length of the human hand.
*The circumference of the calf muscle is equal to the circumference of the neck.
*The distance from the centre of the sternum to the elbow is exactly half the distance as from the center of the sternum to the FINGERTIPS, also marked in the Vitruvian Man.
*The length of the nose is exactly 1/3 the length of the face. The distance from the tip of the nose to the chin is equal to the length of the nose. The distance from the top of the nose to the hairline is equal to the length of the nose, following the golden ratio.

The Human Body is based on patterns of 5, which is also the basis for Phi.

Marcus Vitruvius Pollio, Roman architect (c. 25 B.C.), who formulated the Vitruvian Man seen below, remarked on the similarity between the human body and a perfect building: “Nature has designed the human body so that its members are duly proportioned to the frame as a whole.” He inscribed the human body into a circle and a square, the two figures considered images of perfection. As this image is seen to embody the principles of the ideal man as expressed in sacred architecture for example in the Jerusalem Temple, we can observe how the circle, square and Pyramid within the axes of the square depict the Christ as the perfect human representation [Plate 2. Vitruvian Man] of key Attributes of Almighty God. As we can see from the evidence presented here, the proportions in the structure of the human body follow the Golden Ratio. Below we have two versions of Vitruvian Man, the first in Plate 1, depicting the 17 various examples of Phi ratios in the human body numbered in the graphic. The Temple of the spiritual body of Christ is truly the perfect building because it is God’s building, (Oikodome) [I Cor. 3:9-11] whose foundation is Christ.

Plate 1. Vitruvian Man

This display shows the Intelligent Design of the human body by the Hand of the Almighty Creator in His Omniscient Wisdom. All these aspects of the Phi Ratio in the design of the human body work together to make the sum greater than its parts, so that we can see why God made the human body the pinnacle of Creation. God made the human body to house human life, in body, soul and spirit, first in Adam and Eve, and ultimately the only begotten Son of God-Jesus Christ. This brings us to the design of the genetic code of human Life, DNA, which is the Creator’s signature as the Life-Giver [John 5:6, 17:3] as seen in the Four Kingdoms of Life on Earth.

DNA [the following research is found on Wikipedia and is suggested for further study]

Each cycle of the DNA molecule measures 34 angstoms long by 21 angstroms wide. 34 and 21 are Fibonacci numbers. The ratio of 34/21 is a more accurate approximation of phi, since it is further into the Fibonacci series than the previous examples of 3 and 5Jean-claude Perez suggested there was a strong link between DNA and golden ratio in 1991,[1] then later in 1997 in his book l’ADN décrypté[2]. His work shows that relative proportions of nucleotides within coding DNA sequences like genes or RNA strings are governed by specific Fibonacci and Lucas number sets. This discovery was validated particularly on all known HIV and SIV (Simian Immunodeficiency Virus) retroviruses whole genomes with Professor Luc Montagnier (the discoverer of HIV virus) which called the discovery a “DNA supracode” [3]. 2

Other interesting relationships of golden section in the design of the human body include:

  • 5 appendages to the torso, in the arms, leg and head.
  • 5 appendages on each of these, in the fingers and toes.
  • 5 openings on the face.
  • 5 sense organs for sight, sound, touch, taste and smell.

The golden section in turn, is also based on 5, as the number phi, or 1.6180339…, is computed based on 5, as follows:

5 ^ .5 * .5 + .5 = Phi

In this mathematical construction “5 ^ .5” means “5 raised to the 1/2 power,” which is the square root of 5, which is then multiplied by .5 and to which .5 is then added.

Each section of your index finger, from the tip to the base of the wrist, is larger than the preceding one by about the Fibonacci ratio of 1.618, also fitting the Fibonacci numbers 2, 3, 5 and 8.

By this scale, your fingernail is 1 unit in length.

Curiously enough, you also have 2 hands, each with 5 digits, and your 8 fingers are each comprised of 3 sections.  All Fibonacci numbers!

Here are some other ways of expressing the same basic relationship in its connection to the golden ratio and the related squares and rectangles of the golden spiral: 3

finger-fibonacci-golden-ratio-proportions

finger-bone-section-golden-spiral

The ratio of the forearm to hand is Phi

Your hand is formed on a golden section relation to your arm, as the ratio of your forearm to your hand is also 1.618, the Divine Proportion, and represents the tactile sense; of touch. Spiritually, our hands and feet embody the human actions in which we partake, reflected in the golden section relations of the body parts or members of which the human body consists.

arm-showing-golden-proportions

Even your feet show phi

The foot has several proportions based on phi lines, including:

  1. The middle of the arch of the foot
  2. The widest part of the foot
  3. The base of the toe line and big toe
  4. The top of the toe line and base of the “index” toe

Additionally, it can be concluded that the width of the foot is in direct proportion to the width of the human torso.
In the male human body;
*The distance from the human coxyn to the top of the shoulders. is 3 times the length of the foot ( as from the heal
to the top of the ball of the foot )
*The width of the person’s shoulders. 4.7 times the with of the ball of the foot.
*The width of a persons hips is 4.7 times the width of the heal.

Not every individual has body dimensions in exact phi ratios, but averages across populations tend towards phi and phi proportions are perceived as being the most natural or beautiful. 4

Since the eye and the ear are mentioned in comparison in [I Cor. 12:16-17] let’s see what else God’s Word says about the eye.

Matt. 6:19-23
19
“Do not store up for yourselves
[material] treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.
20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys, and where thieves do not break in and steal; 21 for where your treasure is, there your heart [your wishes, your desires; that on which your life centers] will be also. 22 “The eye is the lamp of the body; so if your eye is clear [spiritually perceptive], your whole body will be full of light [benefiting from God’s precepts]. 23 But if your eye is bad [spiritually blind], your whole body will be full of darkness [devoid of God’s precepts]. So if the [very] light inside you [your inner self, your heart, your conscience] is darkness, how great and dense is that darkness! [Darkness 3x]

In the graphic below we find not only the Golden Ratio pattern underlying the symmetry of the elements of the human face, a
noticeable feature here is how the human eye is the incept point of this pattern, and as we will see presently, how the spiral begins within in the eye and covers all the senses evident in the 7 cavities in the head.

Phi in the Eye is seen in the ratio between the Cornea and the white portion [sclera] of the eye.

The eye allows us to see the light of God which impacts our entire body both physically and spiritually. The Graphic below depicts also how the human eye embodies the geometry of the Vesica Piscis, seen previously in the structure of the Northern Astronomical Pole, which reflects the pattern of all Creation as spoken into existence by the Almighty God; [Gen. 1:3]. The Creator’s image of what He wanted to speak into existence, was certainly clear and detailed from the macro to the micro or even quantum level of reality, which is why Creation is so beautiful and stunning from the biggest, to the smallest detail… The human eye was designed to visually observe the light of God, and the ear to hear, listen and live by the associated Words of God. Since the unity of the Sonic Scale is a lower manifestation of the electro-magnetic scale, we can witness the scientific realities in Creation supporting this foundational truth.

Bishop K.C. Pillai provided an alternative version of these verses, which follows;

Let not your thoughts be centered in material things where fears and worries breed defeat and frustration, and where doubts  break through and steal your thoughts; But let your thoughts be centered in the Spirit, where neither fear nor worry breeds defeat and frustration, and where doubts do not break through and steal your thoughts. For where your thoughts are, there will be your heart also.” 5

The “Treasures” Christ was referring to in Matt. 6 were not physical money, instead he was talking about our spiritual thought life. The moth and rust refer to fear and worry which corrode and destroy our positive spiritual thoughts of edification. As Romans, tells us the carnal mind, whose thought life is centered on a materialistic reality, will always suffer the plagues of defeat and despair because the temporal and material world is illusory. But with a God-centered thought life, we are depending on the immutable realities of God, He is ever-present with His unchanging promises that carry us through any situation that arises on the path of life. In this way, we can truly live by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God. As we stay our minds on God, He rewards us with His perfect Peace and Joy!

17 If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be? If the whole [body] were an ear, where would the sense of smell be?

Rom. 10:17, Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. [Gal. 3:2-5]

In the image of the man’s head below, notice how the Fibonacci spiral that rules the dimensions of the squares and rectangles that are spawned by this perfect spiral, encapsulate the exact human sensual organs in the same order they are mentioned in I Cor. 12. The center of the spiral and the first square and rectangle starts within the dimensions of the eye, enlightening the entire body. In the first turn of the phi spiral, the eye is enclosed in the second square and rectangle. This frames the ear as the spiral makes a 2nd turn, generating the third rectangle. By the time it makes its 3rd turn it encloses the ear, just under the eyebrow, and top of the Nose. As this spiral continues it forms the fourth rectangle which encloses the other half of the head with  the nose and second ear and, as the next rectangle is formed, the lower portion of the face below the nose is enclosed, including the mouth-the organ of taste and speech. The symmetry of how the phi ratio forms the sensual components of the head and face is inescapably beautiful! Obviously, this structure works very well with all the members human physical body, but it does not stop there. As these human senses of the physical body are enclosed within the progressive Fibonacci spirals, we can see how the revelation manifestations are referenced as the eyes and ears of the church embodied in the word of knowledge and word of wisdom, and the nose also fits in this category with discerning of spirits, where we can detect and rebuke those foul spirits as Jesus did, [Mark 9:25-29]. With the mouth as the organ of taste and speech, we can see how this applies to each believer as a member of the spiritual body, having the ministry of reconciliation should do the work of an evangelistspeaking the truth in love, [Eph. 4:15]. We also find with the gift ministries [Eph. 4:11] which all function as teachers and messengers of God’s Word, all should endeavor to speak God’s Word with eloquence and bold believing.

The Nine Manifestations of the spirit from [I Cor. 12:7-11] have been categorized into 3 groups of three, the Worship Manifestations [Speaking in Tongues, Interpretation of Tongues and Prophecy], all emanating from the Mouth. Secondly, the Revelation Manifestations [Word of Knowledge, Word of Wisdom and Discerning of Spirits] called the spiritual eyes and ears of the Church. Thirdly, the Impartation Manifestations [The Manifestation of Believing, Miracles, and Gifts of Healing] as the members are truly God’s hands and feet, as the holy spirit motivates our actions in the human/spiritual body of Christ.

As each member of the body of Christ individually believes to manifest each category of these spiritual manifestations, the special purpose and function of the believer becomes apparent, as they involve themselves in the spiritual ministry of the Church. As a result, the collective body of Christ will function more perfectly as God designed and assembled it in Christ, locally, by region, and globally. Here the individual believer is fully equipped physically and spiritually and is completely outfitted for success, by the Heavenly Father in Christ, to accomplish what God has called us to do. As each member shares fully in the new birth, we are made a New Creation in Christ, to share in the full abundance of the Spiritual Church, of the Body of Christ.

One of the prayers in the Book of Ephesians elaborates on the revelation manifestations as the eyes and ears of the Church, and some of the benefits God provides to the enlightened.

Eph. 1:17-19

17 [I always pray] that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [that gives you a deep and personal and intimate insight] into the true knowledge of Him [for we know the Father through the Son]. 18 And [I pray] that the eyes of your heart [the very center and core of your being] may be enlightened [flooded with light by the Holy Spirit], so that you will know and cherish the [f]hope [the divine guarantee, the confident expectation] to which He has called you, the riches of His glorious inheritance in the [g]saints (God’s people), 19 and [so that you will begin to know] what the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His [active, spiritual] power is in us who believe.

These verses emphasize what the true knowledge of God in the Apostle Paul’s prayer is, that our eyes should be enlightened with;
1. The Hope of our calling.
2. The riches of His Glorious inheritance in His Saints.
3. The surpassing greatness of His power in us who believe.

This power was evident and manifest when;

a. God Raised Christ from the dead.
b. And Seated him at His own Right Hand in heaven.
c. And put all things under his feet, and gave him to be head over all things to the Church of his body, including the unlimited power hidden in the Great Mystery.

Our brief tour through the human body represented in the Hebrew Temple reveals deeper truths as access to the holiest of all with the Ark of the Covenant, was available only once a year on the Day of Atonement, by the High Priest. Hebrews tells us Christ is this High Priest after the order of Melchisedek, with an everlasting Priesthood and final perfect sacrifice for all mankind. In some ancient sacred Geometry traditions, the relation of the Diameter to the Circumference, embodied in the pi ratio, symbolized the Names of GodElohim and Jehovah. With Elohim, the Creator representing the Circumference, of the curved line forming a circle as the totality of His Creation, and in Jehovah, the straight line Diameter, as God relates to the works of His Hands. Thus the pi ratio embodies the geometrical expressions of the Names of the Almighty. We find the basic elements of the concept of “squaring the circle” in the Circle’s diameter inscribed in the circumference of a surrounding Sphere inside a Cube. In I Kings 7:30, the circular Brasen Sea is contained within a square base. This principle survived through the centuries in the domed sacred architecture of many temples and churches, where the circular dome is surrounded by a square building. We should also note that the Holy of the holies, with the Ark of the Covenant, was a perfect cube, withindouble-square ground-plan of the Hebrew Tabernacle.

A Key in grasping the 40+ Attributes of God as Rev. Jon Nessle and I have cataloged them, as they relate to the special traits of God referred to as Essences, is summarized in the Chart below. When God’s Word refers to a certain Trait by saying God IS ___, these traits are His very essence. These four traits all mentioned in the Gospel of John; Light, Spirit and Love, are found in  their 3 main categories of God’s Attributes, with the fourth, the Word of God explaining them all. 6

Elohim El/Elah Jehovah
Infinitude Holiness Monarchy
Light Spirit Love
                           The Word of God

As the Circle and Square represent Elohim and Jehovah in the Plate 2. graphic of Vitruvian Man, the Square with the axes represents the Great Pyramid and how Christ embodies this version of the of sacred architecture as seen in the many references to him as the Cheif Cornerstone, and the missing Pyramid Capstone, [Job 38:16, Ps.118:22, Isa. 28:16, Zech. 4:7, Matt. 21:42, Mk.12:10, Lk. 20:17, Acts 4:11, Eph. 2:20, I Pet. 2:6-7]. The gift ministries of the spiritual body of the Church in Christ are the foundation of this body, as they manifest Christ in them.

Ephesians 2:20 (KJV)

20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophetsJesus Christ himself being the chief cornerstone;

We should note how both sets of hands and feet of the Vitruvian Man are touching the boundaries, one of the circle and the  other of the Square, representing how Christ embodies the Godly Attributes of both Elohim and Jehovah. One of the best examples of how Jesus embodies some of the Jehovah titles is found in reference to 7 redemptive Names of God, in unity with the 7 aspects of the Shepherd in the 23rd Psalm, in the Chart below as more evidence of this Godly septenary order.

The importance of relating pi to septenary units is obvious in a Biblical light when we consider Elohim’s abundant use of the number 7 in His ordering of Creation, for example in the temporal order of the 7 days in the weekly Sabbath, a week of years, the Jubilee, and the 7 Biblical Administrations. Only from the Creator’s viewpoint in His Word, do these applications of the pi ratio seen in Job make sense. As we find in Job 38:5 with the Biblical usage of the Hebrew word “qav,” God’s exercise of the concept of Pi far exceeds any previous application of it by mankind. Only He could apply the pi ratio to the ecliptic.

This is also true with the spherical dimensions of our planet, a concept which is borne out in much greater detail, in the role of pi in the symbolic and architectural design of the Great Pyramid.

In Psalm 19, The heavens declare the glory of God… Verse 4 says,

“Their line [qav] is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them He hath settabernacle for the sun.”

Image result for Beautiful Images of the Earth

In the 38th chapter of Job, God is discussing the foundations of the Earth. Verse 5 asks: “Who hath laid the measures thereof, if you know? Or who hath stretched the line upon it?” The obvious Biblical answer to these questions is the Creator. The Hebrew word for “line” here is qav, [*H6957]. 7 In light of the usage of “qav” in I Kings 7:23, God’s exercise of Pi as a standard ruler or measure in laying and measuring the spherical dimensions and foundations of our planet, recorded in Job, the oldest book in the Biblical Canon is enlightening. This is especially the case when we consider the context of Job 38, that deals with a series of questions about various elements of Creation, that only God Almighty could be the answer to. It also shows the Diameter of the Circumference, embodied in the pi ratio, symbolizing the Names of God; Elohim the Creator and Jehovah, in relation to His Creation, in light of the 12 tribes of Israel and the circle of the 12 signs of the Mazzaroth.

The Ecliptic Housing the 12 signs of the Mazzaroth

The Hebrew word for “line“- qav, [*H6957] carries the primary meaning of a measuring cord, a ruler, or a standard of measure. We are also familiar with this concept by another term known as a “canon.” Let me ask you, what is the heavenly or celestial line that is a tabernacle, or provides the houses of the sun? The only sensible answer is the ecliptic! This is quite logical when we consider that the Israelites, during their 40-year sojourn in the Sinai wilderness were led by God, seen as a pillar of cloud during the day, and one of fire by night. The pillars dwelt over the Holy of the Holies of their Tabernacle, signifying the Jehovah’s personal presence among His people. When they camped for the evenings, Numbers 2 tells us they camped in the order of the tribes as it matched the order of the course of the sun on the ecliptic, (east, south, west, north). Israel’s twelve tribes, as we are aware by now, also matched up with the twelve signs of the Mazzaroth in their God-ordained significance, before they were corrupted in heathen Astrology and mythology. This tribal order is also found in the 12 jewels of the High Preist’s breastplate, [Ex. 28:15-21]. Thus the celestial gospel originally related the story of the coming redeemer of mankind, which God wrote in the stars before He ever committed it to His Written Word. These are the words of Ps. 19:4 that have gone out through all the earth, unto the end of the world. This application of the Pi ratio (the mathematics of the diameter of a circle to its circumference) by God, in reference to the ecliptic is certainly intriguing not only in light of the Sun’s 360degree path through its 12 houses of the zodiac, as viewed from Earth, but also in how the Sun as the light of the world embodies Christ, in relation to Israel, who rejected him.

Historically, Great Pyramid researchers going back to ancient times have made intriguing observations concerning the dimensions and symbolism of the only ancient wonder of the world still standing. Ancient Scholars from Herodotus to Agatharchides of Cnidus in the 2nd Century BC, usually stressed the mathematical and geometric principles governing the construction and conception of the Pyramid complex on the Giza Plateau, as opposed to their specific measures. Livio Stechini,
a modern scholar analyzing the work of these ancient and modern Pyramid researchers, focused on the meridian triangle of the Great Pyramid, that provided excellent values for both the Pi and Phi ratios, of the four triangular faces of the Great Pyramid. Agatharchides presented dimensions for two meridian sections of the Pyramid based on Pi, with the other two triangular sections based on Phi. 8 Vitruvian Man depicts Jehovah as reaching out to humanity through Jesus His only begotten Son, as the diameter line that connects the centerpoint [Man-creation] to the Creator as the eternal Circle, outside Creation. Thus Christ is witnessed as the mediator between God and Man [I Tim. 2:5].

As Agatharchides presented dimensions for the two meridian sections of the Pyramid based on Pi, with the other two triangular sections based on Phi, we find a representation of the four-D ministry of Christ aligned with the 4 triangular faces of the Pyramid. The two triangular faces on the Pyramid’s east-west axis are calculated with pi values, representing the aspects of Christ as King in the Gospel of Matthew, and the Son of God in the Gospel of John. These embody perfected aspects of Christ’s ministry since he is now seated at the right hand of the Heavenly Father as the enthroned King and only begotten resurrected Son of God. The Pyramid’s faces on the north-south axis hold values of phi, representing growth aspects of the kingdoms of Life on Earth, as seen in Christ as Head of the Church and the Son of Man in the Gospel of Luke, and the Servant in the Gospel of Mark. As the ultimate example of a ServantChrist humiliated himself [Phil. 2:1-8] so that God could exalt him forever at His own right hand. These archetypal lessons of spiritual growth embodied in Christ’s example to all humanity, as the spiritual growth that all members of the body of Christ in his Church, need to follow. As the Son of Man, Jesus is the Paragon of humanity, the exemplar that we all must emulate to make our calling and election sure. The link to Biblical Astronomy is found in Al Zemach–Spica the brightest star in Virgo that embodies the four-fold ministry
of Christ as the King, Son of Man, Servant, and Son of God. The Four Gospels reflect these four ministries of Christ, seen in the Hebrew word “tzemach”-or the “branch.” This Hebrew word is used 12 times in the OT, but these four usages [Isa. 4:2, Jer. 23:5, Zech. 3:8, 6:12] depict the four-fold Ministry of the MessiahJehovah’s Branch, and offspring.

The Ark of the Covenant

Ark of the Covenant

The septenary relation to pi uncovers the link between the pi and phi ratios, through the popular Fibonacci Series. This is interesting when we consider that the dimensions of Ark of the Covenant conform to the phi standard, in the holiest of all. Since the lid or “mercy seat” of the Ark represents the Creator’s Throne, we not only find the geometric application of the Names of God: Jehovah/Elohim in practice by the Nation of Israel, as they worship the Almighty according to the tenets of Scripture, but the measures of the Ark are based on a 1×2 rectangle [Ex. 25:10] that perfectly conforms the phi ratio as seen also in the Coffer of the Kings Chamber in the Great Pyramid. This phi and pi link makes it possible to obtain pi without the need for measuring! As Livio Stechini tells us: “It is possible to use the Fibonacci Series to obtain an accurate relation for the diameter of the circle to its circumference, without recourse to pi. In the Fibonacci series of 21, 34, 55, if 21 is taken as the diameter of a circle, its circumference will be 55 x 6/5 = 66, accurate to the a 1000th part, giving the Great Pyramid value of pi as 22/7 = 3.142857. Higher numbers in this Fibonacci series give increasingly accurate values in whole numbers, accurate to one ten-thousandth part. Prolonging the series to 80, 144, 233, 377, 610… a diameter of 144 (4 x 576) gives a circumference of 377 x 6/5 or a pi value of 3.1415. A diameter of 233= a circumference of 610 x 6/5 or a pi value of 3.1416…”10

Since Pi [3.14159…] is central to the geometry of the circle, and the Great Pyramid, it is worth pointing out the relationship between pi and phi, because phi is also used to obtain the value of circular functions, with one example seen clearly in the pentagon or pentagram inscribed in a circle. A beautiful example of this is found first in a comparison of Venus-Earth orbits. These two planets orbit the Sun in a phi ratio, harmony, depicted in a geometric pentagonal pattern, as their mean orbital distances conform to  [1+1/phi2]:1.11

This depicts how the sacred geometry of “Squaring the Circle” as seen in the architecture of the Great Pyramid, which embodies the dimensions of our planet earth as a 1/43,200 scale model, as the work of the hands of our Almighty Creator.
As we have witnessed how God illustrates the Attributes of His Names via the Pi and Phi Ratios and their related geometry, we can understand some of His eternal purposes related to the redemption of mankind, and His Temporal order structured to bring humanity back to Him.

Plate 4. The orbit of Venus and Phi based 5-pointed Star inscribed in the Circle.

The Dance of Venus. An accurate scientific drawing of Venus amazing pattern around the Earth Did you know that Venus, our closest planetary neighbour, draws a beautiful fivefold pattern around Earth? She does this every eight years. This extraordinary hi-res image shows Venus path around Earth over 32 years and has been generated by legendary author, researcher and publisher John Martineau. Sacred Geometry:

Flower of 5-petals of Venus’ orbit around the Earth every 8 years,
equal to 13 Venus years, revealing the Fibonacci triple [5:8:13]

Since the phi principle inherent in the Fibonacci Series is the basis of the precepts of geometric growth life throughout the plant and animal kingdoms of life evident in the Creator’s Four Kingdoms of Life, this principle of mathematics as applied to the Church is ever reaching toward the perfected pi aspects of Christ at God’s right Hand. This is evident also in the rise and expansion of the Christian Church in the Book of Acts, as seen in the 8 “symperasma” Great Statements that summarize the spiritual growth as it occurred. As the Creator and ultimate Source of Life, the Almighty has led us on this path of spiritual discovery paved with the principles of geometric and mathematical truth revealed in God’s Word. This is the geometric progression we have just witnessed in our phi journey through the Temple of Israel, and the body of Christ.

God Bless!!

The Biblical Astronomy of the Sufferings and Glory of Christ

Birth of Jesus Christ
Biblical Astronomy of the Sufferings and Glory of Christ

During the past week, we were all reminded of the significance of Sept. 11th, not only because of the attacks on the World Trade Center in NYC, but for another much more awe-inspiring reason, the birth of Christ, that took place Tishri 1 on the Hebrew Calendar, [Sept. 11th] in 3 BC. The birth of Christ was marked astronomically by a triple conjunction of Jupiter-Regulus in Leo, the first of which began Sept. 14th, 3 BC, three days following Christ’s birth on the 11th. This triple conjunction took place over about a 7 month period from Sept. 3 BC, including Feb. 2nd of 2 BC, to May 8th of 2 BC.

For some time now, I have wondered about this 3-day gap between the actual birth of Christ, and the astronomical marking of it on Sept. 14th, and it seems to make sense in light a panoramic view of the life of our Saviour, bracketed by the 3 days following his birth compared with the 3 days following his crucifixion, death and resurrection, as he arose from among the dead on the third day. These 3-day periods at the start and finish of his earthly life certainly frame the impact of the Life and sacrificial death of the Lord Jesus Christ, which was so earth-shaking that it was literally documented by two earthquakes, the first with the rending of the Veil of the Temple from top to bottom, [Matt. 27:50-51] signifying among other things the opening of the way to the Holiest of all in the Temple, to all who would come to God through Christ. Secondly, when the angel of the Lord rolled back the stone to Christ’s tomb, witnessing to his once and final, conquering of death for all mankind, for those who come to and accept the Salvation wholeness inherent in Christ, as seen in Matt. 28 below.

Matt. 28:1-7

He Is Risen

28 Now after the Sabbath, as the first day of the week began to dawn, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary came to see the tomb. And behold, there was a great earthquake; [seismos] for an angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone [a]from the door, and sat on itHis countenance was like lightning, and his clothing as white as snow. And the guards shook for fear of him, and became like dead men.

But the angel answered and said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you seek Jesus who was crucified. He is not here; for He is risen, as He said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly and tell His disciples that He is Risen from the dead, and indeed He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him. Behold, I have told you.”

In verse 2 above this earthquake may have resulted from the “ angel of the Lord descended from heaven” when he rolled back the stone from the entrance of Christ’s sepulchure. As the angel sat on this stone it signified that nothing could hold Jesus in the grave, because he had conquered death for all mankind once and for allDuring his ministry in Matthew 24, Christ prophesied that increasing earthquakes, like the labor pains of child-birth, would be a sign and marker of the end times.

As we consider the Jupiter-Regulus triple conjunction in Leo, marking Christ’s birth in 3-2 BC, we should also be aware of the stellar context wherein these signs took place, which I call the [celestial prelude]. With this backdrop we can better grasp how the specific signs of Christ’s birth, like those of Balaam’s great prophecy in Numbers 24, where the star, also identified with the scepter, is coming out of Jacob.

Num. 24:17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh, there shall come a star out of Jacob, and a sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and he shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.

Star out of Jacob and a sceptre shall rise out of Israel“- Star = [H3556-kowkab],1 Figuratively an illustrious Prince who is the star rising out of Jacobholding the scepter as ruler over Israel. We notice the figure of speech utilized in this verse regarding the authority of the sceptre held by the Prince. This “star” linked with the sceptre rising out of Israel, is a celestial reference to the sign of Leo the Lion with specific implications first for it’s brightest luminary, Regulus the king star, and the brightest star on the ecliptic also known as the “heart of the Lion.” The King’s sceptre is the symbol of his power over the heathens and those who oppose his purposes, as he will rule over them with unbending authority or a “rod of iron,” [Ps. 2, Rev. 19:15].

Regulus was known by the ancients as the fixed king star that is linked with this scepter. This fulfills Jacob’s prophecy, that one holding this scepter would arise out of Judah according to Gen. 49. Secondly, the regal authority of this star is established in the king planetJupiter, whose authority as we have just seen, was symbolized by Leo the Lion, of the tribe of Judah that provided the regal stock from which the kingly line of Israel arose, first in King David, and ultimately in Jesus Christ from the “root of David” [Rev. 5:5]. The triple planetary Conjunction of the king planet-Jupiter, with the king star-Regulus in
Leo from 3-2 BC, thus aligns with the prophecy of Genesis 498-10, showing the maturation of the Lion of the Tribe of
Judah. Balaam’s revelation here in Numbers 24:17 provides the Scriptural basis for the connection between the “star of Jacob” [Regulus] and the “SceptreJupiter,” to the advent of Christ the King, who came forth out of Jacob’s genealogical line. Thus we can see maturation of the Lion from cub to the full prowess of the reigning King in the dual elements of Rev. 12, as they apply both his birth and sufferings, to the full glory and authority of his Kingship, as he establishes his kingdom on earth.

The complete details of the correlation between the triple Conjunction of Jupiter and Regulus in 3-2 BC, and the Gen. 49 record, is available on the DVD of “The Biblical Astronomy of the Birth of Christ,” through our bookstore. This unique summary provides in-depth teaching on the celestial pageantry of the birth of Christ, with the history of the Magi and numerous related Biblical Astronomy topics for those who want a deeper look.

An evident and recurring dual theme in Rev. 12 is not only the birth of the King of Kings, but also the birth of his kingdom of everlasting righteousness. Thus we find clear references to this kingdom, in the authority of he who rules with a rod of iron, symbolized in the king’s scepter-Jupiter. In a previous post [The Blood Moon Tetrad and the Rev. 12 Heavenly Signs] we noted how Jupiter was being “birthed” in Virgo, in the time leading up to the Rev. 12 sign on September 23rd, 2017, when Jupiter exits Virgo’s womb area after 42 weeks in retrograde, a period well within the period of human gestation. This fits with the connotations of the Hebrew word for “rule” in Psalm 110:2, linked with the Talmud’s birth idiom. As this emphasis was evident in the heavens in 3-2 BC, at the birth of Christ, so we also saw a concurrent triple Conjunction of Jupiter-Venus taking place in 2015, all in the sign Leo. A key element of these Jupiter-Venus unions was their alignment with Regulus on the ecliptic in Leo in the summer of 2015, carrying not only the original import of Regulus‘ kingly triple coronation, by Jupiter the king planet, but Jupiter’s marking of Venus the Bright and Morning Star is added also [Rev. 2:27-28]. The planetary symbolism of these conjunctions depict Jupiter-the King planet uniting with Venus-the Bright and Morning Star, in alignment with the star Regulus in Leo the Lion of Judah[Rev. 5:5], over the following four months of 2015. We have provided a summary of these planetary unions connected with the Plate 1 graphic at the end of this blog post below.

These planetary unions were followed with added Jupiter-Venus unions taking place in Virgo in 2016-17. This Triple Conjunction of Jupiter-Venus, the two brightest stars in the heavens after the Sun and Moon, is notable especially with the addition of Mercury, leading up to their planetary alignment with Regulus in Leo, forming the Crown of Virgo in the repeat of the Rev. 12:1-2; “Great Wonder in Heaven” on Sept. 23rd 2017. The following list dates  not only the Jupiter-Venus conjunctions in Leo during the transition from the Hebrew Sabbatical year to the Jubilee year of 2015-16, but other notable planetary conjunctions and heavenly signs in Virgo and Leo during this period:

We can see from this list that the sky was thick with heavenly signs leading up to and including the Final Super Blood Moon of the 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad.

As there were 3 Jupiter-Venus Conjunctions marking the birth of Christ in 3-2 BC, so this triple union of Jupiter-Venus aligned with Regulus in Leo, reflects a similar spiritual light in 2015. In fact the Rev. 12 heavenly sign:  the [Sun clothing Virgo with the Crescent Moon at her feet] on September 17th, 2015 is announced by Mercury-Gabriel located just outside the womb area of Virgo above Spica/Al Zimach, 2 years in advance of the repeat of the Great Wonder in Heaven, on Sept. 23rd 2017!  However, there will be more heavenly signs involving Jupiter-Venus after this, leading to the birthing of Jupiter in retrograde motion in Virgo. As we compare Jupiter’s retrograde in 2017, with Jupiter’s movements at the birth of Christ, we find some interesting correlations. First, it was the planet Jupiter that led the Magi to Jerusalem in search of the Promised seed. In [Matt. 2:2,9] the Magi saw Jupiter [his star in the eastG395-Anatole] meaning “in the rising.”2  Jupiter’s annual activities including its retrograde motionbegan according to Dr. Earnest Martin, on Dec. 25th in 2 BC. As Dr. Martin states:

Jupiter arrived at its ordinary time for retrogression and it became stationary among the stars. But this time something unusual happened. In 2 BC as viewed from Jerusalem, Jupiter came to its normal stationary position directly over Bethlehem on December 25th…not only that, the planet assumed its stationary position while in the middle of the Constellation of Virgo, the Virgin. 6 Thus, according to Martin, the same astronomical movement that initiated Jupiter’s 3 Conjunctionwith Regulusits annual retrogression, or retrograde motion would have caused Jupiter to stand still in the heavens for about six days near the intersection of the ecliptic and the Meridian mid-body in Virgo. This occurred in week of the celebration of the Feast of Dedication in December of 2 BC. 3

As there were 3 Jupiter-Venus Conjunctions marking the birth of Christ in 3-2 BC, so this triple union of Jupiter-Venus aligning with Regulus in Leo, reflected a similar spiritual light in 2015. In fact the Rev. 12 heavenly signthe [Sun clothing Virgo with the Crescent Moon at her feet] on September 17th, 2015 is announced by Mercury-Gabriel located just outside the womb area of Virgo united with Spica/Al Zimach, on this day 2 years in advance of the rewind of the Great Wonder in Heaven, on Sept. 23rd 2017!  There were however added heavenly signs involving Jupiter-Venus in the next 2 years, leading up to the birthing of Jupiter in retrograde motion in Virgo’s womb in 2017. The July 17th, Venus-Regulus conjunction referred to above, started a series of planets including Jupiter, Venus and Mercury, all uniting with the King Star over the next 4 months.  To understand the significance of Regulus with the birth of Christ, a primary Messianic prophecy must be considered from Genesis 49 concerning the Lion of Judah.

lion-of-judah

The Lion of the Tribe of Judah

Genesis 49:8-10
“Judah, you are he whom your brothers shall praise; Your hand shall be
on the neck of your enemies;
Your father’s children shall bow down before you.
Judah is a lion’s whelp; From the prey, my son, you have gone up.
He bows down, he lies down as a lion; And as a lion, who shall rouse him?
10 The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor a lawgiver from between his feet,
Until Shiloh comes; And to Him shall be the obedience of the people.

These verses break down the maturation of the Lion of Judah, from lion cub, to adult Lion, to aged Lion. The specific relationship of this prophecy with the triple conjunction of Jupiter-Regulus in 3-2 BC was presented as part of my DVD Seminar on the Biblical Astronomy of the Birth of Christin the segment provided belowThis can also be found on my You-tube channel, with other uniquely informative segments laying out the biblical details and astronomical secrets of the Birth of Christ. Please take a few moments to watch this video segment disclosing unique details of this biblical record.

As we just saw in the video above, the prophecies of Balaam in Numbers corresponding to the Jacob’s prophecies in Genesis 49, because they not only both deal with the destiny of Jacob/Israel in general, but they prophesy of the Promised Seed Jesus Christ specifically. The following verses from Numbers reflect the significance of Balaam’s prophecies related to Israel, in an astronomical context.

Numbers 23:19-24.
19 “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent.
Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
20 Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.

21 “He has not observed iniquity in JacobNor has He seen wickedness in Israel.
The Lord his God is with himAnd the shout of a King is among them.
22 God brings them out of Egypt; He has strength like a wild ox.

23 “For there is no sorcery against JacobNor any divination against Israel.
It now must be said of Jacob and of Israel, ‘Oh, what God has done!’
24 Behold, the people rise up as a great lionAnd lifts himself up like a young lion;
He shall not lie down until it devours the preyAnd drinks the blood of the slain.”

The “Shout of a King”
here is a direct Messianic prophecy of Christ in verse 21. The references to the 3 stages of the lion’s growth in verse 24 ties into the next chapter in Numbers 24, and relates directly to Gen. 49:8-10.

Numbers 24:9-18
‘He bows down, he lies down as a lion; And as a lion, who shall rouse him?’[a]

Blessed is he who blesses you, And cursed is he who curses you.”

10 Then Balak’s anger was aroused against Balaam, and he struck his hands together; and Balak said to Balaam, “I called you to curse my enemies, and look, you have bountifully blessed them these three times!
11 Now therefore, flee to your place. I said I would greatly honor you, but in fact, the Lord has kept you back from honor.”

12 So Balaam said to Balak, “Did I not also speak to your messengers whom you sent to me, saying,
13 ‘If Balak were to give me his house full of silver and gold, I could not go beyond the word of the Lord,
to do good or bad of my own will. What the Lord says, that I must speak’?
14 And now, indeed, I am going to my people. Come, I will advise you what this people will do to your people in the latter days.”

Num. 24:2 Balaam saw Israel abiding in their tents according to their tribes…

Balaam’s Fourth Prophecy

15 So he took up his oracle and said: “The utterance of Balaam the son of Beor, And the utterance of the man whose eyes are opened;
16 The utterance of him who hears the words of GodAnd has the knowledge of the Most High,
Who sees the vision of the AlmightyWho falls down, with eyes wide open:

17 I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near; A Star shall come out of Jacob;
A Scepter shall rise out of Israel, And batter the brow of Moab, And destroy all the sons of tumult.[b]

18 “And Edom shall be a possession; Seir also, his enemies, shall be a possessionWhile Israel does valiantly.
19 Out of Jacob One shall have dominionAnd destroy the remains of the city.”

These “star and scepter” prophecies were fulfilled in Jesus’ Birth, Ministry, Resurrection and Ascension, but his kingdom yet remains to be established, when all the Lord’s enemies will become his possession. The Star of the Messiah in Num. 24:17 is linked to Jupiter-the Scepter, since it was the King planet that the Magi saw “in the east,” [Matt. 2:2] or in [heliacal] rising, that led the Magi to the Promised Seed. In the King planet’s regular 12-year [11.86 year] orbit around the Sun, Jupiter also enters the constellation Leo every 12 years. With every 7th cycle of Jupiter’s 12-year visitation to LeoJupiter shares 2 unions with Regulus, translating into 2 Jupiter-Regulus triple conjunctions every 83 years; [11.86 x 7=83.02]. These are based on the retrograde motion of Jupiter which appears from earth to crown or circle the King Star on these occasions. As a testament to the Creator’s 7-fold temporal order written in the heavens, when seven of these 83 year Jupiter cycles are calculated, we arrive at a total of 581 years, or 7 x (7×12). The helical rising of Jupiter with Regulus also occurs once every 83 years, during Jupiter’s regular visits to Leo. However, the King Planet does not normally share a triple conjunction with Regulus except when Jupiter is in retrograde motion. As it happens, we were approaching one of Jupiter’s normal unions with Regulus on August 11th, 2015. It has been determined that the birth of Christ took place during the seventh 83-year cycle, and on the seventh cycle of Jupiter’s seven 83-year cycles. This also coincided with the first day of the holiest 7th month on the Hebrew Calendar, Sept. 11th 3 BC. This first day of Tishri was also Rosh Hashannah/Hebrew New Year’s Day, when all the Kings of Israel and Judah calculated the start of their respective reigns regardless of when they actually began. With Jesus Christ as the King of Kings, it is fitting that he should be born on this key day in the 7th and holiest month on the Creator’s divine Calendar, that also holds the 7th Feast of the Lord, the Feast of Tabernacles; [Lev. 23, Luke 1-2].

With a proper Biblical, historical and astronomical perspective of the heavenly signs surrounding the birth of Christ, we can take a detailed comparative look at the heavenly signs highlighted during the 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad. In the graphic below we can see Jupiter, Regulus and Venus formed a large celestial triangle on the western horizon after sundown, which draws closer together with the approach of August 2015We also find a cluster of signs from the 5th to the 11th of August all around Regulus in Leo. As these planets take their turn in pairs, they each get their chance to dance with the King Star Regulus.

With this emphasis on Regulus it focuses attention on Gen. 49:10, where the “Lawgiver from between the feet “[RegelHebrew root word for Regulus,”] wields the power of his everlasting royal Scepter-Jupiter. The same Hebrew word “scepter” is utilized in both Gen. 49:10 and Num. 24:17, as the authority of the King of Kings, delivered to him who rules the nations with a rod of iron forever. With this planetary line-up paying homage to the King Star-Regulus, it affords those with eyes to see and ears to hear, strong hope for the arrival of the King and his Kingdom of Righteousness. Listed below is the planetary roll-call of suitors for Regulus and the Lion of Zion from July to October 2015, closing out the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015.

The King Planet and the Messenger Planet Mercury-Gabriel. As the fastest moving planet in its orbit around the Sun, Mercury will close its triangle with Jupiter-Regulus on the 6th of August, until it reaches close union with Jupiter the King Planet on the 7th. Later that same day Mercury reached close conjunction with Regulus-the King Star, forming the tightest of celestial triangles, in the Lion of Judah.

This impressive parade of planets on the dance card with the King Star-Regulus in August of 2015, gets our attention as it contributes to our understanding not only of the Jupiter-Regulus triple conjunctions marking the birth of Christ, related to the Rev. 12 sign in Virgo, but also how these signs apply to the victorious return of the Lord Jesus Christ in Glory, as seen in the context of the culmination and climax of the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015.
