The Great Pyramid-the Boundary Stone of the Promised Land [Part 2]

Part 1 of this post focused on the alignment of Regulus-Jupiter-Mercury on August 6th 2015, that approximated the angle of the Great Pyramid’s Bethlehem line from Egypt. Picking up on the Boundary Stone aspect and function of the Great Pyramid on the Giza Plateau, another critical application includes the use of these Pyramids as a land surveyor’s tool. This may not seem too important at first glance, but when we consider that Egyptian land-owner’s boundaries were wiped away with every annual flooding season of the Nile, when the Nile/delta part of Egypt was one of the most densely populated areas of the ancient world, we begin to see the importance of this aspect of the Pyramid to the population of ancient Egypt. Their entire agricultural economy was based on the timing of the Nile’s flood stages, and the effect on the workable farmland of the Nile Delta, so the calendar/almanac that arose from this function of the Pyramids, along with the ability to quickly restore the land boundaries obliterated by the floods, would have prevented ancient Egypt from descending into social chaos.

By means of its reflections and shadows, the Great Pyramid became the great sundial of Egypt, not only for the days and hours, but for the seasons of the year. Exactly as a modern chronometer gives the hours, say, of midnight, 6 a.m., noon, and 6 p.m., so the reflections of the Pyramid gave accurately the days upon which the Winter Solstice, the Spring Equinox, the Summer Solstice and the Autumnal Equinox occurred. This precisely defined the Solar-Astronomical Year. For the Land Surveyor’s using the outlines of the Pyramids on the horizon as reference points, accurate boundaries could be restored very simply with the use of only a cord and a stone weight. The Pyramids were also used in land surveying based on the same geometry of the Ziggurats of ancient Babylon, with 3-4-5 triangles, or right-angled triangles as the common standard for the dimensions of the Kings Chamber of the Great Pyramid. These geometric principles were also utilized in the divine dimensions of the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple, depicting the Creator’s consistency in His Intelligent Design of His sacred structures.

Figure A.

3-4-5 Triangle and the Kings Chamber of the Great Pyramid

Some of the Great Pyramid’s cast shadows appeared as “arms” on the ground, specifically the “two eastern and western arms of its solar-noon reflections,” as observed by Lemesurier, who states in reference to the Pyramid’s right arm resulting from its solar shadow that it; “lay in close proximity to the Bethlehem line. ” He continues with: “At some date during the Spring, the right arm of the noon reflection must start to align with the Bethlehem line. The first part of the arm to align in this way would be the northern edge of the arm, which is followed by the alignment of the apex ridge of the arm with what could likewise be described as the apex ridge of the Bethlehem corridor, at which point the arm would be entirely interior to that corridor, and thus at the culmination of its alignment.” The Great Pyramid Decoded, Peter Lemesurier, p.194 [see Figure D.] The key to this corridor within which the alignment takes place between the right arm of the shadow of the summer sunrise from the latitude of the Pyramid, with the Bethlehem line, is that the 5 miles between Bethlehem and Jerusalem, along with Mt. Zion are all critical geographic locations falling within this corridor. [Figure D.]

When we combine this with the fact that if a line drawn on a map of the Giza Plateau, in a south-eastern direction from the Great Pyramid’s apex, at the Ascending/Descending passage angle, it intersects Mount Sinai where God gave Moses the Ten Commandments, the added significance of the Bethlehem line linked with Mt. Zion in Jerusalem becomes apparent. This provides the basis of links between the Great Pyramid, Mt. Zion and Mt. Sinai as important markers with geographical and spiritual significance at the boundaries of the Promised Land of God’s Covenant with Abraham. The Triangle marked below [Figure B] unifies the baseline of the Great Pyramid Boundary Stone and God’s Everlasting Covenant with Abraham, to Mt. Sinai, representing the Old Covenant through Moses, and finally to Mt. Zion and the New Covenant through Jesus Christ. The alignment of the arm produced by the shadow of the solar-noon reflection with the Bethlehem line itself, according to Lemesurier, corresponds to the record in Exodus 6.

Exodus 6:1-8 1 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Now thou will see what I will do to Pharaoh. For with a strong hand he will let them go, and with a strong hand he will drive them out of his land. And God spoke to Moses and said to him: “I am the Lord. I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, as God Almighty, but by My name Lord[a] I was not known to them. I have also established My covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, in which they were strangers. And I have also heard the groaning of the children of Israel whom the Egyptians keep in bondage, and I have remembered My covenant. Therefore say to the children of Israel: ‘I am the Lord; I will bring you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians, I will rescue you from their bondage, and I will redeem you with an outstretched arm and with great judgments. 7 I will take you as My people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I am the Lord your God Who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians. AndI will bring you into the land which I swore to give to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob; and I will give it to you as a heritage: I am the Lord.’

Figure B. [2]

A Triangle linking The Great Pyramid with Mt. Zion and Mt Sinai

Lemesurier draws some interesting conclusions in his thesis with Exodus 6. He points out the double reference to the Lord’s strong hand of deliverance for Israel in verse 1, linking it to the dual alignment of the solar arm with the Bethlehem line, which seems appropriate. If he is right, then we have a direct link between these important lines originating from the Great Pyramid as the Boundary Stone of the Promised Land, with other key references in these verses where the Almighty establishes His Covenant with Israel in verse 3. When God establishes something in His Word, He repeats it, and as we saw in the first part of this blog post, God established the Covenant He made with Abraham, [Gen. Chapters 15 and 17] confirming it with Moses the deliverer of Israel. God also repeats His promise to give Israel the Land of Canaan as an everlasting heritage, marked by the boundary stone of the Great Pyramid. As the Prophet Isaiah has spoken eloquently in Chapter 19 on the Biblical details of the Great Pyramid as the boundary stone of the ages, so he carries on the imagery of the Great Pyramid later Chapter 19, and in subsequent chapters of his divinely inspired Scripture. If these conclusions are correct, then we can look at similar Biblical records with figurative references to the Great Pyramid to glean added wisdom.

The Bethlehem line also has significance for the prophecy that God’s son would be called out of Egypt, since this line reflects the general route that Joseph and Mary would have taken to avoid Herod’s slaughter of the Judean children in Bethlehem, under 2 years old.

Hosea 11:1 When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt.

Hosea’s prophecy initial reference was to God’s calling Israel out of Egypt, under the leadership of Moses, but realized it’s fulfillment in the infant Jesus’ return to Israel from Egypt. Thus we have the Bethlehem line drawing a comparison between Moses the redeemer of Israel and the Lord Jesus Christ as the redeemer of all mankind. This prophecy was realized in Matthew 2;

Matthew 2:15-18 And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son. [16] Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men. [17] Then was fulfilled that which was spoken by Jeremy the prophet, saying, [18] In Rama was there a voice heard, lamentation, and weeping, and great mourning, Rachel weeping for her children, and would not be comforted, because they are not.

As the light of dawn precedes the sunrise, so the witness of the Pyramid via the Bethlehem line anticipated this Son-rise of the ages.

Isaiah 19: 23 In that day will there be a highway out of Egypt to Assyria, and the Assyrian shall come into Egypt, and the Egyptian into Assyria, and the Egyptians will serve with the Assyrians.

In Isa. 19:23 a “highway out of Egypt” is referenced, indicating the geographical application of the “Bethlehem line,” which is the exact angle of 26 degrees 18’ 9.7”, the Pyramid’s astronomical meridian aligned to its descending and ascending passages. This theme of a “highway out of Egypt” is a consistent thread throughout the book of Isaiah, and is intriguing here in Isaiah 19 in the immediate context of verses 19-20 referring to the Pyramid. This also shows the first of a three fold truth that Jesus is, the true way that leads unto life.

Isaiah 11:16

And there shall be an highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; like as it was to Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt. Here the reference to the highway specifically cites Israel that came out of the land of Egypt. This is a strong link to the Bethlehem line.

Isaiah 35:8-10

And an highway will be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean will not pass over it; but it will be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein. [9] No lion will be there, nor any ravenous beast will go up thereon, it will not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there: [10] And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Here again in Isaiah we find references linking this “highway of holiness” leading to Mt. Zion, the fortress of God’s People. The Faithful remnant of Israel would not only be protected from the adversarial lions in the wilderness, but would also share in the complete redemption of the New Covenant in Mt. Zion.

Figure C. [3]

The Great Pyramid’s Bethlehem Line

Isaiah 40:3-5

The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. [4] Every valley will be exalted, and every mountain and hill will be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: [5] And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh will see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.

This desert highway is a figurative reference to the Bethlehem Line which is consistent with the theme of revealing the glory of the Lord,” in verse five. As this Bethlehem line continues from the borders of Egypt through the Sinai desert, it encapsulates Israel’s 40 years of wanderings in the wilderness. As it proceeds, it crosses through the town of Bethlehem, some 233 miles distant in Israel, at the part of town where Jesus was born, and continues on through the Jordan River. The River Jordan among other things, was where Jesus received the holy spirit at his baptismal by John the Baptist, marking the practical inception of Jesus’ ministry. This line crosses the River Jordan just opposite Jericho, marking the crossing of Israel led by Joshua, into the Promised Land. From the time of its construction in the Patriarchal Age, the Pyramid’s Bethlehem line prophecy encompasses the Mosaic Exodus that included the giving of the Law, the transition from the Law to John the Baptist, to the Lord Jesus Christ and his administration, beginning at his birth in Bethlehem, to the glory of his Second Coming. {Jer. 32:19-22}

Revealing this glory of the Lord is also seen in the scored lines of the descending passage of the Pyramid, in their stellar alignment above the Pyramid’s apex, to the Pleiades, referring to the placing of its glorious capstone, at the apex of the Great Pyramid.

Isaiah 40:9-12 [9] O Zion, that bringest good tidings, get thee up into the high mountain; {Isa. 2:2-3} O Jerusalem, that bringest good tidings, lift up thy voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say unto the cities of Judah, Behold your God! [10] Behold, the Lord God will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him. [11] He will feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and will gently lead those that are with young. [12] Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?

These references in verse 9 emphasize Mount Zion in the same breath with Jerusalem, even as we have just seen with the alignment of the right arm of the noon-shadow with the Bethlehem Line. And as if on que, verse 10 makes mention of the Lord’s strong hand and strong arm of authority by which he rules the heathens. This authority is of course embodied in the Lord Jesus Christ, the King of Kings who inherits King David’s Royal Throne, as the perfect Savior and Deliverer that the Great Pyramid was designed to attest to, as seen in Isaiah 19:20. The alignment of the right arm of the noon-shadow with the Bethlehem Line is seen in Figure D, below showing the east arm of the Pyramid’s noon shadow aligning with the Bethlehem Corridor, covering the distance between Bethlehem and Mt Zion in Jerusalem. This miraculous monumental beacon, provides numerous scientific proofs and evidences of the Creator, as the Great Pyramid is a scale model of the earth on a 1/43,000 standard.  The 118th Psalm below specifically refers to the Pyramid’s capstone or “Chief cornerstone;” {Eph. 2:20, 5:23} linked with Jesus Christ.

Ps. 118:14-24

14 Jehovah is my strength and song; And he is become my salvation. 15 The voice of rejoicing and salvation is in the tents of the righteous: The right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly. 16 The right hand of Jehovah is exalted: The right hand of Jehovah doeth valiantly. 17 I shall not die, but live, And declare the works of Jehovah. 18 Jehovah hath chastened me sore; But he hath not given me over unto death. 19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will enter into them, I will give thanks unto Jehovah. 20 This is the gate of Jehovah; The righteous will enter into it. 21 I will give thanks unto thee; for thou hast answered me, And art become my salvation. 22 The stone which the builders rejected Is become the head of the corner. 23 This is Jehovah’s doing; It is marvellous in our eyes. 24 This is the day which Jehovah hath made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.

Isaiah 40:22-26

It is He that sitteth upon the circle of the earth, and the inhabitants thereof are as grasshoppers; that stretcheth out the heavens as a curtain, and spreadeth them out as a tent to dwell in: [23] That bringeth the princes to nothing; he maketh the judges of the earth as vanity. [24] Yea, they will not be planted; yea, they will not be sown: yea, their stock will not take root in the earth: and he will also blow upon them, and they shall wither, and the whirlwind shall take them away as stubble. [25] To whom then will ye liken me, or shall I be equal? saith the Holy One. [26] Lift up your eyes on high, and behold who hath created these things, that bringeth out their host by number: he calleth them all by names by the greatness of his might, for that he is strong in power; not one faileth. [27] Why sayest thou, O Jacob, and speakest, O Israel, My way is hid from the Lord, and my judgment is passed over from my God? [28] Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends [H7098] of the earth, faints not, neither is weary? there is no searching of His understanding. [Ps. 147:4]

“stretched”- H5186 {natah} means to stretch out, extend, to elongate, to draw out by extending, by implication to bend away.[5] It is used in connection with the stretching of a measuring line here, Isa. 44:13, and in Zech. 1:16, where it refers to the construction of the Lord’s temple in Jerusalem; Zech. 1:16-17, 2:1-2, 4:7 {“headstone”- H7222 [roshah] from rosh-H7218.} [6] Rosh Hashannah as Tishri 1, “headof the Judean calendar was New Year’s day and Jesus’ birth-date,the first day of the 50-year Hebrew Sabbatical cycle of Jubilees. This word is also linked with thespreading out of the heavens as a curtain,” {Isa. 40:22 above} prophesying of an “expanding universe,” millennia before modern science re-discovered it.

King David claims the promise of God specifically from Numbers 24:17-18, in reference to the subjugation of the corners of Moab, to the Star out of Jacob. This delineates the division of the Promised Land according to the four points of the compass, and the four triangular faces of the Pyramid. These lines on the earth emerge directly from the lines of the witness of the stars in the heavens, as God put His Word and the story of the coming redeemer in the heavens and taught it to Adam in the Original Paradise administration. Thus the lines of celestial latitude and longitude have their dominion in the earth as geographical lines emanating from the capstone of the Great Pyramid and the “sides of the North” or the astronomical North Pole. It is this capstone and Chief corner-stone that specifically refers to Jesus Christ.

Zech. 4:7   Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou wilt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.

“headstone”- H7222 [roshah] from rosh-H7218 means the top most stone at the corner.”[7] This is another reference to Jesus Christ as the capstone. Thus we find the Pyramid’s capstone or “Chief cornerstone” {Eph. 2:20, 5:23} catches the first rays of the dawn and sunrise of a new day. We can see the biblical and astronomical imagery of Jesus Christ the promised seed, as the Sun, the “faithful witness in Heaven,” {Ps. 89:36-37, Mal. 4:2} also casting the noon-shadow aligned with the Bethlehem line.

Micah 5:2-4 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee will he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. [3] Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth: then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel. [4] And he shall stand and feed (rule) in the strength of the Lord, in the majesty of the name of the Lord his God; and they shall abide: for now will he be great unto the ends of the earth.

The truth that Bethlehem was also David’s birthplace is revealed in I Sam. 16:1,18. David represents the glory of the regal line of the kings of Israel that culminates according to God’s eternal purpose, in the ascent of Jesus Christ-King of Kingswhose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. This eternal purpose is the focal point of the celestial signs of this study, the subject and protagonist of God’s Word-Jesus Christ. The primary themes of God’s eternal purpose which runs through both the Scriptures and the Heavens are clearly evident in these celestial wonders. These scriptural themes are also evident in the Great Pyramid’s Bethlehem line, when seen in both its   astronomical and geographical applications. These amazing lines continue their narrative with the entering of the “promised land,” for Christians in our day as we move and believe together, functioning as members in particular of the spiritual body of the Church with Christ as the head. Israel’s journey from the land of bondage in Egypt, to the promised land is one that parallels the life of a believer, from bondage in sin to the freedom of the new birth. As we make the individual pilgrimage in life to Jesus Christ the headstone, we can have access to the joy and freedom in fellowship with our Heavenly Father. This is the Pyramid’s witness, which culminates in Jesus as the chief corner-stone, evident in the Pyramid’s architecture, since both its descending and ascending passages terminating at the Pyramid’s central apex line, prophesy of its missing capstone at the summit.

Figure E.

Missing Capstone of The Great Pyramid

Psalm 16:7-11 I will bless the Lord, who hath given me counsel: my reins also instruct me in the night seasons. [8] I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved. [9] Therefore my heart is glad, and my glory rejoices: my flesh also rests in hope. [10] For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. [11] Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

These verses in Psalm 16 set in wonderful juxtaposition to the imagery of Job 26, which according to the Pyramid’s descending passage, has the star Thuban of Draco at the North pole, and the pit representing the abyss at the other, under the base of the Pyramid. Unlike Lucifer who embodies “corruption,” the ascendant Morning Star–Jesus Christ did not see the total corruption of the grave, only enough to fulfill the law and be raised from the dead. This word in verse 10 for corruption is shachath {H7845} meaning; a pit, a pitfall, a well, a grave. [8] The rich imagery of a pit in where snares were laid for wild animals provides the background for a figurative use of this word. It appears in the famous Psalm 16:10 where the LXX rendered it with diaphthora {G1312} and Luke understood it in the sense of “corruption.” [9] The architectural application of this descending passage, as is well documented, refers to the path leading unto death, and the grave, ironically both under the rule, and governing the destiny of the Dragon, showing not only the enemy’s dominion and activity centered around death; [Jn. 10:10, Heb. 2:14] but also how the adversary embodies his own destruction. Conversely, the path of life known as the Pyramid’s ascending passage ties in here to verse 11, corroborated in the witness of the Bethlehem line. Both passages in the Pyramid have the angle of 26 degrees 18” 9.7’, but the ascending passage rises towards the Pyramid’s upper chambers beginning at the point of intersection and departure from the descending passage, and represents the way of salvation that God makes available, throughout all 7 Biblical administrations. This amazing witness of the Great Pyramid chronicles the deliverance of Israel via the Hand of God, through Moses, a forerunner and type of Christ. Only God could ordain the miraculous witness of this pyramidal monument to the astronomy of the Biblical Patriarchs, as the universal touchstone, and pre-Scriptural witness of the coming Messiah.

The Biblical perspective of the Great Pyramid is clearly witnessed in [Job chapts. 26 & 38 for further study]. These Scripture passages provide a unique view of the angle of the ascending/descending passages within the Great Pyramid, specifically the Descending passage, and its alignment on alpha draconis, depicting the spiritual significance of the polar precession. This speaks not only of the alignment of Regulus-Jupiter-Mercury on August 6th 2015, in the context of the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2015, but also the Pyramid’s ascending/descending passage alignments with Venus and Jupiter on Rosh Hashanah in Sept. of 2017. Thus we find important applications for the angle of the Pyramid’s passages, both geographically, in the Bethlehem line, encapsulating the history of Israel’s deliverance and inheritance the Promised Land, and astronomically regarding the glorious Second Coming of the Redeemer, Jesus Christ.

Eastern Light Through the Tabernacle [Part 2.]

Luke 1:11-17
11
And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense. 12And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him. 13But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt call his name John. 14And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his birth. 15For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother’s womb. 16And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God. 17And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord.

John the Baptist with Jesus
John Baptizing Jesus Christ

As we pick up the theme of Part 1 (Eastern Light through the tabernacle) of this study, we can see the Eastern light shining through the Tabernacle, from the Altar of Burnt Offerings in the outer court, to the Altar of Incense in the Holy Place, reaching the holiest of all in the Ark of the Covenant. Notably, the appearance of the Archangel Gabriel to Zacharias occurred during the time of the burning of incense in the Temple service, because Gabriel was seen standing at the right side of the altar of Incense. This location is special when we consider that Gabriel, the only angel recorded to enter the Tabernacle, announced the birth of John, who was the embodiment of this altar as the last prophet of the Old Testament. Even as this altar of incense lead from the east, to the Ark of the Covenant in the holiest of all, so the transitional ministry of John the Baptist would lead unto Christ. Even as the altar of incense would prepare the pilgrim for his offerings to the Heavenly Father, whose dwelling among His people was signified in the holy of the holies, so John would; “make ready a people prepared for the Lord.” This sheds more light on the geometric structure of these two altars in the ground plan of the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple as it is fulfilled in the New Testament. There is also an application to Jesus’ statement in Matt. 3:15 when he told John, while baptizing Jesus, this anointing would serve them so that they both could fulfill all righteousness together. With the water baptism administered by John as the anointing of Jesus, the Old Testament Temple hierarchy of priests was spiritually superseded with the arrival of the heir apparent to the High Priest. Jesus,’ whose coming was after the Order of Melchisedek, a priesthood not based on the sacrifice of bulls and goats, but the sinless body and perfect blood of Christ himself-the Passover lamb of God.

These events leading to the opening of Christ’s ministry to Israel, and perfect sacrifice for mankind, shed added light for us today, as we ready ourselves, a people prepared for the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. As we consider this material in light of end times prophecy, specifically the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015, and the heavenly signs surrounding the return of the Lord Jesus Christ, let’s look at 2 Chronicles to understand more about the east-west axis line in the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple.

2 Chron. 5:11-14

11 And it came to pass, when the priests were come out of the holy place: (for all the priests that were present were sanctified, and did not then wait by course: 12 Also the Levites which were the singers, all of them of Asaph, of Heman, of Jeduthun, with their sons and their brethren, being arrayed in white linen, having cymbals and psalteries and harps, stood at the east end of the altar, and with them an hundred and twenty priests sounding with trumpets13 It came even to pass, as the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD; and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music and praised the LORD saying, For He is good; for His mercy endureth forever: that then the house was filled with a cloud, even the house of the LORD; 14So that the priests could not stand to minister by reason of the cloud: for the glory of the LORD had filled the house of God.

King Solomon
obeyed the will of God by having the Ark of the Covenant brought into the Temple to dedicate it, during the Feast of Tabernacles, in the most sacred seventh month of Tishri. During this time: the trumpeters and 120 priests and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD…

With the victorious Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ foretold in the current Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015, we will see the Church of the Body of Christ, unified in Praise of God’s Glory as never before, even as the Priests, Levites and singers were unified as one in their musical praise of the Lord. These 120 priests sounded their trumpets, on the occasion of the transfer of the Ark of the Covenant from the Hebrew Tabernacle to the Temple during the  holiest 7th month of the Feast of Tabernacles. During this Jubilee year of 2015, a Partial Lunar eclipse marks the Day of Trumpets, and the final Blood Moon of the 2015 Blood Moon Tetrad marks the Feast of Tabernacles.

As the priests, trumpeters and singers were in one accord, in making one sound in worship and praise to God the Creator upon the transfer of the Creator’s abode from the Tabernacle to the Temple, so the members of the body of Christ will be joined in rapturous unity with the Lord at the right hand of the Father in heaven. This record of the transfer of the Ark of the Covenant from the Tabernacle to the Temple is important because the Ark represented the presence of God among His people. In the Second Coming of Christ, the Almighty heavenly Father will truly dwell within the Church of Christ’s spiritual body as the embodiment of the Day of Atonement during the 7th month of Tishri. In this way the Fall feasts of the Hebrew Calendar are marked with Blood Moon Lunar and Solar Eclipses, on the Day of Trumpets-September 13th and the Feast of Tabernacles-on September 28th. The heavenly signs marking the feasts and holy days of Israel’s Spring Calendar in 2015 with a Total Solar Eclipse on March 20th/Nisan 1, and a Blood Moon Lunar eclipse 2 weeks later at Passover on April 4th. As the first Full Moon following the Spring Equinox, Passover will coincide with Easter in the Jubilee year of 2015. As we pointed out in our previous post, the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple were always oriented on the East-West Compass line, and the Four Cardinal directions of the compass. The God-given architectural plan for both the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple was designed to embody the framework of the divine structure of Creation in miniature, on the terrestrial level; [read more]. The East-west axis line through the Tabernacle is reflected in Figure A. below, in the black arrow pointing to the Tabernacle’s entrance. This view is supported in the following quote from Nigel Pinnock, who details some key elements in the pattern given by God to David:

The Tabernacle stood inside a court whose geometry was a double square [1 x 2 rectangle], 100 cubits long by 50 cubits wide. Inside the double square enclosure was a triple square 30 cubits long and 10 cubits wide. Its walls were built  of wooden planks 1.5 cubits wide by 10 cubits high, held in line by strong horizontal bars of wood. The whole structure was covered with skins sewn together in strips 30 cubits long by 4 cubits wide. The Tabernacle was placed in the court towards the west, but with its entrance oriented east-wards, so that according to Josephus: “when the Sun arose it might send its first rays upon it.” The interior of the Tabernacle was divided into two compartments, a scheme which was copied later in the TempleThe outer compartment called the Holy Place, was a double square 20 by 10 cubits, whilst the inner compartment, the Holy of Holies, comprised a single square. As the height of the Tabernacle’s ceiling was also 10 cubits, the Holy of Holies enclosure was thus a perfect cube (containing the Ark of the Covenant)….The Altar of Sacrifice was the outer equivalent of the Ark of the Covenant. It stood at the center of the outer of the two squares of the enclosure… This altar represented one of the two poles at the center of two squares-each upon its own center of polarity…The dimensions of the Temple, like the Tabernacle before it, were precisely detailed: [I Chronicles 28, II Chronicles 3]. A triple square double the size of the Tabernacle, and the walls of the Temple were hewn stone lined inside with wood overlaid with gold. The interior comprised a double square rectangular holy place, and a single square Holy of Holies. The interior was 20 cubits high, making the Holy of Holies again, a cubic enclosure. At the very center of the Holy of Holies stood the Ark of the Covenant which formerly had occupied the central point of the Holy of Holies of the Tabernacle… The actual entrance to the Temple was 5 cubits wide, and opened from a porch which comprised two squares of 10 x 10 cubits. It was this porch which supported the two pillars….Jachin and Boaz.1

The Biblical Astronomy of these ground plans of the Tabernacle and Temple of Israel depict the heavenly image of eastward access to God’s presence, via the High Priest’s annual ministry behind the veil, into the holiest of all. This veil separated the holy place from the holy of the holies, which only the High Priest could enter once a year, on the Day of Atonement to make the sacrifices atoning for the nation of Israel. The two altars at which these sacrifices were made are reflected in the heavens as the two celestial poles of the ecliptic and Equator. This is apropos since these altars are the centerpieces where man meets his maker on the Creator’s holy terms, according to the guidelines and Standards laid out in Scripture. As Pinnock states, regarding the brazen altar of burnt offering: “This altar represented one of the two poles at the center of two squares -each upon its own center of polarity….10

Draco at the North Pole
Figure B. The Constellation Draco [Hevelius]

This terrestrial arrangement mirrors the Venn Diagram at the North Astronomical pole, [Figure B.]. These two altars depict the bipolar structure of the heavens, seen not only in the galactic poles of the two great celestial circles of the ecliptic and the Equator in northern skies, but also in their reflection in the Earth’s magnetic and geographic bipolar system. Within the common space shared between the poles of these two circles moving in opposite directions, lies the astronomical pole or Venn Diagram of the North Pole. The interplay between these galactic poles exhibits a precession of the poles, where the pole star has receded from Thuban of Draco, to Polaris of Ursa Minor, over the last five thousand years, as depicted above in Figure B. This gives us a deeper view of the precession of the poles, as the equatorial pole shifted from Thuban of Draco to Polaris of Ursa Minor over the past 5000 years, fulfilling the promise of the coming redeemer as the current pole star Polaris resides under the feet of Cepheus the Crowned King, [Eph. 1:20-22]. This celestial image of the King of kings  enthroned in the Northern skies is realized and fulfilled in the victorious Second Coming of the Lord Christ Jesus.

The quote above from Pennick gives us an idea of how the original principles of “sacred geometry” are preserved in the dimensions and measures of the Tabernacle and Temple and the corresponding elements of their walls, furniture, columns, clothing, altars, orientation, and architecture. This divine celestial plan modeled in the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple, is the foundation of a “sacred geometry” adopted by Freemasons and others before them, who have tainted these concepts in the defiled context of mysticism, divorced from their authentic roots in the Astronomy of the Biblical Patriarchs. This study endeavors to return Biblical Astronomy to its genuine origins, dispensing with  corrupt astrological influences and pagan mythology of various ancient cultures and secret societies. Figure A depicts the double square rectangle, containing the phi ratio, providing key aspects of both the pattern of the Tabernacle  and Temple of Israel. [Heb. 8:5, Exod. 25:9, 40]

The graphic below shows another view of the precession of the poles from the perspective of the interlocking wheels of the ecliptic and Equator, with the fish shaped lozenge of the vesica between them. This “vessel of the fish” is formed from the lozenge of these two interlocking circles, the center of each located on the perimeter of the other. Archimedes called the formula linked with this, the “Measure of the fish.” Its import to math and geometry was found in the ratio of its height to its length [153:265], and it’s representation of the nearest whole number approximation of the square root of 3, along with the controlling ratio of equilateral triangles.11 . As a principle of terrestrial life, the inter-locking circles of this Venn Diagram represent “growth by division” as seen on the cellular level, when cells reproduce by splitting.

The Four Cardinal Points
Figure D. Christ the Crown of Creation at the center of the North Pole

The common area, of these two circles form a lozenge in the shape of a fish; -[icthus] whose top and bottom are formed at the intersection points of these two circles. A Straight line connecting these two points forms a base line for two equilateral triangles contained within the two circles. The formation of this line serves as the “controlling  ratio of the equilateral triangles,” since it sets the standard equal measure of all 3 lines in the triangle. This provides a basis from which we can explore genuine aspects of the Creator’s application of mathematics and geometry in His structure and order the Biblical Astronomy of Creation, according to the ruling base 60 standard of the precession of the equinoxes. The divine standard of geometry will differ widely from what has occurred with past associations in the mythology and mysticism of “sacred geometry,” or branches of secular mathematics, since it encompasses concepts outside of these realms.

Figure E. The Northern Astronomical Pole

celestial design of the heavens

This view powerfully depicts how the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple symbolize God’s structural design of the heavens, seen in their two altars, mirroring the two poles of the Northern Polar regions in the ecliptic and the Celestial Equator. This also agrees with many of the principles of the pattern of God’s Intelligent Design inherent in His Creation. Since the “pattern of the Tabernacle” contains the phi ratio also known as the “divine proportion” or the golden section we can see definitive Biblical evidence of a universally recognized standard of measure, as truly divine in origin, since the dimensions of these sacred architectural structures were given by revelation from God to Moses and King David. This idea is established in the truth that the Ark of the Covenant itself was also built on this same double square [1×2 rectangle] pattern of the Tabernacle based on the phi ratio; [Ex. 25:10] also found in the dimensions of the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid. The graphic above of the Northern Astronomical Pole depicts how the dynamic celestial equator, the second circle secular in nature, relates to both the civil calendar year and the earthly Equator as it is mirrored above into the heavens. The movement of this equatorial pole around the static pole of the ecliptic is what is known as the precession of the poles. The intersection points of the ecliptic and the Celestial Equator are called the equinoctial points, which we know as the  equinox of the Spring and Fallthe opening seasonal days when the length of daylight is equal to the dark of night. On March 20th/Nisan 1 in this Jubilee year of 2015, the Spring Equinox is marked by a Total Solar eclipse dividing the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015. Thus the dawning light of the Sonrise of the Ages on this east-west axis line through the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple, is being highlighted for us by these heavenly signs from the Hand of the Almighty, as never before.

A goal of Biblical Archaeo-Astronomy is to adopt a fresh view of the archaeology of Biblical artifacts like the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple, viewed through the principles of Biblical Astronomy. This allows us to glimpse new glories long hidden from the astrologers, empiricists, and naysayers, whose practices for too long have clouded the inherent grandeur of the Creator’s sacred architecture. The Biblical Astronomy of the sacred architecture of the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple are the divine cornerstones supporting the foundational superstructure which encompasses the Heavens and Earth. By liberating these divine blueprints of the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple from secular orientations that distort its original divine purity, new light can be shed upon the true Godly design and purpose hidden in these divine architectural plans. By allowing God’s Word to speak for itself in this important area, we introduce a fresh perspective to the field of Archaeo-Astronomy, emphasizing the liberating power of adopting a genuine Biblical perspective in this meaningful and comprehensive field of research.

The altar of Incense  before the veil into the Holy of Holies, keeping the Ark of the Covenant is represented in the sacred pole of the ecliptic, around which the equatorial pole moves, both wheels, inter-locked in a Venn Diagram. In the Old Testament, The pillar of Fire by Night and Cloud by day, protected God’s people lighting their way through the darkness of this world. God’s personal presence was only accessible annually as the people obeyed the guidelines of the O.T. Law carried out by the High Priest, to cover their sins. The pattern of access from the east mentioned above, holds true not only for Solomon’s Temple of the Old Testament, but also remained for the rebuilt Temple referred to in Ezekiel 43, below. Let’s take a detailed look at how the Second Coming of Christ integrates this theme of eastern access in the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple.

 Ezekiel 43:1-5
Afterward he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looks toward the east: [2] And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory. [3] And it was according to the appearance of the vision which I saw, even according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions were like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face. [4] And the glory of the Lord came into the house by the way of the gate whose prospect is toward the east. [5] So the spirit took me up, and brought me into the inner court; and, behold, the glory of the Lord filled the house.

Like the eastern shepherd, Jesus Christ embodies Jehovah–Nissi: the redemptive name for God protecting His people, [Ps. 23:1].

The Door, or gate giving access to the holiest of all was covered by a veil. The veil of the Tabernacle, which hung on four pillars, separated the holy of the holies, the central pointof God’s presence among His people, from the holy place. Woven into the fabric of this linen veil, the Cherubim were depicted, the special class of angels who are always prominent in God’s throne-room. They are pictured as having four faces corresponding to the “four Cardinal Points” of the zodiac, ruling the four-corners or celestial pillars of heaven, as seen above in Figure D. [Numbers 24:7-9.]

The material presented here shows us a direct Biblical correlation, and a celestial reflection of the two altars of the Hebrew Tabernacle and Temple, illustrating the bipolar structure of the Earth as it mirrors the galactic poles of the two great celestial circles of the ecliptic and the Equator in northern skies. The symbolism of the circle is heavenly, while the symbolism of the square is Earthly. When we overlay the celestial double circle of the galactic North Pole on the terrestrial double square of the Tabernacle’s layout, the 1 x 2 rectangle forming the midst of the Tabernacle’s court, conforms to the common area of the North polar Venn Diagram between these overlapping celestial circles. This depicts the Creator’s original plan of His Creation reflected on both the macro and micro levels, as seen in the blueprints of the Temple and the “pattern of theTabernacle” [Heb. 8:5, Exod. 25:9, 40] Only the true Creator could give the details of this Intelligently Designed Plan with such accuracy. Only the Almighty God is able to account for the work of His Hands with such a panoramic vista, encompassing everything from the largest to the smallest scale of Life in Creation. All of this is preserved in the fullness of its inherent glory in God’s Holy Word, so that it is undeniable even for the fool. For even fools know this cannot originate by Chance, but only in the deliberate Intelligent Design and wisdom of the omnipotent foreknowledge of the Heavenly Father.
On the micro level, this structure is intended to symbolize God’s chosen dwelling place in the hearts and minds of the Church in Christ, showing man as the center of and reason for Creation, and the container and reflector of the Creator’s gift of holy spirit. In this sense Christ is the perfect and ideal man the exemplar and  emblem of all Creation.

The Four Kingdoms of Life

The golden section in God’s mathematical Design of the Natural Order

Mathematical truth is not determined arbitrarily by the rules of some man-made formal  systembut has an absolute nature…”

-Roger Penrose

“…mathematics is the loom upon which God weaves the fabric of the universe.”

-Clifford Pickover

While reviewing the question of the nature of reality from a mathematical viewpoint G.H. Hardy stated:

“A man who could give a convincing account of mathematical reality would have solved very many of the most difficult problems of meta-Physics. If he could include physical reality in his account, he would have solved them all. I should not wish to argue any of these questions here even if I were competent to do so, but I will state my own position dogmatically in order to avoid minor misapprehensions. I believe that mathematical reality lies outside us, that our function is to discover or observe it, and that the theorems which we prove, and which we describe grandiloquently as our “creations,” are simply our notes of our observations. This view has been held, in one form or another, from Plato onwards…”

Romans 1:19-22

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse. 21 Because that when they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds and four-footed beasts and creeping things

Romans 1:19-20
[Amplified Bible]

19 For that which is known about God is evident to them and made plain in their inner consciousness,
because God [Himself] has shown it to them. 20 For ever since the creation of the world His
invisible nature and attributes, that is, His eternal power and divinity, have been made intelligible and clearly discernible in and through the things that have been made (His handiworks). So men are without excuse [altogether without any defense or justification].

Introduction

This section of the Try-God web-site focuses on some examples of the principles, tools and patterns God utilized in the order of His Creation. The Creator is The God of Order, and as some leading modern thinkers have stated above, the absolute nature of mathematical truth is a major area where we witness the Almighty Hand of God working in His Creation. Adhering to the themes expressed by these renown scientists, mathematicians, and the Apostle Paul above, we can identify and investigate the inherent Symmetry, which constitutes a primary element in the Creator’s Intelligent Design, as a witness and expression of His Omnipotent Hand. As God is perfect, so is His divine order inherent in His Word and His Works. Any honest study of these mathematical laws and principles must begin with man’s recognition of his true place under the ultimate sovereignty of the Creator, and the Omnipotent power that God wielded in His Acts of Creation. Those who take the view that these laws originate with man, or by “chance” will never pierce the veil of their own self-aggrandizing theories, or plumb the depths of truth that the Heavenly Father has set in the Natural Order. Science alone has already revealed in the laws of causality and Einstein’s Relativity Theory, that the answers to the First Cause are not found in doctrines of Materialism, but must be Supernatural in origin. [read more]

At its best, human science believes perhaps that its greatest and highest purpose is to search for Nature’s patterns of order–the deep mathematical regularities that can be found in natural forms. It is evident that Nature has a code deeply imprinted symmetrically at its core, but to understand it more fully, along with the Creator, we must look to God’s Word first, from which Natural Law itself emerged. If we are to more fully recognize the key patterns of symmetrical beauty and the arithmetical perfection of God’s created Works, we must rely on God’s Word first and foremost, as the exemplary pattern of created perfection. These patterns give us a blueprint to compare God’s Words with His Works, providing the greatest witness of His Omniscient power. In support of this view, Archbishop Trent profoundly states in his work, Notes on The Parables:

“Analogies from the natural world…are arguments, and may be called as witnesses, the world of Nature being throughout a witness of the world of spirit, proceeding from the same Hand, growing from the same root, and being constituted for the same end. All lovers of truth readily acknowledge these mysterious harmonies, and the force of arguments derived from them. To them the things on Earth are copies of the things in Heaven.”11

As we investigate the realms of life in the Natural World, we find that they divide generally into four major kingdoms of terrestrial life: Plant, Animal and Human, with the Spiritual dimension as the basis of them all. Archbishop Trent’s reference above points out that biological life forms reflect the principles governing the Kingdoms of Life, which find their origin in the realm of the Spirit. This is a key to revealing God’s Intelligent Design of the Works of His Hands. This key is seen also applied in how both the golden section and Fibonacci Series govern the growth of life forms from the micro to the macro, an indication of Symmetry and beauty in God’s Creation [Rom. 1:19-20].

Our challenge is: if we identify and apprehend key elements of the perfect symmetrical design that God employed in His divine order of the four Kingdoms of Life, then we can expect to see these Symmetry principles of at work in other aspects of His Natural Order also. As we focus on the key numerical patterns which we find throughout the Natural Order, this can give us a broad panoramic view of the “mathematical exactness and scientific precision” inherent in other aspects of God’s Works. As we search for these corresponding perfect patterns, in related aspects of the Four Kingdoms of Life [Ps. 8:3-9], (Plant, Animal, Human, Spiritual) then we can gain Biblical insights into each of these kingdoms, under the overall sovereignty of the Kingdom of God, bearing the fingerprints of the Creator’s Perfect Hand, even as God’s Wordengraved in the Celestial order” does. The Kingdom of God depicts in its the various elements, categories and kingdoms of life in His creation, His eternal and omnipotent power, the visible revealing the invisible as a perfectly ordered manifestation of His divine wisdom.

The focus of this study emphasizes the Plant and Human kingdoms of Life, as they are revealed in God’s Word, while briefly touching on the Animal and Spiritual Kingdoms. These topics will be more fully developed in forthcoming published works, available in the near future. To begin to get a perspective on some important elements of the order of Creation from a mathematical viewpoint, we need to define some terms. At the outset, a distinction must be made in two categories of numerical order. The first is Cardinal Numbers and the second is Ordinal  Numbers. To get a clearer idea of this distinction from a Biblical viewpoint let’s look at a discourse God had with Abraham. The record we will scrutinize is found in Genesis 15, [cp. Gen. 13:16, 22:17, 32:12]

m42

Genesis 15:1-6 After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward. 2 And Abram said, Lord God what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus? 3 And Abram said, Behold, to me Thou hast given no seed: and lo, one born in my house is mine heir. 4 And behold, the word of the Lord came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir. 5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and He said unto him, So shall thy seed be. 6 And he believed in the Lord; and He counted it to him for righteousness.

When God told Abraham to “tell the stars, if thou be able to number them,” do you think He wanted him to get out his abacus and parchment and start counting the stars one by one? Or perhaps God was referring to the promise of the innumerable abundance of Abraham’s posterity, since he was to be the father of believers? Another possibility is God might have been referring to the inherent celestial order that He first revealed to Adam, who taught it to the rest of the Biblical Patriarchs that followed him. Or maybe God wanted Abram to pay attention to the timekeeping aspects of the stars as he numbered them. There is certainly much more to this record than what tradition holds, as we consider it thoughtfully, from its various aspects. The main key to unlocking the truth in this record lies in avoiding private interpretation and allowing God’s Word to speak for itself. In this process of allowing God to speak through His revealed Word in this record, we should take note of the figure of speech polysyndetyn, or many (12) and’s, which emphasizes each aspect of the verses above, separated by the connective “and’s.2

Sometimes it helps to get our bearings in the study of Scripture by asking questions, as we have above, related to the usual  list of: What, Where, Why, When, How and Who? In the final analysis, when we allow God’s Word to have preeminence, it will reveal its meaning in the details. We have outlined in a general sense, the principles of Biblical Interpretation in the “Research Principles” of our Reference Section here in the Try-God website. Let’s take a closer look at some of the words divinely utilized in this section of God’s Word.

The word for “tell” in verse 5, is the Bible’s first usage of the Hebrew word caphar [H5608], meaning to “inscribe, celebrate, narrate, tell, make known, or praise.” It also carries the meaning of “a scribe, or writerwhen used in reference to a person.”3 This word is used in Psalm 19:1; rendered “declare” in the KJV; as The Heavens declare the glory of God… [Psalm 97:6]. God was telling Abram to look up at the heavens and recount, declare, or narrate the truth revealed in the celestial gospel, if he could. Abram not only did this accurately and well enough to please God, but he also realized that despite the physical impossibility of child-bearing at Abram and Sarah’s advanced ages, he saw that the promised seed, prophesied in the stars would come forth out of his own loins. For Abram’s acts of believing, “God counted [H2803] it to him as he was righteous.” This is the foundation for salvation by faith in the N.T. [Rom. 4:17-22], because God not only mercifully with held the wrathful judgement we deserve due to sin, but He also freely shares the Grace of His righteousness with us, which we do not deserve.

The Word for “counted” in verse 6 above is chashab in Hebrew meaning to reckon or esteem, meditate, combine or devise. It is also an accounting term used in the context of the 7th Sabbath of years and the sacred 50-year Jubilee system of timekeeping in ancient Israel [Lev. 25:27, 50-52, 27:18, 23]. The Levitical Law shows us both cardinal and ordinal applications of “counting,” in this record, but it does not portray them as interchangeable terms. As we will see from its Biblical usage in this record, the ordinal meaning of a number includes much more than just the numerical sequence where a particular number occurs in a series. We will find numerous examples of this especially where God utilizes the phi ratio in His organization of Creation.

God’s statement to Abram builds on an earlier promise in Genesis 13:16, where God would make his “seed as the dust of the earthso that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered.” This earlier promise from God to Abram established a relationship between Abram’s seed, or offspring, in the earth, while this later promise in Gen. 15:5 connects Abram’s seed with the stars.

The Hebrew word for “number“-(ed), “manah” [*H4487], means to “divide into parts, arrange, allot or assign, appoint, or order.” Here we can begin to see the difference between what mathematics categorizes as the function of Ordinal Numbers, that specify the order and succession in the elements or hierarchy of a group, as opposed to Cardinal Numbers, that refer simply to counting individual parts. In our recognition of both mathematical categories here, related to the Bible’s first usage of the Hebrew words “caphar” and “manah,” we find on one level, that regarding the innumerable posterity of his seed, God was showing Abram, simple counting of parts with Cardinal numbers, compared with the organization of Abram’s seed in groups, specifically the 12 tribes of Israel as they relate to both the 12 signs of the celestial order, and Ordinal Numbers. As we consider the context of both promises to Abram in Genesis 13 and 15, we find God showing Abram, a base 60 numerical order applied to numbering the stars, would also be applied to ordering his seed! This is one basis of the relation between the 12 tribes of Israel and the 12 celestial signs of the zodiac, recorded later in Genesis 49, [Num. 2] regarding the 12 sons of his grandson Jacob. This order is founded on the basis of the figurative Tree of Life, both in the Garden of Eden, in Original Paradise, in Genesis and in Final Paradise in the Book of Revelation [Rev. 22:2]. The celestial order reflected in the Tree of Life is only one level of truth reflected in the Human Kingdom of Life, whose number pattern reflecting God’s celestial order in Abraham’s seed, is also mirrored in the breastplate of the High Priest, as we have documented in our article on the Celestial Symbolism of Israel’s Temple and Tabernacle. The order in which the twelve tribes camped around the Tabernacle during the 40 years that Moses lead Israel through the wilderness, mirrors the same pattern found in the arrangement of the 12 jewels on the breastplate of the High Priest. As the high priest after the order of Melchisedek [Gen. 14:18], Jesus inherited his double square breast-plate of 12 precious stones, structured according to the phi ratio symbolizing the authority of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah as Priest-King over Israel’s twelve (4 x 3) tribes
[Ex. 28:15-30]. Below is an example of the 12 major signs of the zodiac as they are found on the ecliptic, relating to the 12 tribes of Israel, which is also a poster available in our bookstore.

posterTHM[1]

Since we are discussing the Creator’s ordained structural categories providing the foundation of a Bible based approach to the Philosophy of Knowledge, as it is laid out in God’s Covenants with Man through Abraham, it would be remiss if we did not recognize the significance of the phi ratio as it relates to this very significant and instructive subject matter. In the context of our conversation, the phi ratio would be classified as a type of ordinal group-an infinite mathematical series. By their very nature, infinite mathematical series are abstract and theoretical because we do not find them progressing to infinity in the concrete physical world of our five senses “reality.” This is not to say that the phi ratio does not occur in Nature. We will see more evidence how God has chosen to pattern the growth of all Four Kingdoms of Life in Creation, after the numerical dictates of the phi ratio series. This is a profound lesson in itself, because God is telling us that: The Only Infinite God is the Source of All Life, ordering His Kingdoms of Life by an infinite mathematical series, [John. 1:3-4, Jas. 1:17-18]. This also sets up the “physical reality” as opposed to the “mathematical reality,” referred to in G.H. Hardy’s quote at the opening of this study. The Almighty is certainly “competent” to discuss the parameters of these matters, where Hardy, in his humility did not feel himself up to the task. As we have found, the growth patterns of the Plant, Animal and Human Kingdoms of Life progress through their preordained stages of growth, via the mathematical dictates of the phi ratio, we witness the Creator’s Intelligent design in application. There are also examples in God’s Word where Spiritual growth follows the dictates of this phi pattern.

The High Priest’s Breastplate

When we are born into this world, our physical body grows as it    passes through its ordained finite life stages. But with our Spiritual  New Birth, we are set on an everlasting path of an infinite living  and loving relationship with our Heavenly Father, through His  only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Here we find a life that begins as a  representation of a finite series, but never ends like its physical  counterpart. Our physical body becomes a Holy Temple that    houses our sacred everlasting spirit, until we inherit our new  bodies at the Lord’s Return. Thus, as we follow the path of  light into way of holiness that God sets before us, we embody the  infinite series that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ still lives, as  an example for us to follow. His perfect example shows us how his  authority not only includes the original power of the fallen     Morning Star, who presided over ten categories of precious  stones, or angels, in the First Heavens and Earth [Ezek.  28:13], but also that of the Risen Morning Star, presiding over  12 categories of precious stones, representing the 12 tribes of  Israel, in the breastplate of Israel’s High Priest, the 12 signs of  the zodiac, and later also the 12 apostles at the foundations of  the Grace Administration, along with the 12 foundations of the  New Jerusalem.

In keeping with the celestial symbolism theme, the High  Priest’s breastplate, was divinely designed with a compartment  which held the Urim and Thummim, or lights and perfections;  representing the two great lights, the Sun and Moon. As  oracles of the High Priest, these two stones revealed the wisdom  and glory of the Creator by lot, even as the heavens declare the glory of God in their numerical order [Ps. 19:1], whose glory is revealed in the cycles of the Sun,  Moon and Stars of the zodiac. This was a primary means whereby the High Priest could get revelation from God by using the precious stones of his “ephod,” relating to the celestial cycles of the Sun and Moon. Any question posed by the man of God, would be answered either in the affirmative or negative by one of these two stones. Another method God could talk to the High Priest involved the use of the 12 precious stones, corresponding to the Stars, which were interpreted and understood Biblically, according to the 12 signs of the zodiac. As the Priest “cast lots” utilizing one of these methods, the Wisdom and Will of the Heavenly Father was revealed. A detailed study of the principles governing the rule of these two great lights, over day and night [Gen. 1:14-17], preserved in Israel’s luni-solar Calendar, is seen in The Calendar of the Biblical Patriarchs article of our website. As Israel’s calendar shows the perfect correlation of the sacred cycles of the Sabbatical and Jubilee, harmonizing with the secular aspects of the celestial cycles governing the Rhythms of a myriad terrestrial and cosmic cycles, we find more evidence of both the cardinal and ordinal use of number in Scripture, regarding the timekeeping practices of the Biblical Patriarchs. In these practices we see the dominion of God’s light reflected in the heavens and ruling over all the kingdoms of terrestrial life [Gen. 1:14-17]. These fundamental life cycles reflected in the celestial order, depict the divine Canon of Creation and the Science of the Creator, which was symbolized in the architecture of the Temple and Tabernacle of Israel, and the Great Pyramid. This dual standard of sacred and secular order is unified in Jesus Christ as the High Priest-King of Israel. We find more references to the 12 stones and their variants in the “living stones” of I Pet. 2:4-7, and the 12 foundations of the New Jerusalem; [Rev. 21:19-20]. Here we find a unified witness of the 12 tribes of Israel bringing forth the promised seed unto the New Jerusalem, in unity with the “heavens declaring the glory of God,” the witness of the 12 signs of the zodiac. We will see more aspects of this Tree of Life as our study progresses.
