The Biblical Astronomy of the Super Blood Moon on 9-29-2015

As we consider the Solar and Lunar signs and how they relate to the Hebrew Calendar in September of 2015, the heavens are speaking loudly to those who are listening. September 2015 is super packed with heavenly signs, capped off with the first Super Blood Moon on a Hebrew feast during a Blood Moon Tetrad.

[Joel 2:31, Matthew 24:29-34, Mark 13:24, Acts 2:20].

There have only been eight Blood Moon Tetrads since the Ascension of Christ. The modern Blood Moon Lunar Tetrads have consistently happened on Passover and Tabernacles – the first and last of the 7 Biblical feasts, and have always been indicative of persecution and/or war for Israel. These Alpha and Omega heavenly signs linked to the Hebrew Feasts are notable also because they emphasize the entire set of 7 key feasts marking the first and last holy days with the Blood Moons. They have emphasized the order of these feasts in history related to prophecy and the Return of Christ. There is also a long standing Jewish tradition linking the Second Coming of Jesus Christ with the Feast of Tabernacles, since Christ will finally “Tabernacle among us.” During the last 2000 years of the Age of Grace, Israel has been dispersed and persecuted among the Gentile nations, yet the Almighty has protected them even though Israel did not keep God’s Feasts as a unified body. Since the Nation of Israel was reformed in 1948, the Heavenly Father has consistently reminded Israel of His providential protection, restoring them in stages. The Blood Moon Lunar Tetrads and Solar Eclipses have served to mark these feasts, while the specific acts of God’s deliverance and restoration brought Israel back together as a nation, retaking Jerusalem as their holiest capital city. As the citizens of Israel have shared in their national restoration, they have also re-awakened to recognizing the Heavenly Father, and His perpetual Feasts. The Blood Moon Lunar Tetrad and Solar Eclipses, have stood out because of they are linked to Hebrew Feast and holy days. The Creator views these convocations as His Feasts. These perpetual feasts are designed for humanity to honor the Almighty as the ultimate Source of Light, Life and Love in Creation.

The current Blood Moon Tetrad cycle is concluding with the Super Blood Moon on the Tabernacles Feast, September 28, 2015. The history of Blood Moon Tetrads teaches we should expect efforts to persecute Israel along with the Christian Church, while remaining cognizant of how the Almighty protects His people. As noted above, the modern Blood Moon Tetrads have been significant in marking Israel’s restoration, as a sovereign nation, with its reclaiming of Jerusalem. The next logical step observers are on the look out for relates to the restoration of the Temple of Israel and its daily sacrifices. Preparation along these lines has been active in Israel for a number of years, but we should expect some developments in this area along political fronts in the near future. As the modern Blood Moon Lunar Tetrads have drawn attention to the Hebrew Feasts, a review of these seven Feasts, is in order with special emphasis on the yet to be fulfilled Fall Feasts.

The FALL FEASTS OF ISRAEL

Jehovah’s feasts are referenced in Leviticus 23. The seven feasts are Feast of Passover, Feast of Unleavened Bread, Feast of First Fruits, Feast of Weeks or Pentecost, Feast of Trumpets, Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur) and Feast of Tabernacles. God has done miraculous things for Israel on these days, as He continues to do today!

The first four feasts take place in the Spring of the Hebrew Calendar, which have already been fulfilled by Jesus as the embodiment of the Passover Lamb, the Unleavened Bread of Life, the first fruits of the dead, and the personification of the gift of holy spirit given on the day of Pentecost.

Jesus died on the cross exactly at the hour that the priests offered a lamb on the altar in Jerusalem for the evening sacrifice on Passover. As the priest proclaimed; “It is finished,” referring to the sacrifices in the temple, Jesus also declared at 3pm that day in the month of Nisan; “It is finished.” Jesus not only fulfilled every jot and tittle of the OT Law in his suffering, but His complete sacrifice was finished for the redemption of all mankind. The Feast of Unleavened Bread took place the next day. Jesus was already crucified. He was the Unleavened Bread, which he declared in John 6:35; “I am the bread of life: he that comes to me shall never hunger.” (KJV)

The Feast of First Fruits represents the first part of the harvest. When Jesus arose from the dead, He became the First Fruits, or the First to rise from the dead by God’s power, indicating that the remainder of the harvest in Christ would also be risen. [Rom. 11:16]

1 Corinthians 15:20 “But now Christ has been raised from the dead, the first fruits of those who are asleep.” (NAS) Jesus arose from the dead on the precise day of the Feast of First Fruits. 50 days following Passover comes the Feast of Weeks or Pentecost.

Acts 2:1-4 “When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.”

Pentecost links with the same date on the Hebrew calendar and the central candlestick on the Menorah, when fire descended on Mt. Sinai, and Moses received the Ten Commandments. The last three feasts occur in the fall of the year, seen in the last three candlesticks of the Menorah.

Passover/Bread/1st Fruits/Weeks/Trumpets/Kippur/Tabernacles

Feast of Trumpets is called a hidden feast, primarily falling in September/Tishri, the 7th and holiest month on the Hebrew Calendar. Moses was commanded by God to make two straight silver trumpets, whose blasts call a holy assemblage in Israel. These trumpet blasts can also signify a war-cry or an expression of joy.

Leviticus 23:23-24 says, “Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, ‘Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘In the seventh month, on the first day of the month, you shall have a Sabbath-rest, a memorial of blowing of trumpets, a holy convocation. ‘” (NKJV)

This is a two day feast taking place on a New Moon under dark skies. There is also a marriage custom in Israel of the bridegroom arriving at night with friends to carry away his bride. He awakens her to secret her away, with the prior approval of the family. This 2-day feast may speak to the 2 phases of Christ’s victorious return for his Church as seen below. These and other Hebrew wedding details, paint a picture of Christ coming for His people. There are however different gatherings for different groups of God’s people. This has caused untold confusion among Christians everywhere. The Gathering Together; [2 Thess. 2:1], popularly known as the “Rapture,” is not a resurrection by definition, because Jesus does not grace us with his personal presence [parousia] upon the earth, we meet him in the air, [1 Thess. 4:13-18]. People have confused the Rapture with these Resurrections along with the groups of believers linked with each event, combining the Body of Christ or the NT Church with the OT Church-Israel, who except for the Messianic Jews, have not recognized the first appearance of Christ yet. These are two distinct groups that do not share in the same Gatherings, since all Resurrections are Gatherings, but all biblical Gatherings are not Resurrections.

The Feast of Trumpets is important for a number of reasons. First, it commemorates the end of the agricultural harvest and festival season. This appears to answer to the Feast of First Fruits, since Christ returns to gather the remainder of his harvest for which he sacrificed himself. The Day of Atonement follows on the tenth of the month, and the Booths of the Tabernacle Feast were built on the fifteenth of the month of Tishri. The blowing of the trumpets on first of the month heralds a solemn time of preparation for the Atonement sacrifice; this preparation period is known as “Ten Days of Repentance.” These trumpet blasts on Rosh Hashanah, and the Anniversary of Creation served as an alarm consisting of both the silver trumpets and the shofar, as a call to introspection and repentance. A key aspect of remembering God’s Creation is seen in Genesis.

Gen. 2:7 tells us that God breathed the breath of Life into Adam’s lungs and Adam became a living Soul. This breath is actually commemorated in the Shofar blast in the Hebrew tradition. Since Adam was the first man, he is representative of all humanity, and with his first breath encapsulated in the Shofar blast, we find the universal call for all mankind to repent and give honor and worship to the Almighty and His Perpetual feasts, marked by the Blood Moon Tetrads. The seven key feasts embodied in the Lord Jesus Christ depict how we are to approach the Almighty with a contrite and humble heart in the spirit of repentance, so that we can enjoy a complete redemption and unity. This is embodied in the 6th feast-Yom Kippur or the Day of Atonement. It is a special day every year when Israel fasts without work. The theme of unity or being At-one with the Heavenly Father on the Day of Atonement, is based on the perfect sacrifice of Jesus Christ our High Priest after the order of Melchizedek, the universal Savior of All humanity, the first and last way that the Almighty has provided to be reconciled back into fellowship with Him.

The prophets also linked the blowing of trumpets to the future time of Judgment:

“Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy hill. Let all who live in the land tremble, for the day of the LORD is coming. It is close at hand” (Joel 2:1, Zeph. 1:14-16). In the New Testament, we find that the Gathering Together will be accompanied by the sound of a trumpet (1 Cor. 15:51-52, 1 Thess. 4:16-17), but this so-called Rapture event is only the first phase of the Second Coming of Christ FOR his Saints. The Second phase is when Jesus returns to exterminate the evil on Earth WITH his Saints, to set up his Millennial Kingdom; [Rev. 19]. Just as the shofar called Isreal to turn in repentance to the Lord and ready themselves for Atonement, so the “trump of God” calls the body of Christ to join the Heavenly Father in unity and warn the world of coming judgment.

On the Atonement feast the High Priest entered the Holiest of all, in the temple and sacrificed for the sins of Israel, as the Aaronic priests after the blood of bulls and goats, but Jesus has fulfilled this after the order of Melchizedek, as a complete sacrifice for us once and for all.

The seventh feast is the Feast of Tabernacles. Here Israel made temporary booths outdoors of tree branches, to dwell in for this week-long feast symbolizing their 40-year sojourn in the wilderness with Moses. All these feasts were perpetually ordered by God to be observed by all mankind.

Levi. 23:4 “These are the feasts of the Lord, even holy convocations, which ye shall proclaim in their seasons.”

The word “convocation” in Hebrew is also translated as “rehearsal.” Christians should consider these feasts as “appointments” or rehearsals with the Almighty each year. The timing of Jesus’ return may coincide with one of these convocations, so we should ever be prepared.

The Biblical Astronomy of the SHEMITAH Cycle–

The Shemitah Cycle occurred every seven years when God required that the land lay free from planting as seen in Leviticus.

Leviticus 25:1-4, “The LORD said to Moses at Mount Sinai, ‘Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘When you enter the land I am going to give you, the land itself must observe a Sabbath to the LORD. For six years sow your fields, and for six years prune your vineyards and gather their crops. But in the seventh year the land is to have a year of Sabbath rest, a Sabbath to the LORD.’” (NIV)

Israel went into captivity for seventy years during the time of the Prophet Daniel partially because they did not let the land rest. God’s people were materially blessed when they kept the Shemitah Cycle, and they were cursed when they disobeyed, to the extent of losing all their possessions in war and captivity. The 2015 Blood Moon Tetrad is the 1st linked with the completion of a Shemitah Cycle. As we have seen the septenary pattern in the anniversary of the Creation Week, so we find it also in the 7-year Shemitah Cycle. There was a completion of a Shemitah Cycle in both 2001 and 2008. On the last day of the Shemitah Cycle (the 29th of the Hebrew month Elul), for both those years, the Dow Jones Market crashed. On our secular calendar, these dates were September 17, 2001 and September 29, 2008. The Dow suffered the largest point drops in its history, and in the 2008 crash the Dow fell 777 points. This depicts God’s expectation that both Christians and the Israel should honor the Shemitah/Sabbath cycles. We are currently completing a Shemitah Cycle in 2015 where as the people, the land also must enjoy a Sabbath rest. The cycle ended Sept. 12, 2015 (29th of Elul) and in the following 24 hours a Partial Solar Eclipse fell on Rosh Hashanah, 9-13-2015.

Super Blood Moon over Jerusalem

As we close out the last Blood Moon Lunar Tetrad, capped off on Sept. 28th, 2015 with the First Super-Blood Moon on the Tabernacle Feast, this Blood Moon will be the closest to earth in its orbit and appear about 15% larger in full eclipse. We must note however some eye-popping heavenly signs taking place between the Partial Solar Eclipse on the Feast of Trumpets and the final Super Blood Moon on the Tabernacle Feast. On Sept. 17th the Sun appears in Virgo clothing the stellar woman symbolizing Israel with the Moon at her feet as we see in [Rev. 12]. For added emphasis Mercury-Gabriel is in conjunction also on the 17th, with Spica-Al Zimach. This star tells a special story about the Messiah Jesus Christ and his 4-fold ministry as King, Son of Man, Servant and Son of God, as related in the 4 Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. With all that we have just seen regarding the ministry of Christ as it is embodied in the 7 feasts of Israel above, when we combine the narrative of the birth signs of Jesus Christ from [Rev. 12], that also relate the story of his victorious Second Coming as seen in the dual significance of the Biblical record in [Rev. 12], we find an emphasis placed on this theme by the Hand of the Almighty that cannot be ignored. This inter-weaving of the Blood Moon Tetrads with the birth and Return of Christ comes alive in the heavens before our eyes this month! We are living in the generation starting in 1948 that has witnessed the reforming of the nation of Israel (the fig tree) which will witness the time of the Lord’s return (Luke 21:29). As Christ said; “This generation shall not pass away until all these things take place.” (Matt. 24:32-34). The miraculous signs shown by God helping Israel to win the wars over their Arab-Muslim enemies, with vastly fewer troops and equipment, reminds us of Old Testament battles when God delivered His people. The final Super-Blood Moon of this Tetrad will be visible directly over Israel. When Jews are making their booths of palm branches to celebrate the Tabernacle feast, they will see the first Super Blood Moon on this day in the night sky above!

THE BIBLICAL ASTRONOMY OF THE JUBLIEE YEAR –

The Year of Jubilee begins on September 23, 2015, the Day of Atonement, and it ends on October 2, 2016. God told Israel to set aside yet another year of rest after seven Shemitah cycles; as a special Sabbath after every 49 years. It is the 50th cycle called the Jubilee. Just as there are 50 days between Passover and Pentecost, so there are 50 years between Hebrew Jubilees. Not only is this the time to allow the land rest, but debts are also forgiven and slaves are freed. (Leviticus 25: 33-49) This is symbolic of God freeing us from work on earth and the earth enjoying its Sabbath rest. The Jubilee has not been kept by Israel as a whole since the OT due to Israel being dispersed in the Gentile nations, but today both Israel and the Christian Church have renewed attention on the Jubilee Cycle, especially in light of the prior Blood Moon Tetrads where these signs of the end times from the Hand of God Almighty have become central in the public eye.

Romans 8:22-23, “We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth right up to the present time. Not only so, but we ourselves, who have the first fruits of the Spirit, groan inwardly as we wait eagerly for our adoption to sonship, the redemption of our bodies.” (NIV)

SOLAR ECLIPSES 2014-2015 – A SIGN to the Gentiles

Key Solar eclipses are also happening within the framework of this Blood Moon Lunar Tetrad. A Total Solar Eclipse occurred on Nisan 1 opening the ecclesiastical New Year, March 20, 2015. And a Partial Solar Eclipse took place on the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah), September 13, 2015. Recall that Solar signs relate to the Gentiles. Jesus has not fulfilled this feast as yet as he has the prior Spring feasts. The Feast of Trumpets is the next in godly order, is uniquely marked in 2015 with a Solar eclipse. The Trumpet Feasts remind Christians of “the last trump” (1 Cor. 15:52) or “the trumpet call of God” (1 Thess. 4:16), linked with the Gathering Together of the Body of Christ. This appears to be another way that these heavenly signs are being distinguished between Israel and the Gentile world. The Partial Solar Eclipse on the Feast of Trumpets is a sign warning the Church of the Body of Christians for their Gathering together unto Him, even as Israel is warned by the same signs according to their biblical culture. As we consider impact on the Gentiles of the Solar eclipses in this Blood Moon Lunar Tetrad: first on Nisan 1-Ecclesiastical New Year, March 20, 2015, (total) AND the other on the Feast of Trumpets (Rosh Hashanah) Partial Solar Eclipse, September 13, 2015, we find key inception dates on the Hebrew calendar marked for the Gentiles. We also find the Shemitah (Sabbatical) year from September 2014 to September 2015 being marked with two Blood Moon Lunar eclipses for the first time ever! (Leviticus 25:9) It seems that if the Almighty was trying to get the attention of the Gentile world with these heavenly signs, He is succeeding. If people are heeding these warning signs of the Almighty, and honoring Him with proper recognition as He commands us in His Word, we should be joyful that our time to meet Him is close at hand. Our judgement will be one of rewards for faithful service, which He recognizes for eternity. For those who do not heed these warnings, they will reap a different kind of judgement. We hold our destiny in our own hands.

Partial Solar Eclipse on Rosh Hashanah; 9-13-15

The Partial Solar Eclipse of 9-13-15 on the Feast of Trumpets

The upcoming Partial Solar Eclipse on Sept. 13th, Rosh Hashanah, divides the Hebrew Calendar in 2015 like one of a set of bookends, during the final Blood Moon Tetrad for the next 500+ years. This combined with the unprecedented Total Solar Eclipse that took place on March 20th, earlier this spring at the Equinox, provides 2 prominent heavenly signs, the first marking the beginning of the Hebrew month of Nisan, starting the ecclesiastical year in Israel, 2 weeks before the April 4th Passover Blood Moon, 2015.

Any total solar eclipse reaching the rarefied air of the North Pole is unique, and the track of this Total Solar Eclipse followed a path across the North Pole, placing it in eclipse totality for about 2 minutes. The absolute rarity of a total solar eclipse at the North Pole on the Spring Equinox is evident, since it occurs only about once every 100 centuries, but this Solar eclipse was the first time ever on Nisan 1 on the Hebrew Calendar. These are only some of the traits that made this a singular Total Solar Eclipse. To show the unique order and structure of the current Blood Moon Tetrad and its associated heavenly signs, we have reproduced it once again below.

The characteristics of the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015 have been notable from multiple viewpoints. There is also an obscure pattern that has gone unnoticed by many, relating to the time periods between eclipses. The absolute minimum gap between solar and lunar eclipses is 2 weeks, but as far as I can tell, this tight gap has only occurred with Blood Moon Tetrads on 2 prior occasions, since the Ascension of Christ, both in the modern era. The first was in 1950, as part of the Blood Moon Tetrad marking Israel’s rebirth as a nation, when an annular Solar Eclipse on March 18th, Nisan 1 was followed by a Passover Blood Moon 2 weeks later on April 2nd. The next Blood Moon Tetrad in 1967, that witnessed the re-claiming of Jerusalem by Israel for the first time in nearly 2000 years, saw a Sukkot Blood Moon on October 18th, followed 2 weeks later by a Total Solar Eclipse on Nov. 2nd. It is a very rare event, to see an entire eclipse Tetrad packed together like the current one, since no apparent indications tell us that it has happened before. It should also arrest our attention that both of these previous Blood Moon Tetrads, 19 years apart fulfilled critical Biblical End Time Prophecies related to the restoration of Israel.

The Coming of the Son of Man

Luke 21:25-33

²⁵“And there will be signs in the sun, in the moon, and in the stars; and on the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; ²⁶men’s hearts failing them from fear and the expectation of those things which are coming on the earth, for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. ²⁷Then they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. ²⁸Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”

The Second Coming of Christ is the obvious sign not only of Israel’s restoration, but of the world and all mankind. Leading up to this and following the restoration of Jerusalem, will be the restoration of the daily sacrifices to take place in the coming prophesied 3rd Temple in Jerusalem. Indeed the Antichrist is revealed as the “strong delusion,” before the genuine Christ will be revealed in all his glory.

The Parable of the Fig Tree

²⁹Then He spoke to them a parable: “Look at the fig tree, and all the trees. ³⁰When they are already budding, you see and know for yourselves that summer is now near. ³¹So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the kingdom of God is near. ³²Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all things take place. ³³Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.

Biblically, the Fig Tree is a symbol of Israel, as we will see in more detail with Jeremiah’s prophecy below. As we compare the Blood Moon Tetrads in 1949-50 and 1967-68, we have noted that they are 19 years apart, but each of these Blood Moon Tetrads represent a stage in the restoration of Israel, first as a nation, second with its capital city of Jerusalem.

“Que. Why wasn’t Israel fully restored in 1948, including the temple mount?

Ans. In Ezekiel’s account of the fall of Jerusalem, God’s Spirit departs from the temple and leaves Jerusalem in specific stages (beginning 592 BC) and then comes back in stages 19 years later in 573 BC, (Ezek. 8, 40). In the same way, Israel is now being restored in stages — each stage on a timeframe predicted by the bible. The next stage in God’s plan for Jerusalem also happened exactly 19 years after Israel became a nation in 1948: The 1967, Six-Day War.

The 1967, Six-Day War

The next stage in Israel’s restoration was the six-day war waged exactly 19 years later, to the day on the 360 calendar, June 5-10, 1967. In this war, the temple mount was captured along with east Jerusalem. Thus, June 5th, 1967, was also Pentecost on the 360 calendar.

Que. But why 19 years later?

Ans. Because, from Ezekiel’s vision about the temple (573 BC) until when Israel became a nation are 1260 + 1260 years, that is 2520 years. (2520 days represents a seven-year period on the 360 calendar. {360 x 7 = 2520 days.}) Thus, 2520 years, plus 19 more years equals 2539. And so, from 573 BC to 1967 are 2539 years.

So, what’s important about 2539 years?

It happens that seven years on the regular Jewish calendar amounts to 2539 days in both 1948 and 1967. Thus, the seventh anniversary after Israel became a nation occurred exactly 2539 days later on the regular Jewish calendar, (i.e., 1948-1955). And the same is true of the seventh anniversary of the 1967 War, (i.e., 1967-1974). Hence, in God’s heavenly schematic, 2539 days correspond to the previous 2539 years back to the prophecy of Ezekiel in 573 BC! (The 1973 Yom Kippur war fits into this scheme too, but to stay focused on 1948 we will not digress.)

Thus, in stage one of Jerusalem’s restoration, seven years of years on the 360 calendar transpired from Ezekiel’s vision of the temple unto when Israel became a nation. Likewise, in the next stage of taking the remainder of Jerusalem, seven-years of years again transpired, except this time on the regular Jewish calendar.

And moreover, as said, on the 360 calendar, the day on both of these occasions was “Pentecost” that is, both in 1948 and 1967 –when West Jerusalem, and then East Jerusalem, fell into Israel’s hands!

One final note: On the regular Jewish calendar, the 1967 War began on the anniversary of when Jesus rose up into heaven {Iyar 16}, which was 40 days after His resurrection, Acts 1. However, as said earlier, on the 360 calendar Iyar 16 happened to be the 65th day of the year in 1967, which is Pentecost.

Here are the words that Jesus spoke, just before he ascended up to heaven on Iyar 16 — His last words were to ‘wait until Pentecost when the Spirit would be poured out’. And the last question he was answering at the time was, ‘When will the kingdom be restored to Israel?’

Thus, contained in the last words of Jesus about the restoration of Israel, (and Jerusalem in particular), were hidden two clues as to when it would happen, these two clues were the two anniversary dates of when Israel would begin to be restored in 1948 and 1967.

(Act 1:6-8) “They therefore, when they were come together, asked him, saying, Lord, dost thou at this time restore the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you to know times or seasons, which the Father hath set within His own authority. But ye shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea and Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” (For further investigation, calculate the prophecy and timing of Daniel 2.)

Interestingly, seven days after Iyar 18,1967, when Jerusalem was restored, is Pentecost on the regular Jewish calendar.” [http://www.1260-1290-days-bible-prophecy.org] 1

This is an amazing illustration of the synchronicity of the Creator’s timekeeping, documented meticulously @ [360 calendar .com]. This links the modern Blood Moon Tetrads with the history of Israel’s restoration in our times, with Bible Prophecy like few other resources I’m aware of, and I’m thankful for the work that they have done and are doing. This of course, points to the third stage of Israel and Jerusalem’s restoration, which is the Temple itself. As God departed from the Temple and Jerusalem in stages, as prophesied in Ezekiel 10, so He returns in the stages we are witnessing in the modern Blood Moon Tetrads on these dates in 1949-50 and 1967-68. As a side note this also establishes that the Apostles received the gift Holy Spirit in the form of Speaking in Tongues, when they were in the Temple, not in their sleeping quarters in the “upper room.” The Temple was the center of spiritual activity for Israel as a nation, and is thus the only logical place for this prophecy of Christ to be fulfilled, as pictured below. Even more we are watching with great interest what transpires concerning the rebuilding of the Temple of Jerusalem, and the prophesied reinstatement of its Daily Sacrifices for Israel.

As we observe the pattern of Blood Moon Lunar and Solar Eclipses in the 2014-2015 Tetrad, it becomes apparent that all the eclipses linked to this current Tetrad, take place very close to the minimal 2-week gap between eclipses. The April 15th, 2014 Passover Blood Moon occurred 2 weeks prior to the Partial Solar Eclipse on April 29th, 2014. Also the October 8th Blood Moon on the Tabernacle Feast took place 2 weeks before the Partial Solar Eclipse October 23rd, 2014. The Total Solar Eclipse; 3-20-15, Nisan 1, took place 15 days before the Passover Blood Moon on April 4th, 2015. And the Partial Solar Eclipse on September 13, 2015, at Rosh Hashanah takes place 15 days before the Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse of September 28, 2015, at the Tabernacle Feast. These are the closest gaps witnessed between consecutive Solar and Lunar Eclipses. As we review the Solar and Lunar Eclipses on the Biblical Blood Moon Calendar, we can see the 1949-50 and 1967-68 Blood Moon Tetrads each with one of these minimal gaps separating them, leading up to the current Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015.

As we behold the current End times final countdown, the closer we get to zero hour, the tighter the end-time warnings are packed together on the Creator’s Celestial Timepiece. As we quickly approach the final Blood Moon of this Tetrad, we find numerous symmetries related to the pattern of Blood Moon Tetrads preceding it. First, on Sept. 23rd, 2015; [Elul 29] we have the opening of the Hebrew Jubilee Year on the Day of Atonement. This is year 5776 on the Hebrew Calendar [2015-2016], which is also the first year of a new Shemita Cycle, and the only Blood Moon Tetrad in the last 2000 years to coincide with a Shemita Cycle. As this cycle has been tied to the recent stock market crashes in 2001 and 2008 predicted in The Harbinger, and Shemita Books, it is noteworthy that at the writing of this post, the Dow took a 1000+ point drop, the biggest since 2008 in the world economy. The Opening of the 50-year Jubilee on the Day of Atonement, a week prior to the Super-Blood Moon of this final Tetrad also shows a link based on the Fibonacci number series. The solar and lunar cycles themselves follow the dictates of this number sequence! As these two great lights shed their three-fold light upon the Earth, their radiant orbital dance illuminates the Earth according the golden lines of the phi ratio.

With every 19 solar years plus two hours, the Sun and Moon return to meet each other at the same appointed time and place in the sky. The saros, however being an eclipse lunar cycle, consists of 19 eclipse years, which is only 18 solar years plus eleven days. An eclipse year consists of 346.62 solar days, which is equal to 11.738 full moons. When we divide the saros by 11.738, we get 1.618, (or phi), accurate to 4 digits!¹⁴ This shows us a comparison between two lunar cycles (eclipse years & full moons) which harmonize according to the phi ratio. Since the Sun intersects a lunar Node twice every 346.62-day eclipse year, we see how the solar and lunar cycles can also be linked by the phi ratio. Considering the Calendar of Israel, that unifies the luni-solar cycles according to phi, in concert with Israel’s sacred fifty-year cycle of Jubilees, the impact of this pattern in the Natural Order is evident, because there are 618 full Moons in any given 50-year Jubilee cycle! The perfect algorithmic spiral based on the phi ratio, and the recursive Fibonacci number Series illustrates the Creator’s Intelligent Design principles. His design of the Temporal order as seen in how the Hebrew Calendar, exhibits the correlation of the sacred and secular celestial cycles governing a myriad terrestrial and cosmic cycles, the Creator’s evident signature and His dominion of Light is revealed in the heavens, as the Source behind all kingdoms of earthly life. This also depicts the relation between the civil [lunar], and sacred [solar] years in the Calendar of Israel. These standards of the sacred and secular are also unified in the promised seed, Jesus Christ as the Priest-King of Israel and light of the world, presiding over the terrestrial domains and spiritual kingdoms of life.

This prophecy from Jeremiah relates back to the symbolism of figs from Luke 21 above, and the restoration of Israel;

Jer. 24:3-7 ³Then the Lord said to me, “What do you see, Jeremiah?” And I said, “Figs, the good figs, very good; and the bad, very bad, which cannot be eaten, they are so bad.”

⁴Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying, ⁵“Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: ‘Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge those who are carried away captive from Judah, whom I have sent out of this place for their own good, into the land of the Chaldeans. ⁶For I will set My eyes on them for good, and I will bring them back to this land; I will build them and not pull them down, and I will plant them and not pluck them up. ⁷Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the Lord; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.

The Heavenly Father wants the hearts of His people devoted to Him! This is a ready vessel for the gift of holy spirit to indwell, for God to sanctify His people, and save us from uncleanness, as Ezekiel tells us below.

Ezek. 36:23-32

²³I will show the holiness of my great name, which has been profaned among the nations, the name you have profaned among them. Then the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Sovereign Lord, when I am proved holy through you before their eyes. ²⁴“‘For I will take you out of the nations; I will gather you from all the countries and bring you back into your own land. ²⁵I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you will be clean; I will cleanse you from all your impurities and from all your idols. ²⁶I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh. ²⁷And I will put my Spirit in you and move you to follow my decrees and be careful to keep my laws. ²⁸Then you will live in the land I gave your ancestors; you will be my people, and I will be your God. ²⁹I will save you from all your uncleanness. I will call for the grain and make it plentiful and will not bring famine upon you. ³⁰I will increase the fruit of the trees and the crops of the field, so that you will no longer suffer disgrace among the nations because of famine.

As the Heavenly Father, the Author of Salvation is working the eternal purpose of His Redemption Plan through His Agent of Salvation, His only begotten Son Jesus Christ, we can see how His plan started with Israel, and opened up to all mankind in the Age of Grace, once Israel rejected Jesus the King of Kings. Now the Church of the Body of Christ awaits its redemption as the time of our Gathering draws very near. The dates below are added key heavenly signs coming over the next month, including the Final Super-Blood Moon.

2015 Jupiter-Venus Triple Conjunction and Regulus with the Birth and Return of Christ

2015 Jupiter-Venus Triple Conjunction and Regulus with the Birth and Second Coming of Christ

As we approach the climax of the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015 this September, we have noted a number of heavenly signs in the context of this current Blood Moon Tetrad reflecting the celestial glory of heavenly signs surrounding the Birth of Christ. In our previous Blood Moon blog post, we introduced the Triple conjunction of Jupiter–Venus that kicked off on July 1st earlier this month. This initial Jupiter–Venus conjunction was all over the newscasts, and current events, being compared to the brilliant June 17th Jupiter–Venus conjunction in 2 BC near the birth of Christ. It is exciting to see the secular world sitting up and taking notice of these current heavenly signs, and their resemblance to the birth signs of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. These are not the birth signs from your local astrologer, but the heavenly signs set in the skies via the divine calendar when the Almighty spun the planets in their orbits at Creation. The 2nd Jupiter–Venus conjunction in this 2015 triple series occurred on July 31st. Including the August 18th Jupiter–Venus conjunction in the Beehive Nebula in 2014, making this the 3rd union of these two brightest planets in the last year. The Prophet Isaiah gave us a clear idea of what awaits those trusting astrology, and divination, that the same judgment that fell upon ancient Babylon will fall on those followers of these practices in modern Babylon, and around the modern world also.

Isa. 47:9-15

9 But these two things shall come to you in a moment, in one day: The loss of children, and widowhood. They shall come upon you in their fullness because of the multitude of your sorceries, for the great abundance of your enchantments. ¹⁰“For you have trusted in your wickedness; You have said, ‘No one sees me’; Your wisdom and your knowledge have warped you; And you have said in your heart, ‘I am, and there is no one else besides me.’ ¹¹Therefore evil will come upon you; You will not know from where it arises. And trouble shall fall upon you; You will not be able to put it off. And desolation shall come upon you suddenly, which you will not know. ¹²“Stand now with your enchantments And the multitude of your sorceries, In which you have labored from your youth—Perhaps you will be able to profit, Perhaps you will prevail. ¹³You are wearied in the multitude of your counsels; Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, And the monthly prognosticators Stand up and save you from what shall come upon you. ¹⁴Behold, they shall be as stubble, The fire will burn them; They shall not deliver themselves From the power of the flame; It shall not be a coal to be warmed by, Nor a fire to sit before!

Unlike the court magicians who failed by their sorcery tell the King his dream, the Prophet of the true God, Daniel made known, according to the true godly principles of Biblical Astronomy, that eventually led the Magi to the Christ child, gave the king the answer to his dream, known only by the Almighty. Just as the Jupiter–Venus conjunctions along with the Jupiter-Regulus Triple unions in 3-2 BC marked the Birth of Christ, so we can note some key heavenly signs with Jupiter and Regulus leading up to the final Blood Moon of the 2014-2015 Tetrad. There is a literal parade of planets visiting Regulus over the next few months, combining in a crescendo of conjunctions with the King Star Regulus, preparing us for the birth of the Kingdom of the King of Kings.

The following list dates not only the Jupiter–Venus conjunctions in Leo during the transition from the Hebrew Sabbatical year to the Jubilee year of 2015-16, but other key planetary conjunctions and heavenly signs, including the under–lined Regulus signs below, during the first weeks of August into October 2015.

We can see from this list the heavy celestial traffic leading up to and including the Partial Solar eclipse on Sept. 13th-Rosh Hashanah, and the Final Super Blood Moon-Sept. 28th at the Feast of Taberncles in this 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad.

As there were 3 Jupiter–Venus Conjunctions marking the birth of Christ in 3-2 BC, so this triple union of Jupiter–Venus aligning with Regulus in Leo, reflected a similar spiritual light in 2015. In fact the Rev. 12 heavenly sign: the [Sun clothes Virgo with the Crescent Moon at her feet] on September 17th, 2015 is declared by Mercury-Gabriel located just outside the womb area of Virgo united with Spica/Al Zimach, on this day 2 years in advance of the rewind of the Great Wonder in Heaven, on Sept. 23rd 2017! There will however be more heavenly signs involving Jupiter–Venus in the next 2 years, leading up to the birthing of Jupiter in retrograde motion in Virgo’s womb in 2017. The July 17th, Venus–Regulus conjunction referred to above, started a series of planets including Jupiter, Venus and Mercury, all uniting with the King Star in the next 4 months.

To understand the significance of Regulus with the birth of Christ, a primary Messianic prophecy must be considered from Genesis 49 concerning the Lion of Judah.

lion-of-judah — The Lion of the Tribe of Judah

Genesis 49:8-10 ⁸“Judah, you are he whom your brothers shall praise; Your hand shall be
on the neck of your enemies; Your father’s children shall bow down before you. ⁹Judah is a lion’s whelp; From the prey, my son, you have gone up.
He bows down, he lies down as a lion; And as a lion, who shall rouse him?
¹⁰The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor a lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh comes; And to Him shall be the obedience of the people.
These verses break down the maturation of the Lion of Judah, from lion cub, to adult Lion, to aged Lion. The specific relationship of this prophecy with the triple conjunction of Jupiter–Regulus in 3-2 BC was presented as part of my DVD Seminar on the Biblical Astronomy of the Birth of Christ, in the segment provided below. This can also be found on my You-tube channel, with other uniquely informative segments on this, laying out the biblical details and astronomical secrets of the Birth of Christ. Please take a few moments to watch this video segment disclosing details in this biblical record you will not hear anywhere else.

As we just saw in the video above, the prophecies of Balaam in Numbers 23 corresponding to the Jacob’s prophecies in Genesis 49, because they not only both deal with the destiny of Jacob/Israel in general, but they prophesy of the Promised Seed Jesus Christ specifically.

Numbers 23:19-24.
¹⁹“God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a Son of Man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good? ²⁰Behold, I have received a command to bless; He has blessed, and I cannot reverse it.

²¹“He has not observed iniquity in Jacob, Nor has He seen wickedness in Israel.
The Lord his God is with him, And the shout of a King is among them.
²²God brings them out of Egypt; He has strength like a wild ox. [Taurus] ²³“For there is no sorcery against Jacob, Nor any divination against Israel. It now must be said of Jacob and of Israel, ‘Oh, what God has done!’ ²⁴Behold, the people rise up as a great lion, And lifts himself up like a young lion; He shall not lie down until it devours the prey, And drinks the blood of the slain.”

The “Shout of a King” here is a direct Messianic prophecy of Christ in verse 21. The references to the 3 stages of the lion’s growth in verse 24 ties into the next chapter in Numbers 24, and relates directly to Gen. 49:8-10.

Numbers 24:9-18
⁹‘He bows down, he lies down as a lion; And as a lion, who shall rouse him?’^[a]“Blessed is he who blesses you, And cursed is he who curses you.” ¹⁰Then Balak’s anger was aroused against Balaam, and he struck his hands together; and Balak said to Balaam, “I called you to curse my enemies, and look, you have bountifully blessed them these three times! ¹¹Now therefore, flee to your place. I said I would greatly honor you, but in fact, the Lord has kept you back from honor.” ¹²So Balaam said to Balak, “Did I not also speak to your messengers whom you sent to me, saying, ¹³‘If Balak were to give me his house full of silver and gold, I could not go beyond the word of the Lord, to do good or bad of my own will. What the Lord says, that I must speak’? ¹⁴And now, indeed, I am going to my people. Come, I will advise you what this people will do to your people in the latter days.”

Balaam’s Fourth Prophecy

¹⁵So he took up his oracle and said: “The utterance of Balaam the son of Beor, And the utterance of the man whose eyes are opened; ¹⁶The utterance of him who hears the words of God, And has the knowledge of the Most High, Who sees the vision of the Almighty, Who falls down, with eyes wide open:

¹⁷“I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near; A Star shall come out of Jacob; A Scepter shall rise out of Israel, And batter the brow of Moab, And destroy all the sons of tumult.^[b]¹⁸“And Edom shall be a possession; Seir also, his enemies, shall be a possession, While Israel does valiantly. ¹⁹Out of Jacob One shall have dominion, And destroy the remains of the city.”

These “star and scepter” prophecies were fulfilled in Jesus’ Birth, Ministry, Resurrection and Ascension, but his kingdom yet remains to be established, when all the Lord’s enemies will become his possession. The Star of the Messiah in Num. 24:17 is linked to Jupiter-the Scepter, since it was the King planet that the Magi saw “in the east,” [Matt. 2:2] or in the [heliacal] rising, that led the Magi to the Promised Seed. In the King planet’s regular 12-year [11.86 year] orbit around the Sun, Jupiter also enters the constellation Leo every 12 years. With every 7th cycle of Jupiter’s 12-year visitation to Leo, Jupiter shares 2 unions with Regulus, translating into 2 Jupiter-Regulus triple conjunctions every 83 years; [11.86 x 7=83.02]. These are based on the retrograde motion of Jupiter which appears from earth to crown or circle the King Star on these occasions. As a testament to the Creator’s 7-fold temporal order written in the heavens, when 7 of these 83 year Jupiter cycles are calculated, we arrive at a total of 581 years, or 7x (7×12). The helical rising of Jupiter with Regulus also occurs once every 83 years, during Jupiter’s regular visits to Leo. However, the King Planet does not normally share a triple conjunction with Regulus except when Jupiter is in retrograde motion. We led up to one of the King Planet’s normal unions with Regulus on August 11th, 2015. It has been determined that the birth of Christ took place during the seventh 83-year cycle and on the 7th cycle of Jupiter’s seven 83-year cycles. This also coincided with the first day of the holiest 7th month on the Hebrew Calendar, Sept. 11th 3 BC. This first day of Tishri is also Rosh Hashannah/Hebrew New Year’s Day, as all the Kings of Israel & Judah calculated the start of their respective reigns closest to the year when they actually began. With Jesus Christ as the King of Kings, it is fitting that he was born on this key day in the seventh and holiest month on the Creator’s divine Calendar, holding the 7th Feast of the Lord, the Feast of Tabernacles, [Lev. 23, Luke 1-2].

With a proper Biblical, historical and astronomical perspective of the heavenly signs surrounding the birth of Christ, we can take a detailed and informed look at the current heavenly signs highlighted during the 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad. In the graphic below we can see Jupiter, Regulus and Venus forming a large celestial triangle on the western horizon this month after sundown, which will draw closer together as we arrive in August of 2015. We can also see a cluster of signs from the 5th to the 11th of August all around Regulus in Leo. It appears that in this pairing of the planets, they each have their chance to dance with the King Star Regulus. With this emphasis on Regulus it focuses attention on Gen. 49:10, where the “Lawgiver from between the feet “[Regel–Hebrew root word for “Regulus,”] wields his everlasting royal Scepter-Jupiter. The same Hebrew word for “scepter” is utilized in both Gen. 49:10 and Num. 24:17, as the authority of the King of Kings is delivered to him who will rule the nations with a rod of iron forever. With this line-up of planets paying homage to the King Star-Regulus, it certainly has those with eyes to see and ears to hear, “shouting” for the arrival of the King and his Righteous Kingdom. Here is the planetary roll-call of suitors for Regulus and the Lion of Zion over the next few months, closing out the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015.

This July-August 2015 parade of planets on the dance card with the King Star-Regulus in August of 2015, gets our attention for a culmination and climax of the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015. As the four Blood Moon Series concludes with a Rosh Hashanah Partial Solar eclipse on Sept. 13th, and a Final Super Blood Moon-Sept. 28th at the Feast of Taberncles, a star-spangled warning was given as a mandate from heaven in preliminary preparation 2 years before Sept. 2017, signs tied to the Great Pyramid Christ angle alignment of Venus and Regulus for Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The 2015 Triple Conjunction of Jupiter-Venus and the Birth of Christ and his Kingdom

The heavens are alive this Summer and Fall with exciting news of the Messiah’s Coming Reign and the vanquishing of evil from the face of the Earth. At the end of June we will see the first of three Jupiter-Venus Conjunctions in Leo, that will take place before the end of fall. The first union of these two brightest planets is being compared to their fantastic conjunction on June 17th 2 BC, which is referred to by many as the Star of Bethlehem. It is no mistake that these heavenly signs are so prominent as the final Blood Moon of the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015 wraps up in September. As the conclusion of this notable and unique Blood Moon Tetrad is upon us, we cross a key temporal threshold related to the warning from Joel’s Blood Moon Prophecy;

Joel 2:30-32 ³⁰“And I will show wonders in the heavens and in the earth: Blood and fire and pillars of smoke. ³¹The sun shall be turned into darkness, And the moon into blood, Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord. ³²And it shall come to pass That whoever calls on the name of the Lord Shall be saved. For in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there shall be deliverance, As the Lord has said, Among the remnant whom the Lord calls.

As we approach the last few months of final Blood Moon Tetrad for the next 500+ years, we are not losing sight of the added Blood Moons over the next few years set to occur apart from Hebrew Feast and holy days, since they are also noteworthy in the context of these heavenly signs of the end times. The truth of the matter is that the Blood Moon Tetrad of 2014-2015, taking place on Hebrew Feast and Holy days is really calling attention to the planetary conjunctions and heavenly signs following the pattern of signs set forth surrounding the birth of Christ, which are appearing again as a Prelude to the Second Coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are specifically pointing out these planetary conjunctions in this context, especially those that align or compare with the heavenly signs surrounding the Birth of Christ, following the principles of the Celestial Prelude. As the record from Joel 2 tells us about the signs taking place leading up to the Great and Notable Day of the Lord-the Victorious Second Coming of Jesus Christ, first God wants us to know that His comfort in these perilous times is available, as we turn away from the darkness of this world, and turn unto Him. Who ever calls on the name of the Lord will be Saved! Verse 30 also refers to Mount Zion; [Joel 2:1] the heights of the fortress within Jerusalem where God protects His faithful Remnant. This is the ultimate victory and Great Hope of the Ages, as we stand at the threshold of Christ’s Return where he will establish his absolute reign as King of Kings. Psalm 110 informs us of more details concerning the Lord’s Great Day, and final victory over evil.

Announcement of the Messiah’s Reign

A Psalm of David.
110:1 The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.” ²The Lord shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of Your enemies!

As King David wrote these inspired words from God, Who was prophetically addressing David’s Lord, [Jesus Christ], to sit at the Heavenly Father’s own right hand [Eph. 2:6-7], so we as the spiritual body of his Church can enjoy the same bird’s eye view of Creation, with his enemies under our feet; [Eph. 1:19-23]. God has sent us the Rod of His strength, embodied in Christ Jesus, out of Zion to rule over our enemies!

The Hebrew word for “rod” here [H4294–mattah], is a scepter of rulership, authority, and judgment. It is also used of a branch or staff linked with the tribal authority of each of the 12 tribes of Israel.1 The word for “rule” here is [H7287-radah], meaning to tread down as crushing grapes with one’s feet or in a winepress; [Rev.19:15]. It is used of exercising dominion, to subdue, subjugate, prevail or reign.2 We can see this authority exercised by Christ in verses 5-6 below where; “He shall execute kings in the day of His wrath. ⁶He shall judge among the nations…”

There is also an interesting Talmudic idiom associated with this word, connected with the idea of taking bread out of an oven.3 This idiom is one for birth, that has survived into the modern day as; “she has a bun in the oven.” We have already seen references to this in Rev. 12 with the Birth and Second Coming of Christ where, the King of Kings was declared, and his everlasting Kingdom of righteousness will be established shortly. Rev. 12:5 says the “woman brought forth a man-child to rule” or shepherd the nations with a rod of iron,” which compares closely to this record in Psalm 110.

³Your people shall be volunteers In the day of Your power; In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning, You have the dew of Your youth. ⁴The Lord has sworn And will not relent, “You are a priest forever According to the order of Melchizedek.” [Heb. 7]

Ps. 110:4 provides another critical aspect of the Lord’s ministry to Israel and all Mankind; as High Priest. In the Temple at Jerusalem as in the Tabernacle, the High Priest would always carry out a special sacrifice once a year in the Holy of the Holies, at the Ark of the Covenant, to cover the sins of Israel on the Day of Atonement. Since the blood of bulls and goats could never satisfy the requirements of man’s complete redemption, a more perfect sacrifice was needed, which Jesus Christ fulfilled as the Passover Lamb and the High Priest, not of Aaron’s Priesthood, but after the everlasting priesthood of Melchizedek. This Priest–King of Righteousness, embodied in the king planet Jupiter, called the Zedek planet, the Hebrew word for “righteousness,” symbolized the Messiah, Jesus Christ as the Righteous King. Genesis 49:8-10 tells us this scepter is from Leo the Lion of the tribe of Judah. The brightest star in Leo, the Lion, the royal tribe out of Jacob’s progeny, is Regulus, meaning “king,“ in Hebrew–Melech. Thus the Jupiter-Regulus triple coronation in 3-2 BC, at the birth of Christ not only crowned the King of righteousness, but also formed the dual elements of the title “Melchizedek,” also reflected in the triple conjunction of Jupiter-Venus in Leo, as these two brightest planets are aligned with Regulus in the Summer and Fall of 2015. Here we find two of the three callings of Christ as Prophet, Priest and King.

In this light we can understand Balaam’s great prophecy in Numbers 24, below where the star, also identified with the scepter, is coming out of Jacob.

Num. 24:17 I shall see him, but not now: I shall behold him, but not nigh, there shall come a star out of Jacob, and a sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and he shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.

“Star out of Jacob and a sceptre shall rise out of Israel“- Star = [H3556-kowkab],4 Figuratively an illustrious Prince who is the star rising out of Jacob, holding the scepter as ruler over Israel. We notice the figure of speech utilized in this verse regarding the authority of the sceptre held by the Prince. This “star” linked with the sceptre rising out of Israel, is a celestial reference to the sign of Leo the Lion with specific implications first for it’s brightest luminary, Regulus the king star, the brightest star on the ecliptic also known as the “heart of the Lion.” The King’s sceptre is the symbol of his power over the heathens and those who oppose his purposes, as he will rule over them with unbending authority or a “rod of iron,” [Ps. 2, Rev. 19:15].

Regulus was known by the ancients as the fixed king star that is linked with this scepter. This fulfills Jacob’s prophecy, that one holding this scepter would arise out of Judah according to Gen. 49. Secondly, the regal authority of this star is established in the king planet–Jupiter, whose authority as we have just seen, was symbolized by Leo the Lion, of the tribe of Judah that provided the regal stock from which the kingly line of Israel arose, first in King David, and ultimately in Jesus Christ from the “root of David” [Rev. 5:5]. The triple planetary Conjunction of the king planet-Jupiter, with the king star-Regulus in
Leo from 3-2 BC, thus aligns with the prophecy of Genesis 49: 8-10, showing the maturation of the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. Balaam’s revelation here in Numbers 24:17 provides the Scriptural basis for the connection between the “star of Jacob” [Regulus] and the “Sceptre-Jupiter,” to the advent of Christ the King, who came forth out of Jacob’s genealogical line. Thus we can see maturation of the Lion from cub to the full prowess of the reigning King in the dual elements of Rev. 12, as they apply both his birth and sufferings, to the full glory and authority of his Kingship, as he establishes his kingdom on earth.

An evident and recurring dual theme in Rev. 12 is not only the birth of the King of Kings, but also the birth of his kingdom of everlasting righteousness. Thus we can see clear reference to this kingdom, in the authority of he who rules with a rod of iron, symbolized in the king’s scepter-Jupiter. In our previous post [The Blood Moon Tetrad and the Rev. 12 Heavenly Signs [Part II.] we noted how Jupiter is being “birthed” in Virgo, in the time leading up to the Rev. 12 sign on September 23rd, 2017, exiting Virgo’s womb area after 42 weeks in retrograde, a period well within the expected time for human gestation. This fits with the connotations of the Hebrew word for “rule” noted above in Psalm 110:2, linked with the Talmud’s birth idiom. As this emphasis was evident in the heavens in 3-2 BC, at the birth of Christ, so we see the triple Conjunction of Jupiter-Venus set to take place in 2015, all in Leo, the first of which we can see forming in the heavens at the writing of this post. The key element of these Jupiter-Venus unions is their alignment with Regulus on the ecliptic in Leo this summer, carrying not only the original import of Regulus‘ triple coronation, by Jupiter the king planet, but Venus the Bright and Morning Star is added also [Rev. 2:27-28]. The planetary symbolism of these conjunctions depict Jupiter-the King planet uniting with Venus-the Bright and Morning Star, aligned with Regulus in Leo the Lion of Judah, [Rev. 5:5], over the next four months.

These planetary unions will be followed with added Jupiter-Venus unions occurring in Virgo in 2016-17. This Triple Conjunction of Jupiter-Venus, the two brightest stars in the heavens after the Sun and Moon, is notable especially with the addition of Mercury, leading up to their planetary alignment with Regulus in Leo, forming the Crown of Virgo in the repeat of the Rev. 12:1-2; “Great Wonder in Heaven” on Sept. 23rd 2017. The following list dates not only the Jupiter-Venus conjunctions in Leo during the transition from the Hebrew Sabbatical year to the Jubilee year of 2015-16, but other notable planetary conjunctions and heavenly signs in Virgo and Leo during this period:

We can see from this list that the sky is thick with heavenly signs leading up to and including the Final Super Blood Moon of the 2014-2015 Blood Moon Tetrad.

As there were 3 Jupiter-Venus Conjunctions marking the birth of Christ in 3-2 BC, so this triple union of Jupiter-Venus aligned with Regulus in Leo, reflects a similar spiritual light in 2015. In fact the Rev. 12 heavenly sign: the [Sun clothing Virgo with the Crescent Moon at her feet] on September 17th, 2015 is announced by Mercury-Gabriel located just outside the womb area of Virgo above Spica/Al Zimach, 2 years in advance of the repeat of the Great Wonder in Heaven, on Sept. 23rd 2017! However, there will be more heavenly signs involving Jupiter-Venus after this, leading up to the birthing of Jupiter in retrograde motion in Virgo. As we compare Jupiter’s retrograde in 2017, with Jupiter’s movements at the birth of Christ, we find some interesting correlations. First, it was the planet Jupiter that led the Magi to Jerusalem in search of the Promised seed. In [Matt. 2:2,9] the Magi saw Jupiter [his star in the east; G395-Anatole] meaning “in the rising.”5 Jupiter’s annual activities including its retrograde motion, began according to Dr. Earnest Martin, on December 25 in 2 BC Martin states:

“Jupiter arrived at its ordinary time for retrogression and it became stationary among the stars. But this time something unusual happened. In 2 BC as viewed from Jerusalem, Jupiter came to its normal stationary position directly over Bethlehem on December 25th…not only that, the planet assumed its stationary position while in the middle of the Constellation of Virgo, the Virgin.“ ⁶ Thus, according to Martin, the same astronomical movement that initiated Jupiter’s 3 Conjunctions with Regulus, its annual retrogression, or retrograde motion would have caused Jupiter to stand still in the heavens for about six days near the intersection of the ecliptic and the Meridian mid-body in Virgo. This occurred in week of the celebration of the Feast of Dedication in December of 2 BC.

Also recall the relationship between the cycles of the Sun and Jupiter, and that it was the Sun, mid-bodied in Virgo for the 20-day period, in 3 BC from August 27th to September 15th, marking the birth of Christ. Martin goes on to say that: “on December 25th, 2 BC at the ordinary time for the Magi’s pre-dawn observations, Jupiter would have been seen in Meridian position (directly over Bethlehem) at an elevation of 68 degrees above the southern horizon. This precise position would show the planet shining directly down on Bethlehem while it was stationary among the stars.” ⁷

Martin’s assertion that Jupiter began its retrograde motion on December 25th, 2 BC, agrees with research by V.P. Wierwille regarding the beginning of the Feast of Dedication, that year from 12-22 to 29. Wierwille, also points out that; As the Magi left Jerusalem, they saw Jupiter on its nightly course. Looking south they saw it high in the sky, nearing its apex on the Meridian of Jerusalem and Bethlehem.8 As, the king planet-Jupiter was mid-body in Virgo, even as the Sun was during the birth of Christ, mirroring the movement of the light of the world, while clearly marking the birthplace of the King of the Jews for the Magi. These were key celestial indicators for the Magi, who would have seen the spiritual import of “his star” Jupiter, in Virgo’s mid-section during December in 2 BC, directly over Bethlehem, showing the birthplace of the King of Kings, who would inherit David’s throne.

The retrograde motion of Jupiter the king planet in 3-2 BC marking the birth of Christ, compared to the birthing of Jupiter in Virgo’s womb in 2016-2017, marking the establishing of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ is truly remarkable! We have front row seats to witness this ultimate transition of power that will wipe out the enemy, and trample the wicked under the soles of our feet as Malachi states in prophecy below.

²But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise with healing in His wings; And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves.
³You shall trample the wicked, For they shall be ashes under the soles of your feet On the day that I do this,” Says the Lord of hosts

As Numbers 24:27 above is the prophecy of the Star-Scepter to arise out of Israel, so II Peter 1:19 foretells the completion of this prophecy.

¹⁹And so we have the prophetic word confirmed,^[a] which you do well to heed as a light that shines in a dark place, until the day dawns and the Morning Star rises in your hearts;

It appears that “the day dawning” here may represent the first Advent of Christ, with the Morning Star rising in your hearts, as the Second Advent or the victorious Return of our Lord and Savior. Interestingly, the Greek word for “rises” here is [G393-anatello] related to [G395-anatole] that we referenced above in connection to [Matt. 2:2,9] when the Magi saw “His star in the east” or in rising.

As the first advent of Christ during his sufferings and ministry to Israel, embody the Spring Feasts of Passover through Pentecost, so the Fall Feasts relate to the Second Coming of Christ. These feasts are designed by Almighty God for man to live in unity with Him and His purposes. It is not God’s desire that we live under the OT Law, but in our realization that Christ has fulfilled the Law, we must grasp the spiritual unity that God has called us to enjoy with Him, as the ultimate purpose behind these OT Feasts and Holy days, [Col. 2:16-17]. Even as the Blood Moon Tetrads have reminded us of the Creator’s original heavenly order in coordination with the Israel’s Feasts, the desired result is that we turn to God and away from the world, since God’s desire is that “All Men are saved and come unto a knowledge of the truth… ” Our spiritual unity with God is a daily walk, not by the 5 senses, but according to the gift of Holy Spirit that God made available in the New Birth on the Day of Pentecost in 28 AD. The final result of Christ’s birth and ministry to Israel and all mankind was witnessed in this New Birth first seen at the Day of Pentecost. Even so, the final result of the Second Coming of Christ will be the establishment of his Millennial Kingdom as he rests on his completed works, on the Davidic Throne, [Isa. 9:6-7]. The Second Coming of Christ links to the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement, when Christ returns first, FOR his Saints [I Thess. 4:16-17], marked by “the Archangel’s voice and Trump of God,” and then WITH his Saints [Rev. 19:14], when we will know him even as we are known. This ultimate victory over the adversary and his brood will usher in the everlasting Jubilee Celebration of the Ages, providing a rest to God’s people and the earth. In this spiritual pattern of events on the calendar of Biblical feasts we find that Pentecost, the apex of Christ’s first advent, foreshadows the year of Jubilee, the apex of his Second Advent. We can also see this pattern comparing the days on this Biblical calendar foreshadowing years. As Pentecost is counted 50 days from Passover, totaling seven weeks and a day, so the 50-year Jubilee is seven sabbatical year cycles, with an added year of Jubilee. This is of particular interest as we enter the transition from the Hebrew Sabbatical year to the 50th Jubilee year, embarking on the Fall season of 2015-16; year 5776 on the Hebrew Calendar. This Jubilee is marked not only the by the [Sun clothing Virgo with the Moon at her feet] on Sept. 17th, 2015, 2 years in advance of the Rev. 12 “Great Wonder” on Sept. 23rd, 2017, but it also will be the 50th year since Jerusalem was recaptured by Israel in the 6-day War, marked by the previous Blood Moon Tetrad of 1967-68. With the conclusion of the current Blood Moon Tetrad this September, the next 2 years could represent a final warning prior to the Return of Christ.

To properly prepare for the Second Coming of Christ, we must renounce the sin of broken fellowship with God vertically, and our fellow-man horizontally. This unity in fellowship with God and Man is embodied in the Feast of Atonement or Yom Kippur, which is a prerequisite for the Lord’s victorious Return to break the Adversary’s chains of bondage, and effect our release from captivity, as seen in the Year of Jubilee. In the Lord’s Great Day of ultimate victory, all the rebellious and wicked men will be utterly crushed under the feet of the righteous, [Ps.2:9].

We can no longer afford to put off righting the course of our lives, now is the time to get our houses straight in preparation for the Lord’s Victorious Visitation…
